About this apartment rental
• Situated at 2000 meters, Arc 1950 is the 5* resort of Les Arcs. 'The Arc 1950 Village' which is built in Savoyard style is a beautiful setting.
• Charming, car-free village with underground parking, with the colourful overtones of Tremblant and other North American resorts as it was built by the Canadian company, Intrawest.
• Les Arcs consist of the four resort areas Arc 1600, Arc 1800, Arc 1950 and Arc 2000. They are linked to La Plagne via the double decker Vanoise Express cable car which gives access to La Plagne to form one of the largest ski areas in France – Paradiski (Les Arcs/Peisey-Vallandry/la Plagne).
• The Paradiski area has more than 425 km pistes and a glacier - the area has something for everyone.
• The ski area is a high altitude area between 1200m and 3520m, and with 70% above 2000m you are highly likely to have plenty of snow during the season.
• The village also provides an abundance of other winter activities, including off-piste skiing, snowshoeing, and sled-dog rides.
• Our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, which has accommodation on 2 floors, is located on the top floor of the Auberge Jerome residence in Arc 1950.
• The apartment is spacious, 71m2, luxuriously furnished and has a lovely mountain view looking out to Bois de l'Ours piste.
• Auberge Jerome has ski-in, ski-out access, ski lockers, lift and free use of the relaxing spa facilities including steam room, sauna, and small outdoor (heated!) swimming pool & jacuzzi and gym area.
• There is also a gorgeous Deep Nature Spa® Arc 1950 in the village (payable locally) offering a range of treatments and relaxation.
• The compact car-free Arc 1950 village has an excellent bakery, well stocked supermarket as well as a good selection of bars and restaurants, ski school, ski-hire shops, lift pass office.
• A free entertainment programme is offered each week.
• Arc 1950 has been awarded the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor .
• The apartment has three bedrooms but we only rent it for 6 people to ensure everyone has a full size bed and enjoys a relaxing holiday ie. we do not have anyone sleepng in the living area unlike many other apartment.

• For those who drive to the village, there is secure underground parking at the village (visit resaplace.com to book – approx. 98€/car/week in the winter).

We used to own an apartment on the same floor in Auberge Jerome a few doors down so knew what to expect. Worth noting the kitchen upgrade by the owners is a big improvement on the original. Will happily book again in the future.

We had a really lovely stay; this split level apartment was ideally located for ski school, all the amenities and was ski in ski out: perfect! Steve was exceptionally prompt at replying to our various pre-arrival queries for which we were very grateful (bit of travel chaos so we didn’t arrive until 1.45). Highly recommend

Really great duplex apartment. Plenty of room for everyone and fantastic views and location. I would recommend to anyone. Only one issue was the lifts and that was only that they were slow sometimes to arrive. No biggie.

The six of us found apartment spacious & comfortable & enjoyed all the facilities particularly the extremely well equipped kitchen & hot water at all times. Response from reception when asking for robes was swift.
Being on the top floor gave us a peaceful stay coupled with wonderful views from a sunny balcony. Very quick access to ski lockers & the village. To cap it all having a Birds Eye view of the weekly ski jumping display was an unexpected delightful bonus. Thank you

Nous avons choisi cet appartement par rapport aux évaluations très positives des précédents locataires ... et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il n'y a rien à redire, le descriptif de l'appartement fait par le propriétaire est fidèle et cela était parfait. En outre, Arcs 1950 est assez animé en journée et cela donne un vrai air de vacances.

Excellent week of skiing !
Arc 1950 is a gem of a place to base a ski holiday from and if you need a larger apartment, you probably won’t find better than this one ! Three double bedrooms (all with proper windows), living area with a fantastic view, modern and well equipped kitchen, ski in ski out from the ski locker area, Sonos speaker available, Wi-fi available, quiet corner of the building ... and of course the village with no cars (all parking underground) and huge choice of bars and restaurants. We we were also able to hire good quality stuff (cot plus high chair) for our grand daughter with the help of the owners, who were very helpful on all fronts. We intend to return !

Perfect holiday!
This was the best apartment we have stayed in at 1950! As a family of 5, we took Grandad and our girls 3 and 5, the trip was very easy! We checked in very late at night (after midnight) and it was seemless. The apartment is fabulous, it has everything you need for a great holiday! There are some dvds and card games which was a great addition (my favourite was the fairy lights) The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of being able to cook yourself and we used ‘huski’ which does great ready made food that can all be ordered before you arrive.
All in all I would definitely recommend this apartment for a family holiday! We will definitely be heading back again!

The photos did not do this apartment justice. The kitchen is new and well equipped, with a comfy lounge and dining area. The patio area was large enough for all 6 of us, & gets the evening sun, which was very welcome at the end of a good day. The bedrooms are all large and beds comfy. The only item missing, if being super critical was a fire in the lounge. Not that the apartment temperature needed one, but would have been a very nice focal point. We all throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return at some point soon.

We stayed in the apartment on the end of February.
The Partment is located in a Radisson blue apartment hotel.
It is very nice cozy place well decorated.
It has 2 floors. First with kitchen, living room, bedroom and toilet. Second with toilet, shower bedroom and on other bedroom with toilet and bath tub.
The kitchen is well equipped and generally this apartment is very comfortable for 6 persons.
The owners are not there but they are cooperative and helpful.
I certainly recommend this property.

La table nous a juste semblée un peu petite à 5... par contre pour le salon, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait.

Excellent apartment and resort.
Lovely apartment, which suited the six of us (three couples) very well. Everything is of a very high standard and it truly was ski in, ski out. There had been lots of snow and we finished each evening a metre or so from the door to the ski lockers! Les Arcs 1950 is one of the nicest, purpose built ski resorts we have stayed in. Very attractive with a real village feel and all shops, restaurants etc., close to the apartments, but cleverly configured so there is no disturbance. Had a fantastic meal at La Vache Rouge - all in all one of the best places we have stayed. Will definitely be back.

Spectacular Location
We are a family of 5 , and stayed in this unit over Christmas. We’re from the US, flew into Paris and took the TGV to Bourg St. Maurice. Very easy to get to.
The apartment is great for a family, completely updated, had everything we needed including wifi which the kids appreciated! Plus a lovely new kitchen.
We traveled with boots and helmets then rented skis steps from the front door of the building. Skis are stored in a downstairs locker, we simply picked them up each morning stepped out the door, put them on and skiied down to the lift. So easy!
Our kids did ski school in the mornings for the week, they are aged 12, 14 and 16. They each were in a different group, all three were put in adult classes. The kids can ski well, we were just looking to clean up their form, by the end of the week they all looked considerably better.
We had great weather with tons of snow. The overall experience to our delight was spectacular.
