All was very good and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at your space. With the 4 floors, everyone had a space to themselves. The access to the underground from the Canada Water station was great.
Thanks again. Shannon

This house was wonderful for our big family trip (3 adults and 3 teens). We were there for 8 days. Very well stocked with everything you could need. Underground and Buses literally in the backyard. 3 minutes to small grocery and cafe. 8 minutes to large shopping area. Library just past the underground stop and a great resource. Even the travel nanny was impressed by the house.
Only caveat - beds are a little too hard and couches a little too soft. Otherwise everything is just right!

Excellent location. The property is very clean and managed.

My family (total of 6 adults) spent 5 days in London and enjoyed this apartment! We each got our own bedroom and shared a total of 3 bathrooms throughout. Apartment is centrally located next to the tube and overground so getting around the city is easy. Also the apartment is a 5 minute walk from a grocery store making stocking up on essentials very easy.

We were three generations traveling to London for a week and this flat was so perfect. We have some with mobility issues and the bedroom, bathroom and den on the ground floor were perfect! We loved having a living room and kitchen on the second floor so we could relax together in between our events exploring London. The super short footpath to the tube, underground and buses was amazing. Grocery store super close for grabbing essentials so we didn’t have to eat out for breakfasts and to grab snacks. We loved the Leadbellys restaurant right across the square as well as the Mayflower a short walk away or Uber and The Yellow House one overground stop away. We had wonderful meals at all 3. The Jubilee line takes you to most big tourist areas without changing trains and so quick and easy to navigate. 15 min tube ride to Westminster Abbey/Leicester Square/major shopping/fortnum and masons at picadilly. We also took Uber often during low traffic times to reduce walking for our fam member with mobility issues- super available and we had them pickup in front of tube station.
Loved the 3 bathrooms for our group of 7 and 4 full bedrooms plus a den with a twin bed. One bedroom/bath and den with twin bed on ground floor, kitchen and living on two, two more full bedrooms and one bath on 3rd level and nice master with bathroom on 4th level. Great WiFi. Dryer seemed to take forever to dry clothes but that seems to be the norm in UK.
Wonderful homebase to explore London! We highly recommend

This is our second time staying here, this is in a great location with restaurants, groceries, bus and underground station within a very short walking distance. There home itself is very comfortable with plenty of space. The owner and property manager are very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great two weeks at the Pump House over Christmas. Nic was so kind to provide a Christmas tree for us and lots of great recommendations for restaurants, shopping and more. The location was perfect…so close to the tube and buses. Great restaurants within walking distance. We ate at the Mayflower Pub twice! Our family of seven adults and a toddler were very comfortable there. We appreciated the baby items (bed, high chair, dishes). If you’re looking for a great home base from which to explore London, look no further!

Located near underground and buses. Grocery store nearby. We had 5 people, 2 couples and a single, the 3 bedrooms each with its own bath was great.
Had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property that’s got comfortable room for our group of 7, almost unbelievably conveniently located next to a grocery store and the Canada Water station.
This was our second stay here and it was just as amazing, and still more affordable that smaller and less-convenient properties in other parts of London.

Fantastic property! Everything was as advertised and communication with the manager and owner was terrific. House is located right near Tube station so very easy access to everything. Thanks for a great holiday!

Nic's place is wonderful. Great location, just 50 meters from Canada Water underground station, with connectivity within minutes to central and east London.
The apartment is minutes' walk from the River Thamse and from there, 15 minutes' walk to London Bridge.
The apartment itself is very well equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet. Nic, the host, was helpful before and during our stay (although we didn't need him at all...)

The location of the property is amazing, so close to everything around London. The pump house had plenty of room for 8 adults and has everything you need.

The house was perfect and the proximity to train ideal. This was roomy, and everything we wanted in a place to stay.
Check-in was more difficult than it needed to be. The property address has no access from street: I would have much preferred the address of the entry gate. There was an unwritten expectation from the house manager (not the property owner) that we arrive at the exact check-in time to meet in person. She seemed put out that we didn't after intenational flight, and her solution for self check-in was that we buzz other flats in the neighborhood to have them beep us in.

