Pleasant stay in the heart of Sibenik.

The apartment is in the heart of the old town, every shop is near (grocery, pharmacy, tisak, souvenir shops, restaurants) The location is perfect for exploring the old town, but if you’re more of a beach person prepare yourself for a 20-25 minute walk. We had the biggest room with the kitchen and it was well-equipped. It had everything for cooking, there is a combined fridge with a freezer department that works very well. We stayed for 5 nights and it was very comfortable for us.

There was only one thing we really missed, and that was clothesline from the window to dry our wet clothes.

4ème étage avec escalier très étroit avec des bagages mais en plein centre ville. Accessible uniquement à pied, parking payant aux alentours.

Está ubicado en pleno centro. Aunque el acceso es algo complicado si vas con maletas.

Muchas escaleras estrechas. La habitación es muy pequeña, no tiene apenas espacio para dejar las maletas si quiera. Aunque siendo justos, hace justicia a su nombre.

Odlična lokacija unutar starog dijela grada i blizina tvrđave Sv.Mihovila. Maksimalno iskorišten prostor sa svim potrebim za kraći boravak. Ljubazan i stalno dostupan domaćin, povoljan parking u strogom centru.

Premda je sve bilo čisto, koristan bi bio ručnik za pod, pred tušem, svježiji ručnici, i nešto tiši frižider.

Bien placé mais...

Dans le centre et dans la veille ville, assez proche de la mer. Il y a la douche et bouilloire électrique dans la chambre.

Le Wi-Fi est ouvert pour tout le monde (pas de password juste pour les clients) et le soir/nuit il y a beaucoup de gens (bruyante) sous les fenêtres. L'odeur de la canalisation quand on utilisais l'évier du coup on a utilisé la douche pour tout nos actions. Après on a aperçu cette odeur dans la ville (peut-être il y a eu un problème). La chambre est très petite. Une table ou une planche (qui se détache/s'ouvre de mur) pourrait être agréable pour manger.

Chambre trop petite suffit pour deux nuits, entendre la rue et les autres voyageurs étant donné que la chambre était au rez de chaussée sous les escaliers donc bcp de nuisances sonores

Superb

As the name says very clearly, the room is tiny :) a place to spend the night as it's hard to move around. However, the room is very clean and has everything, including a little fridge and a kettle (amazing how they've managed to squeeze everything in!). Clear check-in instructions. Perfect location in the heart of the old town

Great location for a budget stay

A truly excellent location in the centre of the Old Town, within walking distance from the bus station. Great for a short stay with sight-seeing in mind. The beach was also easily accessible by foot.

The air conditioning was not working properly, and it was impossible to sleep during the night, as the room was hot and stuffy. This is the sole reason for the lowered rating, as otherwise everything was fine.

Good location in old city but park outside & walk to apartment.

Good location but you have to park outside the old city & walk in through the narrow alley ways. Tiny, tiny room but we knew that. Narrow staircase up to room. Nice atmosphere in the square where the apartment is located. Moments to everything.

Top location. It is great to be able to take the keys for the room late in the night. It is great flexibility.

We stayed in appartement number 1, which is on the ground floor next to the main door, under a wood stair. It was extremely NOISY. You can hear all of the guests walking downstairs and going in and out of the building. It was a really MICRO room, super narrow.

Great location in the old town, very convenient to everything, restaurants, shops, bus station etc. Good value for money.

Stayed in Room 2. Could do with a fleshing up, coat of paint etc. Didn't meet the host. Check-in done by phone. Worked fine but think I'd prefer the personal touch.

Exceptional

The room is in the old part of Sibenik. Small (yes, micro), but all is there, can sleep two people and the price is OK.

Nice central location, plates and water boiler, internet worked well

Room in ground floor was humid and cold, only small window, felt underground. Only thin blanket, no carpet to warm. No luggage deposit.

Good location. There was a kettle and a fridge (although placed in the wardrobe due to the lack of space in the room and it was quite noisy)

The "mattress" is just a soft sponge, you basically fall down into the bed when you lay on it. It's impossible to have a good night's sleep there. Back pain guaranteed...

Nice small rooms with everything you need. Good location in the old town. The owners let us know when the room was ready, check in said 4pm but we got in about 1:30/2pm

The stairs leading up to the rooms are small and steep, so not great if you are traveling with large suitcases.

Comfy room in a quiet location in Sibenik Old Town

Despite the name, the room I stayed in isn't "micro" at all. It had a large comfy bed, a good-sized bathroom, air-conditioning, a mini fridge, and a hot water kettle for coffee or tea. The best part is that this room is right in the heart of Sibenik Old Town. The street where this room is located is very quiet, and since it is an apartment building, there is no reception. My host got in contact with me in advance & gave me all of the information I needed to get my keys & enter the apartment. It was very easy & convenient. The room I stayed in is in the first floor, which made it even easier since I didn't have to go up the narrow, steep stairs. :-)

Amazing stay: clean, comfortable and beautiful in the heart of Siberik!

We loved our room (4). It was beautiful, with a very comfortable bed, a lot of light, clean and cozy. It looked so much nicer then on the photos. The kitchen area was perfect for a short stay. Very good location!
