Really good value for money. Lovely staff, cosy pub and the room was basic but very clean.

The most helpful owners and staff ever. My girlfriend fell sick during our stay at the worst possible time - on Christmas. They helped us a lot, extending our stay, driving us to the hospital, improving our comfort. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, location is perfect for visiting Findhorn and the bar offers good selection of beers and local whisky, food is tasty.

Sadly, not much - the room met requirements (as far as to say it had clean beds) and it had a reasonable view of the sea - and the location is very good - but that is it

I do not believe that the manager/owner (he did not identify himself) realises that he works in the hospitality business - A poor greeting progressed to short (and rude) interactions (including taking phone calls when customers where waiting to order and/or pay). Everything seemed to be an inconvenience; from recommending local drinks, showing where the actual room was AND refusing to reserve a table for dinner. If this was not enough, our room had no HOT WATER! - In short, great location but rude/unprofessional management combined with poor service and facilities - shame.

Great location, very quaint little inn. Good value for money, no issues with checking in or out. Room was warm and cosy.

Old fashioned and bathroom was minuscule, but didn't really bother us as we were only there for a night.