Our daughter got married in Greenwich but we knew we wanted to stay a bit more centrally located to London tourist sites. This place was mere steps from the Canada Water tube and overground station and a bus depot. Four bedrooms gave each couple plenty of privacy with a large living room for family gathering. The host was easily reachable for the entire stay. A fantastic visit!

This lovely property was just as it was described. It was clean and quiet with plenty of room for the four of us. The location is a short walk from the underground/bus station and from a grocery store. I would stay there again.

This townhouse at pump house close is really an incredible gem. Honestly it the best for location , price, comfort, I could go on and on. It made our week long visit to London so incredibly easy. The Canada water station is literally steps from the gate of the community. The local market is just a few more steps beyond that. No too much further away is a tesco for any forgotten items like chargers/converters etc that couldn’t be found at the local store. Steps past the local store is the Canada water cafe, delicious Italian food, that if I could, I would eat there every night. The historic mayflower pub down by the Thames was about a 9 min walk from the house. I highly recommend . Nic the owner and Tsonka our hostess made checkin and check out so easy, they were accommodating to our needs and quickly responsive to any questions. The washer, dryer and dishwasher made us feel like we were at home. With three teenage boys we were able to spread out and after a long day sightseeing everyone had their space. Thank you again Nic and Tsonka for an amazing stay !

This is probably the best VRBO place I've ever stayed. The convenience of the Tube, market, restaurants, etc was better than we expected. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful place. Very clean and a lovely home.

The location can not be beat !! It is steps from the tube ! A parking space is available if you are traveling on to another destination after your stay, as we were. There are restaurants ( we recommend the Mayflower) & grocery stores within walking distance. The condo is very spacious . We were a family of 6 and had plenty of space . We really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this home to others .

We stayed at the pump house for six nights and found it very comfortable and convenient. Super easy to walk to restaurants, grocery store and underground station. The location made it easy to travel throughout London. Checking in was a little tricky since there were five of us and five large suitcases, but once we got the keys everything was very easy. Nic did a great job of communicating with us and letting us know of restaurants and pubs that were close by. Our young adult/teenage children loved having their own rooms and bathrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

We had 8 adults and an infant lodging at the Pump House. It is next to the Canada Water station and was extremely convenient to pop on the tube for our next adventure!
The house has all you need to be at home. Close to the grocery stores and restaurants/pubs.
Communication with Nic, the owner, and his hostess, who helped us navigate to the property, were prompt and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Pump House for your London visit.

Great flat conveniently located a few quick stops from London Bridge on the tube in a quiet residential part of London. We had no problems visiting either the city center of London or Greenwich.
Check-in was fairly easy and the residence has a private gate that separates the residence for the sidewalk.
Nic was communicative and helped find a luggage drop for us.
Kitchen was well appointed and the apartment was clean

The location was perfect, very close to a tube station and Sainsbury’s, quiet neighborhood, well stocked supplies in the house and easy to contact the owner if needed. We really appreciated the hostess Tsonka sending us a video on how to get from the tube station to the house. It was a wonderful place and we would stay there again!

Great apartment with multiple levels and bedrooms to accommodate our group. Super convenient to groceries and Underground station. Very attentive, communicative hosts . Plan to stay there again next time.

The owner was a pleasure to work with questions answered quickly. The location couldn't be better right by Canada Line ( subway as well as bus terminal), a snap to get to from Heathrow and anywhere else you may wish to go. Grocery stores within a 5 min walk as several pub/restaurants- Salt Quay and Mayflower (need reservations)
Thank you Nic!

Right next to the tube but very quiet and gated property, room for everyone, the best!

