OK French type hotel, but modest price-quality.

Quite location

Not so friendly welcome, air conditioning not working. Hotel without a “soul”, too expensive for what they offer. Santorini is a beautiful romantic island. The hotel atmosphere is cold and not reflecting that atmosphere. It feels more as a “business” hotel.

Ήταν όλα φανταστικά! Το μέρος είναι μαγευτικό, η θέα απίστευτη, το δωμάτιο άνετο και το πρωινό πλούσιο! Το σημαντικότερο όμως για μας ήταν ο επαγγελματισμός και η γενικότερη συμπεριφορά από τους ανθρώπους του καταλύματος που από την πρώτη στιγμή που βρεθήκαμε εκεί ήταν τόσο φιλόξενοι και ζεστοί που νιώθαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας! Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί και με διάθεση να βοηθήσουν για τα πάντα (πληροφορίες για το νησί, διευκολύνσεις κάθε είδους κλπ) ώστε η διαμονή να μας μείνει αξέχαστη! Σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στο νησί θα αποτελέσει σίγουρα την πρώτη μας επιλογή για διαμονή!

Amazing resort - a special place to treat yourself

Spectacular view overlooking caldera Room decor fabulous Own private pool. It is pure luxury for a relaxing chilled break Staff is very friendly and helpful

Small tiny little things that would inhance anyone's stay at this beautiful resort. Rooms had no tea/coffee facility. It would be nice to have tea/coffee first thing in the morning from your own balcony with an amazing view. No iron ? Laundry service, but when you've packed your bag tight & need to iron something to wear, it would be beneficial to have iron in the room. No evening entertainment - if even there was a singer with guitar playing on a couple of nights, it would entice people to sit in the beautiful bar area with the most amazing views I've ever seen. Lastly, a little snack shop/kiosk . Nearest supermarket 20-minute walk and the hill back you had to get a taxi ( which can be expensive on a daily basis) .

Overall a good stay!

Beautiful views from the hotel of the caldera and the sunset. Clean rooms,recently renovated suites Quiet location of the hotel perfect for rest and away from crowds

Not a lot of variety at breakfast(same dishes repeated for 1 week during our stay) Location of the hotel makes it difficult to go around the island so a rented car is necessary !!! The pool is freezing even in mid -July - a heated pool would be ideal The bathroom could use some extras-i.e. glasses for toothpaste/toothbrush, soap dish for the sink A coffee machine in the room would be a perfect addition or at least a kettle!

The view's are incredible 👏 no words to describe this actually, definitely worth being given out of town for these. The pool, bar and restaurant magical inviting spaces. Private pools overlooking the sea just breathtaking.

We had a 2 storey villa, the upstairs bathroom shower flooded everyday, the cleaning and attention to detail are below the standard of a property like this. Little things that add value for the price you pay, such as water in the room. Coffee making facilities and an iron would go a long way to make this an even better experience . Staff at the property were all incredible.

wonderful staff, but rooms are misleading.

very quiet and secluded, staff was amazing and very attentive. can’t say enough about how great the staff was!!

the room was not the one I booked, the pictures online are a little misleading. no sunset view from cliff side rooms. The food in the on-site restaurant was extremely bland. I ordered chicken, baby vegetables and a potato purée and was given chicken and French fries. restaurant was extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. just go eat somewhere else cause the island it self has amazing food.

I booked a Junior suite using Bookings.com and expected the room to be as per photographs? this was NOT the case the hotel claimed the room I was given was in the same category??? but was poor and limited view ?

it was WAY out of the Santorini main area and a hire car was essential ? the breakfast was poor tables were not even set it was canteen style and food not rotated ? the staff sat and smoked at every opportunity just across from the food area and came in to do bits smelting of smoke? I booked for 7 nights asked for a refund on arrival within 10 minutes of paying €1660 which I did not get) the room that was actually photographed on Bookings.com did exist it was occupied. I arrived at 17.00 and after being shown to our room at 17.15 wanted to leave.

Very basic rooms , pool not heated and the water was dirty. No bath in room even though a bath was shown on the booking .com photos of the room. Management although very friendly we’re unable to help with the issue.

We absolutely loved it! My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday, and it was a truly magical experience. The landscape is breathtaking, and the room we stayed in was unbelievable. It's such a beautiful and enchanting place that words cannot do justice to this amazing experience. I had a lovely and perfect birthday. The staff were incredible and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you all so much, especially Angelo, Olga, and Niko. You are stars. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for unforgettable days. It's beautiful, magical, and relaxing.

Great view, good location if you rent a car. The pool in the room is quite cold but the sunbeds and the whole area is great.

Breakfast is very limited in options and they stop bringing more food out 30 minutes before closing so whatever is left over is what there is. Uncommon for greece in my experience. Staff didn't care to fulfill requests for simple things like extra soap.

location wasn’t great, you definitely need a car! but consdering the location is outweighed by the views! you wouldn’t get those in Thira etc.

Once in a lifetime experience

Big, spacious room with ample seating and breathtaking views of the Caldera. All round stunning property. The receptionist Angelo was extremely friendly, good to talk to and always ready to help. All other staff was equally helpful and approachable (Nancy and others). A big thank you to all of them. The bed was quite comfortable to sleep in. WiFi worked great everywhere. There was a big smart TV in the room. Breakfast was also very good.

Overall nice, nice reception and they work to make your life better, but no do not disturb signs and invasive staff.

Attentive staff and decent sized rooms and good breakfast variety.

No signs “do not disturb” lead to staff peaking into your room to clean and sometimes catching you without clothes on. On one occasion they barged into the balcony without asking and we had to ask them to leave. Pool is cold and unpleasant temperature on windy days for the cold person.

the guy in the restaurant was friendly and nice also the guy who cleaning the pools was friendly and helpful.

it’s far away from Fira & Oia as well as the smells in some area not good also was under my expectations.
