Superfijn plekje!

Dit boutiquehotel heeft 7 kamers, waarvan wij de familiesuite hadden geboekt. Een kamer op de eerste verdieping, met 1 badkamer en 2 ruime slaapkamers, van alle gemakken voorzien! Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk onthaald door Fatma en kregen we een lekker welkomstdrankje. Onze loodzware koffers werden door haar naar boven getild, van protest wilde ze niet weten! Het ontbijt werd aan tafel geserveerd en bestond uit allemaal kleine schaaltjes met lekkere dingetjes. De tuin is prachtig en het zwembad lekker schoon en ruim. Genoeg plekjes in de schaduw of de zon. Het personeel is ontzettend hartelijk en gastvrij en hebben er absoluut voor gezorgd dat we een paar heerlijke dagen hebben doorgebracht daar. Het centrum is 5 minuutjes te voet, waar genoeg te doen is qua eten, drinken en winkelen. Ook qua activiteiten kun je in Dalyan alle kanten op, je hoeft je echt niet te vervelen, mag natuurlijk wel!

Hotel is lovely, great position 5 minutes from Bars, restaurants, shops so very peaceful. Family who ran hotel are fabulous, Turkish breakfast was very nice and Bar area is good, Pool area is good with Sunbeds, and shaded areas when sun got too much for us.

Said on confirmation email that as honeymoon suite would have fruit basket, floral decoration and soft drink. These were not present on arrival, manager shown email but items never appeared.

Nice Stay... amazing breakfast!

Staff very welcoming and helpful throughout, room was nice and big with a huge bed...pool was good and nice sun loungers. Short walk into town... Breakfast was sensational...a proper Turkish banquet 😀

Room was maybe a little dated...mini bar fridge had glass front door which lit up the room all night....and through no fault of the host...the roads and paths throughout that area of town were all dug up and awaiting rebuilt...which gave the whole area a feeling you were living on a construction site.

Great value for money

A lovely little hotel with great, friendly and accommodating staff. The pool area was lovely. Breakfast was a full Turkish spread each morning with bread, eggs, spreads etc and a different savoury pastry dish, very tasty and filling. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to town, great location. Deniz was kind and helpful. Gaia (the dog) was a wonderful addition!

Nice B&B with great service and good value .

our room with the furnished terrace was and Queen sized bed was perfect , spotless clean and nice furnishings ! quiet location But just 5 minutes walk into the town . Nothing was too much trouble from the staff , Deniz was a great guy, he served the perfect Breakfast and was there any time you required anything , would definitely recommend this place , great value too !

Couple of cats belonging to owners roaming around all areas of the property, although in fairness this is common in many parts of Turkey.

Beautiful B&B with friendly staff

This is a family run B&B where all the staff we met were both helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb. Delicious cheese, olives, fresh fruit and coffee. Our room was very comfortable and spacious and the balcony overlooking the swimming pool was excellent.

Perfect location

Short walking distance to the centre of the town, probably 5 minutes walk. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

They have lots and lots of cats, you can’t leave the room door open as they run to the bed, not a problem if you don’t have allergies.

Very nice hotel with pleasent pool area. Large and nice rooms. Better than the pictures ! Fantastic breakfast. Quiet and not far from the centre. Pleasent service.

Old and low quality mattresses in the family suite for the twin beds. No wifi in the room and poor around the bar and the pool. Miss bed linens, only blanket.

Small, stylish hotel with a pool

Lovely friendly staff. Fantastic breakfasts. Large pool. Beautiful poolside area with lots of nice little areas for relaxing in. Big, comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. The “Terrace king suite” was really big with a lovely large private terrace. Quite good quiet location a five minute walk from the town centre.

Really patchy WiFi. The “Superior double room” is a little small to feel “superior”. Occasional, unpredictable periods of extremely loud music in the afternoon and late evening (up to 12.30) could sometimes interrupt the tranquility.

The perfect location for the first week of our two week family holiday in Turkey

We, a family of three including a 15 y.o., had a fabulous week at the B&B Boutique hotel, our suite (two bedrooms, one bathroom) was perfect for our needs, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The breakfast each day was delicious and the pool area was perfect to relax around when we weren't out and about. The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't do enough the help. The way they delivered service was with such care and authenticity. We hope to return and stay again one day. with

An enjoyable and relaxing stay at a lovely hotel

Beautiful small boutique hotel, stayed in the King suite which was very spacious and had a lovely balcony lovely staff, hard working and always very attentive. Full Turkish breakfast included a variety of home cooked foods.

very enjoyable - we’ll be back!

was very peaceful and quiet but only a short walk to the town centre. they were welcoming when we arrived with everyone coming out to greet us including the chef. the young lady who ran it was very friendly and helpful always asking if we needed anything. the king suite was very comfortable with plenty of space and a large terrace. garden was very nice and green with lovely flowers. breakfast was very good with lots of variety and delicious home made jam.

