Decent place to stay for the price.

Lots of places to eat nearby. The staff were very helpful. Laundry room has three washing machines, which was good as we didn’t need to wait till they got available.

Room wasn’t very clean. Lots of dark long hairs on the carpet when we entered the room.

Valuable for stay

The property is nice. The location is nice, but just be aware that the hotel cannot leave luggage before or after check in, last but not least the room is pretty small full, amenity you need

I did not lie about the service before, and after shake out at least if the customer can before the check in time, you need to have space to store their luggage after as well

Ok hotel, but not the best

The hotel is located very well, in walking distance from many transportation. The staff were nice though.

The hotel rooms didn't meet our expectations, it was rather dirty and with smaller rooms, so we believe it is not worth the money we paid.

Peor Hotel en el que nos hemos alojado nunca

Peor Hotel en el que nos hemos alojado en la vida, no le ponemos un 0 porque no existe esa opción. Mal trato por parte del personal, lejos de todo, cutres y pensábamos que las habitaciones serían pequeñas, pero nos encontramos con un zulo directamente.

Tout d’abord, l’Exceptionnel et élégant petit déjeuner différent tous les jours. La proximité de nombreux restaurant mais également des transports. Un merci à l’ensemble du personnel très avenant et à notre écoute

Small but comfortable hotel stay in convenient area

Small but comfortable, The Rise was located in a good area, with plenty of shops nearby and bigger sites like Osaka castle easily accessible by bus. It was centrally situated, meaning getting to Dotonbori in the south was easy and so was getting to Umeda in the north. Check in/out is automated, and staff are not always visible, but if you do need anything they are close by to help out. I needed an adapter and one was provided for me.

The wifi was occasionally spotty and the functionality of YouTube on the TV questionable. It continually crashed for me. Breakfast also seemed a little steep to me at 2,800 yen - I opted for breakfast from the Konbini instead.

Beautiful hotel that exceeded expectations with an amazing staff, great location, and cozy rooms.

The room itself was beautifully appointed. Situated right in the heart of the city, top attractions, restaurants, and entertainment were just steps away. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and knowledgeable concierge, every employee went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

While the mattresses didn't have that plush, sink-in feeling, they weren't rock hard either. A mattress topper or extra blanket between the sheets could have helped soften things up a bit. But for a short stay, the beds were perfectly serviceable, just slightly on the firmer side of ideal.

Great and can’t wait to return !

I loved my room! It was spacious and the view was amazing. It was centrally located and easy to get around. Staff was very nice :)

Nothing, maybe that you couldn’t go to other floors as I was traveling with a group - but it wasn’t the biggest deal since we could meet on the balcony by the lobby.

Super clean, friendly staff

Staff were fantastic. Very keen to help and patient as we don’t speak japanese. Room was spotless, towels wer changed daily. We had a wonderful stay.

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko wszędzie, w dobrej dzielnicy.Śniadanie bardzo dobre, do wyboru wersja japońska lub europejska.Jest możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.

Bardzo wąskie łóżko, raczej dla jednej osoby niż dwóch, malutka łazienka.Brak tv innej niż japońska.

Very small Japanese style room but the hotel was situated near to train stations and the metro.

The room was very small with no storage facilities. Ok for a short period of time but no more than 2 people who get on very well could stay there.

You get what you pay for!

I loved how there was easy elevator access from the ground floor to the lobby. Know this so you don't lug your luggage up the stairs by the entrance!

This room is where you get what you pay for. There was hair on the mattress, mattress covers, etc; and unfortunately, while they tried to accede to my request for a high floor the view and room were mediocre. It was also very dusty, there were a lot of insects and the area was (unfortunately) unsafe at night--being near the bars. In the day it was lovely with the breeze though! There is a slight walk from the train stations so if you are tired or have heavy luggage this place is not for you.

hôtel dans un quartier très vivant, bien insonorisé. Chambre et salle d'eau très propres

La chambre est ridiculement petite pour 2 personnes et leur valise. Le lit en 120 de large toujours pour 2 personnes ne permet pas un sommeil de très bonne qualité malgré le couchage ferme.

It was okay, probably would not stay here again unfortunately

The breakfast was excellent! Choice between Western or Japanese breakfast. We chose Western and it was delicious lots of food, kept us full up until lunch time! Wasn’t too busy at breakfast time.

Bathroom was too small for one of us, who is just over 6ft. Kept tripping over the step into the bathroom and my partner had to duck in the bathroom. Knees touching the wall then on the toilet! Room was very small but fine for the length of our stay. The bed was solid!

Hôtel très bien situé, calme, avec un excellent petit déjeuner

Le petit déjeuner etait vraiment excellent :le meilleur que nous ayons eu au Japon depuis 3 semaines Cela nous a d’ailleurs incité à dîner au restaurant qui est également excellent Le service pour le petit déjeuner et restaurant est également parfait En ce qui concerne l’hôtel les chambres sont des chambres cabines très petites mais très bien conçues ( literie excellente) et situation au calme à proximité cependant des métros et gare d’OSAKA.

Les ascenseurs sont sous dimensionnés il faut attendre Le personnel a l’accueil est très aimable mais sous dimensionné / la machine à café en libre service n’a parfois pas d’eau et les poubelles à côté ne sont pas vidées assez souvent ( nous étions là le we ce qui explique peut être cette situation ).

The rooms were very clean and reasonably updated. The staff were very nice and helpful. I liked the checkout kiosks in the lobby.

Our rooms were very small. If you are over 6 feet tall, you won’t fit in this room. If you are over 250lbs, you won’t fit in this room. The ceilings were about 6’2” in the sleeping area, and about 6’ tall in the bathroom (due to the elevated floor). The room was comically small, actually. Way smaller than it looks in the photos.

Si vous voyagez léger uniquement. Bon emplacement.

-A 10 min à pieds de la station de métro et zone commerciale de Osaka station, lignes principales de rejoindre les principaux centres d'intérêt. -Plusieurs restaurants locaux autour de l'hôtel. -Le petit-déjeuner servi en personne, 2 choix de menus: japonais ou western. Fabuleux et délicieux. -Le personnel au petit-déjeuner -Des kits de toilette à disposition à la réception. -Thés et cafés à volonté à la réception. -Le self check-in et check-out, très efficace et rapide.

-La chambre certes petite, chose commune au Japon mais pas du tout fonctionnelle. La salle de bains est semblable à un Algeco. Il faut fermer complètement la porte afin que l'autre personne partageant votre chambre puisse passer. De plus, contrairement aux autres hôtels du pays, il est impossible de glisser nos valises sous le lit. -Le personnel de réception pas assez disponible. De grands panneaux nous empêchent de communiquer avec eux, il faut activer une clochette pour s'adresser à eux.

really good

We could not sleep during our first night at the hotel because of the loud noise coming from the adjacent room, people were talking and laughing so loud. we were so tired from the flight and we want to have a good night sleep. We called the reception to complain and requested to be moved to another room. One of the staff, Rio Toyoshima came to our room and she actually heard the loud voices coming from the other room. She immediately find another room for us to stay. We were so thankful for the quick response and solution to the situation. She was very polite and helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. She is truly an asset to your company.
