Água do Chuveiro esquenta e esfria não se mantém constante. O assoalho deve ter sido recém pintado e estava com muito cheiro de tinta

Habitación muy cómoda

La habitación que nos tocó espectacular, era como un mini apartamento. Cocina muy completa y terraza. No sé si todas sean así pero la verdad muy cómoda

Si tuviera que decir algún punto negativo es que en el baño los artefactos estaban flojos

Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Not US standards.

Localization is great; supermarkets and beach nearby. Volume of the apartment is good. AC works great. No bed bugs. Bed was quite comfortable.

Very noisy from the street: you can’t close the windows 100%; you can’t even lock them. This is a very busy street and motorbikes are f****g loud even at night. It’s spacious but not functional: there’s a lot of dead room ion the leaving room; but the bathroom is tiny. I walked without socks on and quickly realized it was a bad idea: it looks clean but it’s, in fact, dirty. Bathroom gives the same feeling. You get an iron…but no table…

Excelente.

Cama muito confortável. Quarto muito espaçoso. Apesar da cama ser duas de solteiro juntas, era bastante confortável e espaçosa. Não nos atrapalhou em nada. O banheiro é bom. A pressão da água do chuveiro é boa, a temperatura da água é excelente. A localização é boa, sendo poucos quarteirões da praia de pocitos e perto de muitos bares e restaurantes. Existe um ponto de ônibus em frente ao hotel no qual passam diversos ônibus que nos levam a qualquer lugar da cidade. A cozinha é bem equipada, mas nós demoramos para aprender a usar o fogão de indução. O ar condicionado funcionava bem.

O quarto fica muito claro pela manhã apesar das cortinas que existem. O box é pequeno, mas não atrapalha o banho.

el apart estaba ubicado sobre la av españa, que es bulliciosa por el transito y no permite descansar bien en algunos momentos

Bad stay. Bad staff and cleanliness

The staff the received us Sunday night was rude, the bedroom was dirty with lots of dust and a used band-aid inside the bathroom. The kitchen was stinky and the street made lots of loud noisy. There was also a little bit of smoking smell. But the worst was the doorman lack of kindness

super SMALL shower which makes no sense as the room is not small. Kitchen has no knives or spatula even though there are pans and cutting board (only some dishes (some are broken), cutlery). could use a kitchen towel too

Good location, within walking distance to the beach. Supermarkets, bakery, cafés close by, short drive to shopping malls, old town… Staff very nice. Basic but functional rooms, with kitchen

Great value and location

Great location and very safe building with 24/7 staff. Hot tub is not working and there is no restaurant or breakfast. Apartment was very large and balcony was a big plus. Bathroom is small and a bit uncomfortable but the rest of the apartment was very spacious. Steps from the beach

Dirty, filthy and very old

Property was not clean. Felt sticky and dirty. Bed was poorly put together and it overall just felt very old. The photos online must be very old as this was a major deception. Shocking really. Thankfully, I was only there for 2 nights and barely stayed in. I never felt comfortable, didn’t want to touch anything I didn’t need to as it really was that filthy. I’m not sure if this is a theme across the city as I’m surprised they get away with this. The balcony door didn’t lock, and the neighbouring balcony was easily accessible so I never really felt safe either as anyone could have entered. As a result, I only slept for a couple hrs each night and locked all my belongings away. Staff were great though, very friendly and helpful.

Dirty units, don’t expect any type of service other than ‘cleaning’. Can’t manually lock door from inside. Excellent loc

I’m not picky and have traveled all over the world…but the units at this hotel are dirty and unkept (I was there for 3 weeks in 2 different units). Try to get a unit on the back side of the building (front units are very noisy 24/7). No rules against smoking, so be ready for 2nd hand smoking inhalation. You can’t manually lock your apartment from the inside and as a woman traveling solo, this was a big deal for me.
