Die Lage sehr gut. Parken wäre gut wenn man als hotelkunde einen Kostenbonus bekommen würde.

Die eckkanten vom Bett. Zwei große blaue Flecken am Schienbein.

les distributeurs de produits d’hygiène presque vides, la propreté de certaines parties de la suite, l’absence de boîte de mouchoirs, un souci électrique dans la partie chambre (prises et lampes de chevet H.S.)

Obwohl wir für 2 Personen gebucht haben war das Zimmer nur für eine Person bestückt.

Superb

The rooms were really comfortable with plenty of space, I particularly liked how they incorporated a desk, and how my suitcase fit neatly in the wardrobe. The nespresso machine was a nice touch. Excellent location, right nearby to restaurants / cafes / bars.

Aircon would have made this a 10/10 - it was quite warm in the room. But there were big windows that I could open and also a fan, so it was manageable.

Handy location

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room size was larger than normal and mattress comfy. Large cupboards, fridge and pod coffee machine in room. Bathroom size was large and hot water great. We were also able to use the hotel's washing machine and dryer which was also handy.

No air conditioning only a fan and it was hot but we're told contractors were hard to get.

Good central location, value for money but cleaning a bit hit and miss.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the view from our window was beautiful. Beds were very comfy and the room was modern and spacious.

The room was very hot, you could open the window but due to the town centre location this made it very noisy and harder to sleep. Air con would have been a bonus. The cleaning regime was a bit hit and miss. We found that the first day, everything had been cleaned and the towels removed, however there were 3 of us in the room and they only left 1 clean towel in replacement. The guy on reception gave me more but it was annoying having to ask. Then the next day, we had overflowing bins and dirty coffee cups which they ignored, and all they did was fold up the quilts on the beds. Day 3 they emptied the bins but left the dirty cups and did not give us any extra toilet roll, but the problem was it was a Sunday so we could not ask for more as there is no one on reception on a Sunday! Other than this, everything was fine.

Excellent really very relaxing reliving staying , the location was good and all the facilities were great i just have one note about the coffee machine in my room wasn’t working. so i really recommend it to all 🌸

Exceptional

Night receptionist, a Romanian lady. She was extremely kind and helpful. Next morning was Ziogan (if I am not wrong), he also couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely recommend.

nice location

when i made the booking they said they offer breakfast for a fee. After the booking, i called and said they dont offer breakfast (booking was made non-refundable). The towels were on the floor and instead of replacing them, they put them back on the rack.... Next day after the complain, they didnt even come to the room for cleaning.

Nice rooms but a Self help Hotel No staff to contact.

nice clean rooms

check in only through automatic machine when checking out we weren’t able to enter the hotel as the card wasn’t working and it was 11:02 AM. no support because no staff seen anywhere. then we managed to get in with the help of cleaners and took our bags which was already packed and locked in our rooms. no facility to keep bags after checkout for few hours. no telephone to contact the emergency no. not all tourists will have a mobile calling facility. Even though our rooms were nice this check in and check out experience ruined it all.

A lovely location, comfortable room.

Location, shops, christmas market, restaurants.

Limited staff on site, but when the staff where there they were really helpful. A little confusion as to the times of breakfast, but we always managed to get breakfast. One of the mornings we received breakfast at our door. Lovely breakfast but maybe the option for something warms apart from eggs would be an idea.
