Sehr nettes kleines Hotel in gut erreichbarer Lage

Sehr sauber, komfortabel, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück u.a. mit selbst gemachter Marmelade, kostenloser Parkplatz

Etwas störend ist die unmittelbare Lage an der Bahnlinie, der letzte Zug fährt um Mitternacht, der erste wieder ab etwa 7:00 Uhr

Restaurant was closed, this seems to be a recurring theme. No coffee or tea making facilities in room seems somewhat cynical.

Unfortunately there were no staff to serve breakfast. We were told about this in advance and the cost was deducted from our bill, with a great recommendation for a local bakery. This was the only downside, but was managed well.

Quiet due to effect of summer holidays on the locality but everything OK

Breakfast was very good. Room was exceptionally clean as were all facilities. Room appeared to be 'new'.

Nice hotel - shame the restaurant was closed

Very clean. Manager/owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Even drove us to local restaurant as theirs was closed and we hadn’t been made aware.

Great hotel. Really welcoming hosts. Quiet and relaxing despite being next to a train line

We stayed at the Hotel Angelo whilst on our return from a motorbike trip to the Black Forest. The hotel owner was very welcoming and accommodating. We were allowed to park our bikes in the hotel's private garages. The restaurant at the Hotel Angelo is really good. The breakfast is simple but good. Would stay here again.

Great for solo travelers

Nice hôtel-restaurant in quiet location, away from the busy town. My room was as depicted, small but very clean.

My room (26) was facing the back (good), but there was the rail track of the local tram system in the back as well. If you like it super quiet, just know to expect trams speeding by once in a while. The Wi-Fi in my room (26) did not have a strong signal. For instance, for internet calls, it was better to move to the reception area.

Excellent staff, friendly owner and lovely food. Good beds and great parking on site.

As the weather was hot, we had to have the window open and you could hear the trains.

Very helpful staff & nice stay

The staff was extremely service minded and helpful. We had some issues with our car and they offered assistance with tools and contact to auto rapair. We needed to leave early, and they prepaired breakfast before the normal time. The restaurant is good.

Exceptional

On arrival the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean with the duvet and bathroom towels nicely arranged on the bed. The bathroom, like the room was also exceptionally clean. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast of soft boiled eggs and the coffee.
