About this house rental
Need a vacation rental, a business stay or a temporary home. This place is for you. The house is a ranch style home perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. There is a large beautiful back patio to enjoy for BBQs as well as a firepit that is entertainment ready. Large privacy fenced back yard. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a large park 1 block from the house for the kids to enjoy as well as Holmes Lake park 4 miles away which offers fishing, kayaking , a 2 mile walking trail around lake, playgrounds and picnic areas. This house is located only 4 miles from downtown Lincoln for those who are sports fans, concert goer and enjoy the night life. Shopping malls as well as many other store within a few miles of the home. You are located 10 miles from the LIncoln Airport and 1 hour from the Omaha Airport. There is a bus system in the neighborhood as well as Uber to take you to your destination.
The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms upstairs have comfortable queen size beds .The kitchen has everything needed to cook all your meals. Grocery store is approx. 1 mile from the house. Upstairs also includes a large master bath. Downstairs there 2 more bedrooms one with queen size bed and another with 2 queen size beds along with another bathroom. Included also is a washer and dryer for your use.
Internet is provided.
If you are an outdoors person Nebraska offers many places for bike riding, fishing, and boating as well.

Property was much needed peaceful and relaxing. Nice neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay and when I go back I will rebook the same place if available. Host was awesome to work with. Thank you Rhonda!!

The house looks great from the outside and has a gorgeous back yard. It fell a little short for us overall. The lower level wasn't really up to par. One of the bedrooms does not have a door to close. Access to the washer and dryer was through the lower level bathroom and was a little awkward. The lower level just felt cobbled together. The main level was really nice except that the wood floors tended to squeak a lot. The house was generally neat and clean and the host was very responsive to communication.

The instructions on how to care for the house and how to check out were completely clear, which is really nice.

We were visiting Lincoln because our daughter was playing in the state tennis tournament. We shared the property with other family members. The house was great for all of us to have a place to relax. The backyard is beautiful! The property is well cared for and very easy to check-in. Thank you!

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Two bedrooms with one bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bath down. The outside patio area is lovely!!! A great space for your morning coffee or a glass of wine. The driveway had enough parking for 2 cars but also there is plenty of parking on the street, if needed. The neighborhood is so nice and tree-covered. All of the neighbors take care of their homes and lawns. We felt VERY safe here. Plus the house owner lives right next door and I am sure would be available for any issues. The only concern we had was the staircase to the second level/ outside area. It was very narrow. Definitely needed to hold onto the handrail (and it helped to turn your feet sideways a bit) or you might end up on your bottom. But this was minor and once the first person slipped we all knew to hold on and had no issues. Overall, this a great house and we would stay again.

We came into town from Colorado to celebrate our daughters graduation from UNL. It's a little further than we'd like, but the tradeoff was a quiet non college environment to relax in and enjoy time as a family. It had EVERYTHING we needed minus larger serving bowls. Beds were very comfortable. There bedroom in the basement with 2 beds does not have a door on it, it wasn't a concern for us. Great place!

This property was a delight to stay in. Easy to access, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Rhonda is amazing to work with and super responsive. She has done an amazing job with the decor and upkeep of the place. Will definitely stay here again!!

The house was a life-saver since we were able to relax without getting in the way of the graduation preparations. We enjoyed each having our own beds. The kitchen was well equipped and the backyard was perfect for an evening of playing cards with a space for the kids to run. Thank you!

We're VRBO veterans. I usually don't give a review beyond a "star" rating. But........This was the best one we've stayed at to date. Very clean, very well stocked beyond what's usual. The highlight.........knives that were sharp enough to actually cut things! What a concept. We will stay here again.

Our family needed a place to gather various out of state members for an extended six night stay. The house was perfect for us. With four bedrooms and two full bathrooms we never felt hemmed in upon each other. The kitchen provided everything we needed to prepare our own meals and the living area was very comfortable with reclining couches all around. Flat screens in each bedroom and the nice patio out back gave us plenty room to stretch out. All remarked on what a nice place it was!

This was my first experience renting a vacation home and will rent this house again when we all gather in Lincoln again. Rhonda thought of everything! Space was nice to relax inside on comfy sofas. Beautiful backyard & space to enjoy coffee on the patio! We all had a good sleep on the comfortable beds & linens. Well stocked with plenty of towels, TP & pantry. Great communication from the host.

This place felt like home away from home. It had everything that we needed for our family. We visited for a wedding and were tasked with cooking half of the rehearsal dinner and the kitchen was perfect for that. We had 3 adults, an infant, 7 yr old, and 17 yr old. The backyard was beautiful with plenty of room for us to play and cook out. There are stairs down into the basement where 2 rooms are located, but the owner provides gates to protect the little ones. Check out was easy as well. Perfect place to stay for a family

The house is clean and just as described. I was traveling with teens on a college tour and golfing trip. The many smart tvs were welcomed! We enjoyed the beautiful weather and grilled outside both nights. Thanks for a great stay, we will probably be back next year!
