Great location

The location was excellent. The soze of the hotel was very grande. The staff on reception were kind and helpful as were the breakfast service staff.

The hotel is a little grubby. The carpets were sticky and the decor was in desperate need of a revamp. The window in our room wouldn't stay open wide so even on the hottest of days, we were melting! We were informed that during our stay, 5 days, we would not be getting our room serviced so we had to request fresh towels and more toiletries.

As already mentioned ,theroom was a bit small for two staying for more than one night.

The room was very cramped especially for two and more than one night stay.

the location was good and had a large car park.

Room good staff brilliant food good

Breakfast was excellent cooked well and a good choice.Room was larger than we expected with a balcony and a sea view.The only thing that I would suggest is a power point closer to the dressing table,overall an excellent experience.

The breakfast was quite nice and we enjoyed it.

Nice break and some lovely sunshine.

The location was great nice and quite and the lovely gardens was nice to sit in .The overall hotel is not what it looks like in the pictures!

The hotel is very tired and could do with a little tlc.The carpets throughout especially in the bedroom need a good clean.All areas just need a little freshen up

Family gathering

The hotel is ideally located being about a 10 min walk from the main shops and seafront. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has real character.

It is an old hotel, so if you are expecting a modern hotel with lots of sockets in your room and good sound proofing between rooms this is not it. Also it is in need of repair and renovation in places. But having said all that for us this would still be our first choice if coming to Skegness as the lovely staff and a hotel with soul.

Very good every thing was satisfactory room staff just the car park was over flowing when we arrived but managed to get a space later

The curtains round the shower was not round the end of the bath so it spray over the end of the bath on to the bathroom floor

We had a great weekend!

Good location breakfast was fine have stayed before so as expected

Showeroom to small unable to use sink without hitting your head on the mirror Despite asking for an early breakfast on the morning of checkout, we were in the restaurant for 8am and sat where we sat the previous day. A member of staff informed later arrivals that our side of the restaurant was closed due to the hotel having limited numbers. Despite apologising twice the attitude of said member of staff left a lot to be desired, indeed my wife did not finish her breakfast and we left. Had we been told, we would have sat the otherside. Shame to end the stay this way as all other members of staff were polite,friendly and most helpful!
