This is a fully-equipped studio flat that could sleep two with an upper bunk bed above a sofa bed. There were enough cooking facilities to enable me to cater for myself throughout. Although located within a large residential tenement block, it was nice and peaceful and is close to a couple of the underground stations and a couple of supermarkets. There is a good clean bathroom. It was a great place to stay for a single traveller wanting a few quiet days of sightseeing.
The owner/manager is not on site so you have to let yourself in with instructions supplied in advance. It would have been helpful to have had someone show me the facilities; e.g. I had a problem getting the oven to work which would not have happened if someone had been there to show me. It would have been helpful to have left my luggage for a few hours on my day of departure, but there was no-one I could ask.

The location is great, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the studio is super clean, you have everything you need for a stay. I stayed for 2 nights, but the studio would be suitable for a longer stay as well. The stay was really great, thank you!
The stairs to the mezzanine bed creak loudly, they should be fixed someday in the future.

The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood of Turin and was very convenient to public transport, restaurants and shops. The decor was nice and made very clever use of space. It was very clean and was generally very comfortable.
It is definitely cosy. We were three adults, travelling with luggage, and it was challenge to accommodate our belongings and still prepare breakfast.

This was an ideal place for us to stay arriving by train & departing by bus to the airport from the nearby stop.
For a longer stay the lack of windows may be a problem for some. Having said that the apartment was airy and with the door open light.

Feeling of place renovated and equipped fpr own use without costs economy. Outstanding marker with lot of outlet/stock sales of excellent style and premium quality clothes. Decadance but not trash vibes of internal yard. Surprisingly nice residents of the house, never loud voices after sunset. Walking distance to beatiful Valentino park. Good Conad supermarket not far from the place. Outstansing value for longer stay (cleaning fee applyed once per stay - and it worth every euro). Dishwasher (and - in the end if balcony so 1 per 3 apartments, not sure its really for guests but the door signed). Daikin air conditioners. Slightly complicated coffee machine which produce quite tasty coffee (pack of Lavazza was found, as well as oil sugar rice other supplies). Finally, absolutely no typical all- that-marhinals-around-railwaystation signs, upscaled area impression
First, I suggest to owners not market it as place for 4 adults and relabel it into 2+1 capacity with 12+ age limit.. Mostly because its to good for audience who would search for opportunity to fit pack of 4 into budget which is low even for 1 bedroom. On other booking platforms there is rating for guests and you can approve or reject candidates but here.
2nd, that enforced online checkin with citytax payment through some 3rd party platform is NOT simple (I retyped detales 3 times, solution is to enable 3rd party cookies in browser) and NOT safe (actually that system behaves like scam trap to collect details of cards - processing without 3DSecure code from sms?!! USE YOUR SPECIAL CARD for such websites, I mean one without big sum EVER and virtual or regularly reissued) and NOT just one minute. It is unusual way so must be covered in rules of property not come as surprise.
Third, minor fixes can be done - to repair lock on the window in the bedroom and add dozen of hangers are first of them. Also please place inside apartment printed wifi code, explanation for coffee machine and if washmachine is for guests quick printed hints will be useful. Because washing chemistry in Italy usually have only Italian text and foreigner easily can be confused. Is that huge stock of SHAMPOO is hair shampoo or washing detergent suitable for automatic machine?
Fourth, color code the locks would be great.
And its better to bypass common power relay for washmachine and microwave, may be also bathroom ventilator.
And yes, hustorical buiding comes with zero sound insulation, throwing bottles away into trashbins inside the yard starts at 6am. and the are renovation works you cam hear during the day. Not huge problems all that but please fix the lock on the window as noises comes into through it

The studio apartment is lovely, quite well-equipped and is located very close to Porta Susa Station. Communication via texts with the host was constant and clear.
The studio flat is on the third floor without lift and you access the flat through a narrow balcony overlooking the void (people suffering from dizziness might have problems walking on this balcony).

Apartment was spotlessly clean, and kitchen well equipped. Very short walk from Porta Susa.
Bed was up a ladder which I didn't mind but others might, and there is no lift and on third floor so hard with luggage.

Getting into the apartment was very easy and the host gave us directions. He also made sure we got in alright.
The location, very close to the station was the reason to chose this apartment. Our train left very early in the morning, the 5 minutes walk was very convenient. When we spoke to the host, we asked for restaurants and he sent us some links.
The bed was a bit to soft for us but maybe for other guests a plus.

The place is "little & cosy" indeed. Everything is very new and tidy, though the place is rather compact. It was perfect for us as we didn't spend much time indoors and explored beautiful Torino instead.
