About this villa rental
A stunning, charming property refurbished in 2018 with pool. High quality materials and wonderful decorated. Perfectly suited for 1 big family or 2 families with children or a group of friends. WIFI, 3 televisions, UK and Dutch tv chanels, airco in all rooms. At 500 meters from spa, gym, pool, several restaurants, bars and grocery. At 4 minutes by bus to 1 of the nicest and cleanest sand beaches of el Campello, which is very safe for children (walking distance 15 minutes). Only 50 meters from bus stop which can take you to the beach Cala Lanuza, el Campello (tram station) and la Coveta Fuma. Time table in the house.

The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dish washer, Nespresso machine, induction cooker, water cooker. Next to the kitchen is an utility room with washing machine and cloth dryer (both MIELE)
Downstairs are 2 more bedrooms with a living area and cozy small terrace wonderful decorated in Ibiza style. External stairs are leading to the pool area. All new beds of 2018. Air conditioning warm/Cold in all the bedrooms and Living Room.
Big sliding doors are leading to the terrace with pool. The terrace has 1 big stone BBQ and 1 big gas BBQ a pergola with big dining table.
Chill out lounge set and 8 sun beds. The PERFECT villa for a PERFECT holiday in summer and winter! Many television channels NL, DE, UK, FR, USA Stereo equipment and DVD. There are totally 3 televisions in the villa. Chromecast.

The communication from our hosts was great, really helpful assisting us to find eating venues, activity spots and travel ideas. The villa is beautiful, all well looked after and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and bbq. Unsure why keys are kept a short drive away at another property, was not an issue as our taxi driver was happy to stop at both properties.
The beach and tram stop are quite a walking distance away, better to get the bus to El Campello and the supermarket Carrefour is right next to the tram stop and a taxi back from there is around €14..
We had a lovely stay and it was great to have somewhere quiet to recharge and get away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an amazing holiday, the villa is beautiful and has everything you could ask for, we went as a family of 7 adults, 2 six year olds and 2 under ones. And everyone of us loved it! The pool was amazing, outside space was great. And the inside was as nice and spacious. Would definitely come back!

Lovely, a few bits need attention, no internal blinds worked, outside shower not working, no clothes line, towels a little worn, dishwasher had a fault, oven shelves broken. But we had a lovely holiday, sun all day by the pool, two bars/restaurants round the corner and food was good. Definitely need a car, and the hotel nearby, isn’t there anymore.

My only complaint was that we were charged 60 € because our arrival was 1am and leaving 21:30 this was for Jean Paul to give us keys which I feel is not acceptable.The property is spacious,we were 7 adults 6 chirldren . Good inside and outside space, lots of outside sun beds and seating,pool on small side and very deep for young children.The villa is in a residential area one local shop 1 British bar which does lovely food.Beach is 20 mins walk all down hill,so long walk home,would recommend car.mini buss into ell campello 40€ either way, also main supermarket 15€ away.

Perfect for big groups
We booked this villa for our group of 13 people and it was perfect for our needs. The pool was plenty big enough and there was loads of space outside. Inside the villa we could cook for everyone in the big kitchen. Getting to town was easy with the bus that left right outside the villa.

Prima vakantiewoning, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer behulpzame beheerder, die het geen enkel probleem vond dat wij onze reis vanwege Corona twee keer hebben moeten uitstellen. We waren met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Iedereen had erg veel plezier in het zwembad.

Nice holiday with children and grandchildren
Lots of “space”. Good facilities - inside as well as outsider. Some noise from the street, and far from a baker ( for the breakfast bread), but that is just small inconveniences. Very good for a famile stay.

Very recommendable
The pictures are good, but the house is much more prettier in real life. Everything was clean and the communication with the owner was simple, uncomplicated and friendly. We were 10 persons, all younger than 25, it was perfect for our kind of trip. The pool is not really big, but totally enough for cooling down.
The location is 20 to 25 minutes away from the center of Alicante, so you are depend on cars. But near you can find a small supermarkt which has nearly everything. The nearest beach is 4 minutes away with the car.

