The little houses are very well built, cute, well integrated in the town landscape and offers all necessary comfort. It is a good holiday feeling.
The location is excellent, in the city center, direct at the beach and, very quiet. difficult to get better.
- Main problem is the reception and booking management. A booking change to remove 1 out of 7 booked nights have been refused, even if requested 10 days in advance - the contract said it can be cancelled 24 hours before the trip. Booking.com & CWT contacted several times per phone, email, and online form, all said "not a problem" but did not do anything. The receptionist said "it is not my problem, call Booking.com" and a Toll phone number in Paris of Pierre&Vacances never answered the numerous calls. So I had to pay the night at the end that I wanted to cancel. This is absolutely not acceptable !!! I will not book anymore in Pierre&Vacances, and recommend any traveller - not member of this organisation - to stay away.
Otherwise, the outdoor swimming pool was excellent but CLOSED much earlier in the saison than the website said. We really wanted it, but could not access it.
The indoor swimming pool was small, degraded, overcrowded and not clean. Moisture should not be there.
The house could have been cleaner, there was so much sand from the beach in the living room where we arrived.
The houses are mostly in pair, and sound proofing is not existing - we were waken by the noisy neighbours.
The car park is only adapted for cars of size "fiat 500" or "Twingo". everything else brings you to the millimeter zone with scratches that cannot be avoided. requesting a weekly public parking card outside in the street is a better option.
The carpark is so far away from the accomodation that it does not makes sense. Better to park on the street to avoid dragging the luggage so long.
Missing toilet paper and refusal to provide from the room service is something I never experienced in this price category. There is a supermarket at the other side of the village to get some, better you know in advance.

beautiful sea view
nothing - too short vacation :-)
4.1
Comfy bed
Close to beach and amenities
Reception put stair gate on for us to keep our little safe
Le crotoy wasn’t for me, the beach wasn’t the best so ended up driving to le touquet last two days but no fault of hotel.
Pool wasn’t very big and was a bit dated
Hoover was broken and smelt like cheese when used
WiFi wasn’t free
Parking wasn’t free
One sun lounger per room seems a bit tight

I love this part of France as is it so tranquil. I was really disappointed initially as the booking .com website gave the impression that we would have a sea view. However, the apartment was brilliant as it had a fab cool garden when the sun was so hot and it was near to the pool. Good amount of fresh towels and lovely to have a cleaning kit. As a rule we wouldn't watch TV but there were some great UK films. Receptionists are very helpful and polite.
We are not little people and the bed was sooo small. We just couldn't sleep together when it was so hot. Also the apartment was on the ground floor with no secure access to the garden and I was always afraid that someone was going to climb through the window at night. I think parking should be included as free. The toilet and bathroom did not have an extractor fan or window ...

The hotel's location is more than perfect; facing the plage, you can enjoy the sunset by just stepping out of the room. The facilities in the apartment are excellent and stuffs at the front office are lovely! l would definitely recommend this place to everyone :)

Excellent stay for families with kids. Super location the brach but close to restaurants as well. Incredible nature around.
The furniture and apartment had signs of use during past years. Mattresses at beds were a bit hard or on the couch too used.

It was spacious, comfortable with a great view of the bay. Kitchen was well equipped. The underground car park was very useful.
Staff were friendly and helpful. A great stay.

Location
Not necessarily a 4 star

Staff were helpful. Outdoor pool had comfortable loungers.
It would have been better to have the outdoor pool open for longer as the Sun loungers were not accessible in the best area for sun.

Beautiful property with great, clean facilities in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. On the beach, staff will happily help with planning of activities, just ask at reception. The outdoor pool was great, stayed open past the stated closing date (open only in July and August however, we left on 3 September and it was still open). Quiet area, not many families but we did stay right at the end of the school holidays. lovely harbour/port with plenty of places to eat and drink. Great if you like seafood but plenty of other options if you don’t.
Parking. Not necessarily a dislike but there is a height restriction on the car park and our van was too big. Your only other option is on street parking which can prove difficult if you arrive over the weekend, as it gets very busy. Le Crotoy is not very big so wherever you manage to park won’t be too far from the accommodation. The parking here is 12€ a day or 59€ a week. On street parking is paid via a parking meter (PayByPhone app if you have it) and you can pay for a full day/week. We paid 30€ for the week on the meter and with that ticket we were able to park anywhere in Le Crotoy (you can move closer of required at quieter periods) so worked out better for us in the end. You only get 5 mins in the reception car park for loading/unloading.
Tourism tax is payable on arrival or online if you check in online. This worked out at 21€ for us, a family of 4 (2 ad 2 ch) for a week. There is also a 300€ security deposit, it stated this would not be debited from my account, just my details held in case of damages but it WAS taken. It states after that it’ll be returned within 3 days of check out, get to get it back but we’ve only just got home. Just something to be aware of in case you have your holiday spends in the same account as you’ll be 300€ down.

Great location. Excellent staff and a very good price.
Outdoor pool was shut. A little grubby in places, and work going on around us - tiling of balconies next door was a little noisy.

The View from the balcony
Amenities - pool
Private car parking
Cleaning service at end of stay
The room was ample for 2 but more compact than we expected, this was not helped by the large furniture size & layout. We manoeuvred things around to make it more comfortable for us so we got around the issue! We will be most certainly back to stay! Thank you!

We liked the location most of all, our apartment overlooked the Baie du Somme which was beautiful. The secure car park was a plus although at an additional cost. WIFI very good, the other facilities, we did not use.
We had loads of long walks on the beach.
The cleanliness of the apartment was not what I would expect from a 4 star apartment hotel. The fridge door squeaked every time we open it. The skirting board under the kitchen units was on the floor and the water flow in both toilets did not lock properly thus the water kept on running every time we flashed it.