We were traveling as 5 adults so it worked great to each have privacy with the bedrooms & bathrooms on separate floors with a communal kitchen/living space in the middle. Very easy to get on the underground & great cafe & pub within a 10 minute walk. Would stay again.

Amazing location steps from the Canada Water tube station (underground and overground accessible from here). We were 4 adults and 2 kids (tween/older teen) and had plenty of space to spread out. Location felt extremely safe every time we were out. House was well-supplied, generally, and there were several grocery and restaurant options very nearby. Leadbelly’s across the street and Mayflower a 5-7 min walk away were both great. We stumbled upon the little farmer’s market with food trucks Sunday morning and that was a fun accidental discovery. Only complaint was beds were not super comfortable, but we are also a bit picky in that regard. We’d definitely stay here again if we needed that much space.

This house was a perfect location for us. There was no need to rent a car, we took the tube from
Heathrow to the house. It was so convenient to have the tube station a stones throw from the house.
We were able to visit all of the main attractions of London plus some extras off the beaten path. We took our daughter to the O2 for her first concert which was extremely easy to get to.
There are pleasant of grocery stores within walking distance from the house plus restaurants. We enjoyed getting takeaway from Leadbelly’s and a cozy sit down meal at the Mayflower also within walking distance.
There was plenty of room for the 6 of us (4 adults, 2 teenagers) everyone had their own space.
Communication was a breeze with Nic and Tsonka.
I would rent this home again in heartbeat if we were to visit London again.

Five of us were in London for a guys football weekend. The flat was as advertised. The proximity to the underground made it ideal to get to every ground we wanted. Services were all a short walk. We especially enjoyed the Mayflower Pub. All processes were great. We’ll probably be back and would definitely rent again.

My family of four, my mom, my niece and a friend stayed at the Pump House for a week in February. The location is a 2 minute walk from the Canada Water underground stop and 3 minute walk from a Sainsbury grocery store and the delicious Canada Water Cafe.
The property is a delight! Four stories of comfortable space gave our party of 7 plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Everyone had plenty of privacy and also large communal spaces to enjoy together. With 3 full bathrooms, no one had to wait long for a shower.
The house is comfortably furnished, clean and up to date. The property owners were helpful and prompt regarding my questions about activities for our 11 year old.
I would highly recommend the Pump House for your stay in London. It is a comfortable, beautiful, safe place to stay.
Best regards,

This property was exactly what we expected AND MORE. It was a wonderful home away from home for us. The kitchen was well stocked and had heaps a small things already included in the house like tea, coffee, sugar, some sauces, salt etc. It also had plenty of dishwasher tablets! Easy to use washer and sep dryer. TV with options of Netflix etc was great for the kids! SO MANY options for crockery, cutlery and glasses.
Literally 2 mins walk from the Tube in a safe secure environment. Sainsburys local 2 mins away and a great pub 3mins walk also.

We had a wonderful stay. We are a family of 7 and everyone had their own space. The 3 bathrooms was fantastic no waiting for showers etc. It is in a great place a 2 minute walk to Canada Waters on the Jubilee line and the overground. Nic was a great host and as we were there over Christmas the house was decorated with a tree and other decorations a lovely touch.
Thanks for a great stay.

We were a group of eight adults, and everyone were happy with the house. Location nearby Canada Water underground station makes it super easy to move around and explore the city. Highly recommended!

Our family of six, two grandparents, two parents and two grandchildren had a very pleasant time at the Pump House property. The property was spacious, clean, secure and very well appointed. The owner Nic was a great communicator and the convenience of the Canada Water Jubilee underground line was a real bonus. The local Sainsbury store was a couple of minutes away, and provided all of our needs. I had lived and worked in the London Bridge area, which is two stops from Canada Water, and offered a comfortable area for most of our dining . The VRBO listing was very accurate and there were no surprises. We definitely recommend Nic and his property for those looking for a family accommodation when staying in London.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
However, I found the top floor room a bit cold as the radiator was behind the wardrobe.