Very nice family run hotel, its tucked away but very close to bars and restaurants. Great outdoor seating area with pool and a lemon tree for fresh lemonade!!!! The turkish breakfast was amazing and a lot of it. The staff were very attentive and accomdated our every request and we loved Luna the cat. Will defo be back

The prices of drinks was a little expensive.

A quiet gem in the beautiful town of Dalyan

Best customer oriented service I have ever received in many years :) Ozgu - the young lady manager received us in an extremely professional and welcoming manner. She took time to and preparation in serving us fried fish and salad at dinner as a special order from us. Beautiful setting and lounge area - we came at the almost end of the season but from what I heard there were musical events and barbecue during the season. Everything was impeccable! We will surely return :)

Superb

This place is a gem. We loved our stay. We were offered an upgrade to the honeymoon suite at no extra cost. The room was spacious with a huge balcony. Bed was very large and comfortable. Strong shower in the bathroom. Everything aas They have a beautiful pool with nice blue lighting at night. We decided to have dinner at the hotel in our first night, so they set up a nice table for us by the pool and the food was very tasty and fresh. Their breakfast is very much worth of note. Everything was delicious and with different options everyday. We also liked the location, because it's a very quiet area, so the only thing you see and listen is nature, but at the same it's just a 10min walk to the main street in Dalyan, so it's very convenient when you want to go out. The staff is all very caring and attentive, always asking if we needed anything else, but at the same time giving us the privacy we needed. This place is definitely worth staying!

The only thing that could be improved is the wifi signal inside the room. It was really bad, but in all common areas of the hotel wifi was working fine.

B&B Boutique Hotel is a fantastic choice for your stay in Dalayan! I originally booked a 5 night stay and extended an extra night as I loved it so much! The boutique Hotel is exactly that. Boutique vibes with luxury zen like day beds, hammocks and swing around the lovely pool. The hotel is family run, so warm and friendly feel, very helpful and attentive to all your needs, especially the cocktails poolside and making trip recommendations/assisting with bookings. The rooms are spacious, much more modern than the photos, with a plush bathroom / shower facility. The King suite with balcony terrace is huge and amazing swing chair! The breakfast is high quality and full of cheeses, choice of eggs, and traditional Turkish pastries, nuts, breads and jams. The location is 5 mins walk from the main centre/strip of restaurants, which is ideal, lovely and quiet, so idyllic. I cannot recommend this place enough; will definitely return for future stays. A short stroll into Dalyan centre and river however located in a very quiet area. The hotel oozes charm and quality while retaining a family run and friendly feel. Rooms are spacious and room service was excellent with complimentary laundry and special touches to the room. The pool and outside areas are beautiful with swing seats, hammock and Kabanas with cushions and drapes .... an oasis in which to relax. We loved it ❤️ oh and the breakfast was to die for 😁

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in.

This gorgeous little family run hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and exceeded all our expectations. It only has 8 rooms so it was peaceful and not overcrowded by any means - no sunbed saving required here! Our room was extremely spacious - the bed was huge and very comfy, loads of wardrobe space and drawers, the bathroom was very modern and clean with a great powerful shower, and the mini bar was very reasonably priced and free tea and coffee was provided. The hotel was very well located so as to be very quiet both day and night but only a 5/6 minute walk into town where there are numerous bars/restaurants/shopping outlets. The pool here was also extremely clean and well maintained (although a little on the cold side I have to say - but once you were in it was very refreshing). The Turkish breakfast which was included in the price was amazing - the food kept on coming and consisted of a selection of beautiful tasty olives, lovely cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber, figs, nuts, eggs cooked to order, home-made preserves, lovely fresh bread, watermelon, and everyday there was a different 'special', i.e. cheese rolls, pancakes, amongst other items, and the coffee was very good. All the staff were absolutely fantastic, from Baron, the owner, to the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day and the lady in the kitchen who prepared our beautiful brekkies - but a big shout out to the lovely Kamal ('K') who looked after us so well for the duration of our 10 day holiday, he could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble and he was so helpful and kind - thank you so much (and thank you for making the most perfect gin and tonics!!!) We had the most wonderful time at B&B Boutique Hotel and would return in a heartbeat and most definitely would recommend to our friends and family. Keep up the good work guys - cok sevgi ve seni tekrar gormeyi umuyorum.

Great Stay

The hotel is stunning! Great bar and pool area that you can relax and chill in, and the general area is quiet. The room is exactly as in the photos. It was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The property also has bicycles the guests can use to get to town for free.

The check in process could be smoother. We had to wait for quite some time to be checked in. Only one person speaks English at the property which was a little difficult getting any information, but not a deal breaker. The bikes should be repaired!! The breakfast options should be expanded. There's not much to eat.

A Gem in Dalyan

The welcome, the room (Family Suite), the staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even going so far as to get "vişne dondurma" for my daughter.... the meal we had was plentiful, tasty and great value.... finally the pool and gardens were very comfortable...a very relaxing atmosphere....

3 of the 4 of us in the party were not keen on the Traditional Turkish Breakfast, but managed to find something to eat from the huge selection
