Disappointing

It was alright for a one night sleep.

The door handles were dirty and greasy. There were powder stuff on the switches. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. Very strong smell.

Good place for an overnight stay if traveling alone.

I had no expectations, it was overall a pleasant stay.

The shift manager berated a staff member in front of guests for making a drink I requested because it wasn't 'set' up on the register system. The team member was doing her job keeping a guest happy.

the staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive

my first room, the toilet hadn’t been clean. this was reported by myself and another room was given. the fact is, that I was already unpack and had to pack my things again to relocate. this was in fact a inconvenience that should never had happen, if the toilet was cleaned as should of been. my second room, there were 2 Tv remotes and none for the air conditioner in the room. also there was a problem with the phone connection in behind the lamp! it was BROKEN!! your cleaning staff need to understand this is part of making sure the rooms are at the best standards. all equipment must and should work as part of the stay.

Nice staff house keeping is non existent

The staff in the hotel where very helpful and the food was excellent and the location was good as it was just up the road from my brothers place where we were going to each day to fix his unit as he passed away last year.

The house keeping if you could call it that was poor. The beds were not made the used towels not collected the room not vacuumed and trash not empty and no clean cups provided and dirty cups put back for use. But when we complained it was fixed but unfortunately we where there for a week and had to complain a lot. If you fix up the house keeping side your hotel would be excellent.

I stayed for 6 nights, the bathroom was not cleaned & no fresh towels at all in the entire stay, Bed was not made properly each day, only "thrown over". Bed not made at all on the last day of my stay.

The whole system of checking in online only and booking online only as far too much hassle far too much stress used to be way easier just to walk in speak with a person and do the book in there and then has definitely created way more hassle doing it all online only

Room was clean / bed comfortable.

Unfortunately I was able to hear the piped music all night, coming from the hall (could hear it quite clearly in the bathroom, faintly from the bedroom) - I stayed in room # 3. Would be good if the music stopped at @ 10.00pm.

Nightcap is no good

Not much to be honest

Arrived after finishing a 12hr shift. Got my room and settled in. Got a knock at the door at 9:30pm from the manager very rudely questioning who I was and asking me to change rooms. This was definitely inconvenient and the first time I've ever experienced something like that. Beds are also way to soft and other guests were blasting music out of their rooms. It was a nightmare.
