For a night before take-off at the airport, this hotel has always been clean and comfortable.

Have stayed here several times. It's always clean and comfortable. If necessary, I could walk the 1.5km to the airport. I miss the shuttle service but a taxi was 18sfr and arrived earlier than expected. There is a nice bakery just across the street for a light meal and there are lots of shops within a few blocks walking distance. The hotel is also a short walk from the Kloten train station. There is also a restaurant on site but I did not use it so cannot comment, but I find that convenient.

Overall a nice stay, could use some improvements.

Convenient location, clean room, easy check-in and out. Price/performance is good.

The plugs are all Swiss so for European plugs you need a converter. The “squeeze to use” soaps are not practical, especially when there’s little left in it. The bar for hanging the clothes is very short and there was no other wardrobe so storage is problematic, especially if you plan to stay for more than 2 days.

Great location, bright, and clean hotel.

The property was very clean and friendly. It was located well to catch the train into Zürich HB. It also was located well for getting to the airport. Everyone on staff were very helpful.

No way to get cool air into the room. Sleeping was a little stuffy. Could’ve used either a fan or a way to open a window.

Cozy, clean stay close to Zurich Airport

Loved how close the hotel was to the airport(5 min drive) and that we could walk to restaurants/shops. There is also a bakery across the street if you wanted to get breakfast. We had an early morning flight, so did not go here but walked by it and looked fabulous. We had a rental car and were able to park for free. Room was clean. We read some reviews saying it was spacious. Maybe by European standards, but to us being from American, it was small. Especially the bathrooms. The shower area and toilet area were two separate rooms and very small. There is a kettle in the room for tea and Nescafe packet coffee. (I tried this and dumped down the sink, it was so horrible, but appreciate that there was something). Also a complimentary bottle of still water was in the room, as well as a small refrigerator. Washcloths were provided, which is a rarity in Europe. The room was perfect for us to overnight before a flight from Zurich back to the USA.

The bathroom was very small. Packet coffee was terrible.

Sauberes Hotel

Die Lage war ganz ok Das Personal eigentlich auch .Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem Bequeme Betten

Ich kam durch andere Gründe sehr spät an. Wusste nicht das nach Mitternacht niemand mehr dort war.Fand zuerst den verspochenen Parkplatz nicht.Die Garage war für einen VW MULTIVAN Bus zu eng.Parkierte danach draussen.Wusste nicht ob es ok war und die Parkplätze aussen sind auch sehr eng. Mit einem Code kam ich dan rein.Leider ging der 2 te Code für den Zimmerschlüssel nicht. Hatte bis da schon 3 Telefonate gemacht. Von einem anderen Hotel half mir ein sehr netter Mann das ich eine Zimmerkarte bekomme. Dies gestalterte sich schwierig und dauerte aber ziemlich lange und ich war am Schluss ko. Der Mann war aber sehr freundlich zu mir und half mir für den Morgen ein Taxi zu organisieren und weckte mich.Leider konnte ich das Zimmer kaum nutzen. Eigentlich dachte ich, vielleicht erlassen sie mir durch diese Umstände die Parkplatz Gebühr. Das hätte ich als nette Geste empfunden. Den so entspannt wie ich in die Ferien wollte und dadurch dieses Zimmer nahm kam ich leider am Ferienort nicht an. Ich würde aber das Zimmer auf Grund der Lage und der Sauberkeit jederzeit wieder buchen und hoffen das die besagten Geschehnisse sich nicht wiederholen werden.

Praktisches Hotel für eine Nacht vor dem Abflug mit Parkmöglichkeit!

Sehr nah am Flughafen gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Möglichkeit, das Auto während des Urlaubs in der Tiefgarage stehen zu lassen, ist sehr praktisch und günstig. Beim Abholen des Autos durften wir selbstverständlich die Toiletten benutzen und bekamen sogar Kaffee angeboten!

