Excelente servicio! Un lugar lleno de gente maravillosa!!

La atención del personal fue excelente la señora Piedad es la mejor, el personal nos ayudó en todo, la ubicación es muy buena, por la puerta de la piscina sales a un supermercado que tiene los mejores precios. Contraten las actividades con el hospedaje porque tiene los mejores precios y te ayudan con todo lo que necesites. La cocina está equipada con todo, en verdad puedes cocinar de todo aquí no tienen condimentos pero puedes conseguir presentaciones pequeñas y suficientes para 1 comida sin desperdicio. El agua estaba muy buena y tiene una piscina muy relajante, amé la cascada, y en la entrada tienen una casa de pájaros donde vienen todos los días son hermosos!!. Justo en nuestra primera noche hubo una tormenta de lluvia y pero todo fue muy seguro y además nos dieron el contacto de delivery que nos dejó comida en el lugar. El departamento era muy cómodo la cama suave y los espacios compartidos muy bonitos.

Pues a mí me pareció todo excelente. No por el hotel pero me hubiera gustado alquilar un auto para la noche pero creo que no lo hacen en San Andrés en general

Pasar seis días en San Andrés alojado en un buen hotel es una experiencia inolvidable.

El hotel cuenta con instalaciones excepcionales que garantizan una experiencia de hospedaje de alta calidad. Desde la impecable limpieza de las habitaciones hasta la moderna y bien equipada área de piscina, cada detalle ha sido pensado para ofrecer comodidad y satisfacción a los huéspedes. Las áreas comunes, como la piscina y la cocina, destacan por su diseño elegante y funcional, invitando al descanso y la relajación.

El hotel podría mejorar aún más su oferta al incorporar un servicio de restaurante o cócteles. Esto no solo enriquecería la experiencia de los huéspedes, sino que también ofrecería mayor comodidad al permitirles disfrutar de comidas y bebidas sin salir del hotel.

It was great value and facilities were great and the host was amazing as well

The host was kind and very helpful giving us tips about transportation and general knowledge about the Island. The room was clean and comfortable. Every morning the host was offering coffee we also have water to drink available at all time.

Exceptional

Perfect location. Close enough to the airport and beach, as well as everything else you could want to do in San Andres. They were very accommodating. The property is very secure and immaculately clean.

Our stay was fabulous and made staying on the island of San Andres even that more amazing.

The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the Johnny Cay room and it was set up with everything we needed; including kitchen items with fresh water to drink!

Beat accommodations in San Andres

Great value for money, clean place/room, swimming pool in impeccable conditions, friendliest staff ever, they help me with local tours/bookings, always ready to support and make my trip the best experience. Highly recommend indeed!

Take caution - deceptive description

The wifi and air-con worked, rooms were clean. I personally slept well in our makeshift beds

We were very disappointed from the start as we hired out what we thought was 'an apartment for 3' which actually turned out to be a room for 2 in a hostel with a pull out bed. I didn't see information anywhere on the page that it's a shared house. If I'd known I wouldn't have booked. My brother and dad were visiting for a very short time and we just wanted our own space and privacy. The house was very noisy and always filled with other couples and families. On our second day we were told they were moving us to a smaller room which was supposedly what we originally booked (if so, not sure why we weren't in it before) which was separate to the main house and had a tiny stove in the corner (at least we had some more privacy). in here we couldn't even fit 2 people in the one double bed and had to use two pull out beds that took up the whole room. definitely not designed for more than 2. The location was just a 2 minute walk from the airport runway. Which I guess is helpful as long as you don't mind the noise of planes taking off. All in all we felt a little deceived over what was described and what we actually got.
