Stuck in the past, mattress made of bricks

Great views and location, incredibly fast laundry services

I don’t like sleeping on a mattress as hard as a brick well. I have berger slept this bad in my life in a five star hotel. The hotel is too old and needs renovations asap. I’m addition, the breakfast options are plenty, but it’s all white bread, cakes, sweet stuff… not worth the money, it feels like a retirement home.

Wine food pool view. What a combination

It was the experience as much as the property that we talked about afterwards. You expect the quality of service & location from a 5 star hotel. ✅ in every box for the obvious but the wine tasting in the cellars is great fun and great wines and a nice way to meet people. Good was awesome including breakfast. Relaxing stay with great facilities. Felt like a king.

Beautiful hotel, incredible views

Absolutely incredible views from the bar area and pool, beautiful courtyard for breakfast and dinners, great food, great service, good sized rooms. Being a wine estate with their own wines and tastings was also a fun touch.

Room decor eversoslightly dated, but still comfortable, clean and quite in keeping with the old estate vibe. Inoffensive but nothing to get excited about. But the wider hotel was stunningly beautiful which more than made up for it.

Pleasant but the food was lacking

The breakfast was good. The staff - especially bar staff - were really pleasant and nice. The reception was good.

The dinner service was really, really bad. In general the food (for lunch and dinner) wasn’t great and super overpriced for what it was. It’s super expensive for what it is. Also the wine tasting should be included in the price - it’s very overpriced for the experience which is pretty short and doesn’t have a huge amount of wine. The hotel is very remote so you have to stay on the property for the food - and it truly was really really bad.

Good first meeting with Western Sicily

Authentic and cosy in one, nice personnel and notable restaurant. An old property well renowated on the age of pictoresque vineyard.

A "wine tour" offered by the hotel is an imitation, just a tasting walk around property without real production visit.

I can unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to anyone who loves the good life.

We had booked this location for 2 weeks. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. A beautiful location with great views from the pool and lunch area. Unmatched dining location in the courtyard. The staff - especially the service during breakfast, lunch, dinner and in the evening for drinks - is really super good. Both the food and the wines are very good. You are completely pampered

I can't think of a single negative point.

Visited 10 years ago when it was different owners. Now more glamorous but friendly staff.

Breakfast was exceptional. Basic gluten free bread for me on first day. Second day a huge selection of good items appeared.

The room felt slightly old fashioned.

Luxurious stay in beautiful location

Beautiful hotel, very stylishly decorated. Very friendly attentive staff. Fabulous meal in restaurant. Especially enjoyed the wine tour.

Nothing to dislike, though a shame they are unable to ship their lovely wine to the UK

there are much better wine resorts that actually tentatively care for their guests, do not waste your time and money her

overall a very poor experience, dated property, not what you would expect from an apparent 5star resort, wine tasting was poorly done, sommelier was not interested in the slightest and the whole experience felt very forced

extremely disappointed at the way we were forced to pay additional charges even though our booking clearly showed that we had paid in full for the family including our child and no extra charges were necessary. at the resort however we were forced to pay additional amount and not even given an extra bed for our child.

The hotel is a beauty in Sicily with a specal winery and an exceptional view. Is perfect to regerate and spend a good time with the famnily.

We have been to a few resorts this year and will be back here.

Breakfast was plentiful with sterzinger-vipiteno yogurt (the best). dining in the courtyard was a pleasant and exceptional experience. The dinner menu was mouth watering. The meals that my spouse and I had over the two nights were spectacular. The pool is relaxing and provides excellent view to the sea and the Egadi Islands.

I cannot think of thing that could have been better.

beautiful gardens; breathtaking sunset; romantic spots; very kind and attentive staff simple, excellent breakfast, clean rooms, nice sheets, everything spotless. I recommend this place !

not alot of space in the bathroom to put my wash bag, would easily be solved with a hook on the back of the door. Everything else was great.

Wifi in the room was erratic Mosquito nets on the bedroom windows would be advised Dinner was Ok, but nothing more Hunters firing their guns just outside the bedroom window at 6am was sub optimal, but not the fault of the hotel

This choice was midway from Marsala & Trapani, so good for us.

Poor wine card, missing items, Local items good. Meals never change, should every week, or lunch card and dinner card. Breakfast minimalist, no bacon grilled, no omelets, no minute boiled eggs, only sesame bread at breakfast when there is other breads at lunch or dinner. Home oils is good, home wine is good, but I want Sicily in one place.
