Franchement pas terrible

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 (2 adultes 1 enfants) descriptif 3 beds and 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. Room size 22m2. La chambre faisait à peine 15m2, ils ont voulut nous facturer le lit supplémentaire (déjà payé sur booking). L’arrivée directement devant le stand de rasoirs, brosses à dents et coton-tiges pas terrible. Prix exorbitants (golden week)

위치좋고 괜찮아요

하카타버스터미널에서 도보 5분 정도로 가깝고, 하카타버스터미널과 아뮤플라자,킷테,한큐백화점 3개가 붙어있어 쇼핑하기도 좋고 위치가 좋네요. 룸 청소는 4일째에 한번 해줍니다. 매일 수건은 교체해주구요. 매일 청소해주시는 분이 들어오는게 아니라 짐 열어놔도 되서 좋았네요.

일본 호텔이 그렇긴하지만 공간이 좀 좁은거, 샤워장이 좀 좁은거 빼고는 괜찮아요. 아 한국티비 채널만 나왔으면 금상첨화.

葬儀のため利用なので、静かに過ごせ、交通の便も良くて助かりました。

二人でゆったり、気持ちよく過ごせました。場所も分かりやすかったし、博多駅も近くて助かりました。

上に案内のカードが乗っていたので、机の上のコンセントの位置が分かりづらく、２人分のスマホとバッテリーの充電に、戸惑いました。後で発見して、安心しましたが…。コーヒーのスティックが、しばらく入口のとこに、なくなっていて、戸惑いましたが、夜に補充になり、嬉しかったです。

良かったです

立地がよかった駐車場わからなかったら、フロントの方がわざわざ来てくれて案内してくれました。チェックアウトの延長も快く快諾してもらえて良かったです。

階ごとのコンセプトがあったが博多だったので、違うところが良かったかなぁ

Compact room and good amenities.

The room was a compact one and the layout meant that everything was within reach. The amenities provided and the tea selection was a good - it included caffeine and non-caffeine options. Coin laundry was a plus and I was able to get detergent easily from the front desk.

The room is clean. Appreciated. You can borrow umbrella from the hotel, which is very good when it is a rainy day on your stay. They also help you to store the luggage, which added value to your stay.

The location is a bit far from Hakata station. The staff are not very nice in answering questions regarding to the "Government accommodation tax" when you know you need to pay extra on top of the amount shown in Booking.com receipt.

Superb

Conveniently located hotel, just few minutes away from the main station and Canal City. Each floor has a theme - in our case it was London. The room itself is rather cozy, ideal for sighsteeing purposes.

Very good place to stay

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Very easy access to Hakata Station. Room is large, with heater/air condition and bathroom is perfect.

Eco cleaning has too wide gap (once every 3 nights) but you can request for the cleaning if needed.

Great place to stay for a night in Fukuoka!

The free shampoo refill station and amenities section were somewhat promote sustainability and bring this hotel's uniqueness!

The carpet in the room that I stayed was too thin and the texture was a bit rough