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war laut, das Fenster konnte man wegen des Lärms draußen auch nicht öffnen. die Tiefgarage ist nicht bewacht, es gibt auch keine Schranke.

A fair price for a stopover in a city with eye-watering prices

A very good spot for a one-night stopover. Check out Rome2rio for bus details from the airport. They come frequently, take maybe 5 minutes to get to Kloten, then there is a few minute walk to the hotel. The person at reception was friendly and spoke English (not to be assumed in this part of the world), and the room was fine.

Perfektes Hotel nahe am Flugplatz

Alles Perfekt, auch der Check in nach 20.00 Uhr hat telefonisch sehr gut geklsppt. Auch Parplätze hat es genügrnd gehabt, aussen und in der Tiefgarage.

Im Zimmer suf dem 3 Stock ging es sehr lange bis Warmwasser bei der Dusche am Morgen kam.

Absolutes Sicherheitsrisiko! Vermeiden Sie dieses Hotel!

Die Zimmereinrichtung war o.k. Saubere Dusche und separate Toilette ist auch ein Vorteil. Teppichboden ist leider nicht mehr dass, was den aktuellen Hygienestandards entspricht.

Mitten in der Nacht um 2 Uhr morgens wurde unsere Zimmertür aufgeschlossen und ein fremdes Gästepaar stand plötzlich bei uns im Zimmer! Sicherheit ist in diesem Hotel definitiv nicht gegeben! In der Nacht war vom Hotel niemand zu erreichen. Am nächsten Morgen entschuldigte sich zwar die Angestellte in aller Form, konnte aber nichts weiteres unternehmen, da die Chefin nicht anwesend war. Es wurde mir aber mitgeteilt, dass man mich kontaktieren würde. Dies ist dann aber auch nach 48 Stunden nicht geschehen und ich musste selber Kontakt mit dem Hotel aufnehmen. Die Chefin meinte dann, nichts von dem Vorfall mitbekommen zu haben, entschuldigte sich dann mit der Floskel "überall passieren mal Fehler" und versprach mir, die zwei Übernachtungen gutzuschreiben und mich über den weiteren Vorgang zu informieren. Wie erwartet, haben wir bis heute, weder eine Gutschrift noch eine Info erhalten. Jedoch wurde ich nun schon zum dritten Mal aufgefordert das Hotel zu bewerten...dies habe ich hiermit gemacht.

Great location, close to the airport and very friendly and helpful staff that would go above and beyond to assist you.

Great location, less than 5 mins by taxi from the airport or you could take the bus from the airport which will take you 5 mins to walk to the hotel and closest station is Kloten which was 5 mins walk. Plenty of supermarkets in the area and they have a breakfast buffet which I didn’t get the chance to try. The staff were very helpful and had agreed to store my luggage while I travelled to different places in Switzerland for free!! They were very generous and kind to deal with. The room was big, comfortable and we even had a balcony. A great experience and I would definitely use this hotel again when I need one near the airport. Highly recommended!!!

Great stay as always!

I have been coming to this hotel since 1990, so I feel at home when staying for a night or more. Unfortunately many of the hotel crew are not there anymore so I am like any new face. But the rooms are nice, very clean, wifi works very well and it was a pleasure to stay there again. I loved the Swissair old photos in the walls, it is a by gone era.

Molto buono!

L'hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto e quindi per chi arriva in aereo è comodo. L'hotel si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni, quindi l'ho trovato molto comodo in questo aspetto perché non abbiamo mai preso la macchina. La colazione è buona, lo staff è cordiale e gentile. Il Wi-Fi è gratis e funziona molto bene.

Tutto sommato siamo stati bene. Il posto è tranquillo e gradevole. Magari cercherei di migliorare la colazione rendendola più varia.

Location says it all.

Perfect location. Nice neighborhood with a great Migros grocery and a Conditerei across the street. Rooms are comfortable and reasonable with easy access to bus and train/light rail to get to Zurich airport. My go to place for Zurich.
