LV Premier Chiado Apartments – CH3 is a modern and very bright 3BR apartment with 2BR. This vacation rental is one of 9 premium apartments located in the same elevator building, enabling rental of more than one unit. LV Premier Chiado – CH3 has just been refurnished and offers a contemporary, and very comfortable environment. It has high ceilings and large windows facing famous Rua do Carmo, with Armazéns do Chiado and elevador de Santa Justa right in front. The kitchen windows have awe inspiring views of Convento do Carmo with arches surviving the earthquake of 1755, as well as the newly built Carmo Gardens. Enjoy the unrivaled location with easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops. The apartment is fully equipped and in addition to AC, it features heating and double-glazing windows. We can accommodate 7 people in the bedrooms and with sofa beds, a maximum of 9 guests. Free WIFI

The apartment is very spacious and accommodated well my entire family. The building is great if you need extra accessibility, as it has ramps and elevators to access the apartments. All the appliances in the apartment are very handy for long stays, such as doing laundry and cooking. Also there was an intermediate cleaning during our stay that was very useful.
The best part is really the location, it is amazing. Close to great restaurants, shopping mall, touristic places, train station, and grocery stores, all within walking distance.

Location, location, location PLUS a gorgeous apartment! The view of the Church do Carmo is incredible! Plenty of room- we had 5 adults and room to spare.

The apartment was great for 2 couples, the location was great, close to restaurants and shopping. It is located on a pedestrian street so you can’t park in front to drop off your luggage. It did get a little noisy on Friday night

This apartment is in an excellent central location on a pedestrian-only street. It worked very well for our group of five adults. It has a large kitchen area, nice bathrooms, and a comfortable sitting/dining area. There is one large bedroom and two smaller ones. The communication and support by the rental agency staff was outstanding. I would definitely rent again from this agency.

We absolutely loved our 8 night stay at this apartment.
The location is perfect - steps away from the Santa Justa elevator, head the other way for the Barrio Alto. The street is a pedestrian only one which was nice. Lots of restaurants nearby. A good grocery store nearby. Great views of the Santa Justa Elevator and the Carmo Church from the apartment. We felt very safe staying there.
The apartment itself was well appointed, clean, nicely laid out, good wifi and exactly as pictured. All the comforts of home. Loved having an elevator. The mgmt company was in the building - and very helpful and friendly.
We enjoyed everything about the apartment - and would absolutely recommend staying there. I miss it already!

Made a difference to be shown around the facilities and have some guidance on best local shops etc. The flat is really well located for access to the city centre. Decor a bit jaded but all functional and clean.

Wonderful Apartment for Winter Holiday
The LV Premier staff (in particular Ana A. and Sandra) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. From receiving and holding packages on our behalf in advance of our trip to the generous coffee, wine, nuts, and fruit gift that we were greeted with upon check-in, the staff was very responsive, thoughtful, and kind. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five with a beautiful view of the Carmo Convent from the kitchen window. We had all the amenities needed to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect and convenient. We would definitely stay at the apartment again.

Very clean and located perfectly in the center of the best areas of Lisbon. Staff was friendly, accommodating and genuinely cared about ensuring our experience was the best it could be. A wonderful home base for our stay in Portugal.

Hopefully, this process can be improved in the near future for all non-Portuguese customers. * Check-out before 8 am would cost extra; which I didn't recall seeing on the on-line contract or LV Premier app. Other Apt. that we stayed in Porto allows this express check out without any issue.

We had a flight cancelled and a very long delay and when our flight did arrive the following day, Rogerio was there to check us in at 4:30 am. He was very accommodating and went over all of the details for the property. He was quite informative about the area and very helpful. There was also a small welcome package with a bottle of wine, some sparkling water and coffee. This was much appreciated since our arrival time did not allow us to pick up any basics. The property is exactly as pictured with a view to the old church from the kitchen window . This was our first trip to Lisbon and I was so glad I went with this place because the location, for us, couldn't be beat. We were able to walk to all of the sights we wanted to see and there were tons of shops and restaurants right outside the front door. Because of the flight cancellation we were shorted a day in the city so it was go, go , go and the location enabled us to get it all in. I am also pretty picky about cleanliness and aesthetics and this place met my expectations. Don't hesitate to book this apartment if you are planning to visit Lisbon!

Although the apartment was large, spacious, and well equipped the only negative was the noise outside. There were bands out the front and back of the apartment until midnight every night. The rugs and floor were dirty. The staff were very helpful as for helping us find a wheelchair and hospital.

Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La sua posizione centrale permette la visita della città a piedi. Naturalmente tutti i mezzi di trasporto sono facilmente raggiungibili. La sera, basta uscire di casa e si subito immersi nel fascino notturno di Lisbona.

Wonderful apartment centrally located in the heart of the city. We arrived late and were warmly greeted and shown around the apartment. Three couples were traveling Europe and the rooms were made up with queen beds in each. We also had a very early departure and she met us at the appartment and kindly made arrangements for a driver to take us to the airport. Our group originally had reservations at a luxury hotel which we benefited in canceling and staying at the apartment. You can't go wrong in staying here.

Excellent, central apartment
A lovely and extremely clean and well kept apartment in the best possible location in Lisbon. It's right in the middle of the city so you're so close to absolutely everything you could need. The apartment itself had more than enough room and amenities for all 9 of us.
Would definitely recommend to a big group of travellers, though the noise of the city centre can be difficult at times, the location makes up for it.
Host was also very accommodating throughout.

Had a very pleasant and enjoyable trip.
We had difficulty getting into the apartment after a long train ride from the south but Jose and his assistant were extremely helpful. Great location, convenient. I would suggest the light in the master be removed because at night it is a nuisance as the blue light hits from air conditioner. Overall fabulous trip and lisbon is a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend. They had basic amenities on arrival like coffee so you don't have to rush out. restaurants are plenty nearby, metro is so close, shopping is too close!!! we would visit again.

Perfect, central location. Nice unit.
We loved our stay in Lisbon and would definitely return to the same unit. It is in the central neighborhood of Biaxa easy walking distance to Alfama and Barrio Alto as well as to public transportation and the trolley lines. It was nice to have all the amenities of home instead of staying at a hotel. No shortage of places to eat if you don't care to avail yourself of the units kitchen. Occasional street entertainment right outside the door added to the fun. We were two couples traveling together and Lisbon was a highlight.