Just three points need addressing . 1/ Water was too warm in fridge and 2/ ice did not drop down in fridge.3/ barby was in poor condition need new fittings.

Stunning villa
Absolutey wonderful villa for a large group of friends/family. Furnished to a nice standard. There was 12 of us including 7 children from varying ages. The pool is deep so you have to keep your eye on the little ones. I read a review that the pool felt crowded with 2 in. (They must be used to an Olympic pool!) We had all 12 of us in and its fab. Amazing kitchen to prepare. Ample seating to dine in or out. Nice area with local shop and bar. 100% would recommend.

Spacious, clean villa
This is a large villa with spacious poolside area. A modern well equipped kitchen. Generous sized bedrooms. The villa was spotlessly clean. The beds were unusually high as were the wash basins. The pool is smaller than the photos suggest and felt crowded with 2 people in it. Poolside furniture is numerous and comfortable. The pool area receives sun all day. The pool is not suitable for small children as it has no flat area. In the villa is a staircase to a lower floor. The area around the top of the stairs is quite open. Note that there is a video surveillance camera with digital recorder inside the house.
The house is well located and only 10 minutes drive from a good sandy beach at El Campello with many restaurants.
The local letting agents are helpfull and friendly and speak excellent English.
Remember that the price to stay as quoted by Home Away is not the final price. There is a compulsory e150 cleaning fee and e10 per person linen fee as well as a refundable e500 cash deposit.
Overall we had a good holiday stay here.

The villa was all that it said it was complete luxury and a very peaceful area of el poblets.the pool may look on the small side but it was adequate for my family.the kitchen was huge and great fun to cook in.there are a couple of bars a short walk away that we used a few times but most of all we stayed at the villa and just chilled out around the pool area.One thing you must be wary of is the high kerb going onto the driveway i hit it a few times at speed and ground the bottom of the car no damage was done but just be aware.Overall my family had a fantastic time at this superb villa and will definitely be booking again.

I had the great opportunity to stay at the villa 1 weeks for a private retreat.
This extraordinary luxurious property afforded me the most relaxing vacations I ever had... it was like a private paradise.
There I found pure luxus and total privacy.
While it looked lovely in the exposé, upon arrival I realized that it far exceeded my expectations.
Unless the villa is part of an urbanisation I enjoyed a really calm and peaceful time there.
It is just a 20 minute walk to the Venta Lanuza beach providing a beautiful restaurants and beach club, plenty of space to enjoy the sun, relaxing, bathing in the sea and watching exiting sunsets. And it's about a 7 minute trip by car to the next grocery shops and full-range suppliers and 3 minutes walking distance to a small grocery shop.
The villa shows up in a modern and clutter free layout of the rooms, beautifully furnished and appointed, inside and outside.
Due to the large-scale floor to ceiling glass windows the spacious rooms are flooded with natural light.

Lovely Villa
We stayed in this 5 bedroom villa 14th - 21st May, the villa is beautiful immaculately clean and very spacious. The kitchen has everything you need and very large table for 12 people and, there is a small room that houses a washing machine and separate drier.
The bedrooms are quite spacious and the beds very comfortable one has an ensuite. The downstairs bedrooms have their own TV area with a spacious leather sofa and it also has a table and Chair and access to the outside area.
The outside space is amazing the pool is a little on the small size and more like a plunge pool to cool down on hot days, there is also a Gazebo with a table seating 8 people.
When we were there (out of season), there was a very limited bus service 2 early morning buses 07:30 & 09:30 and 2 buses in the afternoon 13:30 & 15:30 then 1 more around 19:20 these buses ran between the main town of El Campello and the tram station that served the area of the Villa (El Poblet) the fares are very reasonable only 50cents to get to the tram station which, if walking takes around 20 mins a car is definitely necessary.
The beaches in the area are not as nice as the ones outside of El Poblet.
I would definitely stay here again as the villa is exceptionally beautiful.
