A room to forget.

Free car parking

Although knowing it is a 'Budget room for 3 persons' when booking, didn't expect it is so small. The toilet door is touching the bed that you can't get in or out withing waking the person up. The shower is so slow and difficult to control, took everyone half an hour to have a shower.

Awful

Their was no heating on in rooms Plus the shower water was cold The bathroom needs an update Plus I was on top floor and had to carry suitcase to Top floor because no lift the outside of hotel badly needs a update for the prices you pay The cleaning staff were helpful with cleaning of rooms But badly needs update in rooms carpet etc Plus lots of cobwebs on ceilings Will not stay here again

The breakfast was appalling The cooked breakfast was appalling Dried up and the egg hard and inedible Nothing was out on display I had to guess what on offer

Good stay would stay again

Good bathroom. Nice shower and good flush on toilet. Room very light and bright. Reception lady very helpful with check in and very cheerful.

While I like hard floors in my own home, it made everything slightly noisier so everyone else's footsteps and voices could be heard when they went by the room due to the echo from the floors. But a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

Good location, rooms small but lovely staff.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and upgraded us to a better room. The location was good and suited our purpose and the shower was small but powerful. The room had a fridge.

The room was still a bit compact and especially the en-suite shower room. It is on a main road so a bit noisy as we had to open the window due to the heat.

The receptionist was warm and welcoming.The place is walking distance from the Railway Station.

I realized the heater was not working at night and there was no phone in my room to contact . Apart from that it was comfortable

Super!!

Great service from start to finish. We arrived late after a long day up town, had a speedy check in, taken to our rooms and our luggage carried, which was so appreciated after travelling across town with our bits. Rooms were lovely and clean. Will definitely stay again when visiting our family in the area.

Very nice little hotel

Nice location near to station. Room was nice too. A mini fridge in the room was also a nice addition.

The continental breakfast selection. Maybe some croissants, muffins or crumpets or something would be a nice addition. Apart from that the rest was excellent.

Safe, welcoming , located well, professional family staff and lovely atmosphere

Perfect location , close to amenities, professional staff, friendly and welcoming, guests of same nature and generally speaking from my experience a lovely guest house , modern decor but retaining a family environment which is safe and hospitable

Very Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and bar. Fast Check in process. Good comfortable bed. Breakfast is freshly prepared it might take a little longer as they prepare it to order. It is a great alternative to the impersonal chain hotel experience.
