Beautiful Descenzano

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are absolutely the best. They arranged many things for us with no problems. The staff are so kind, attentive and funny. The breakfasts are great and the one dinner we had at the hotel was delicious and top notch. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel in fantastic location with lovely kind staff

Great location lakeside and short walk to the ferry terminal. Modern, quirky decor which we loved. The rooftop bar was lovely also

Really nice hotel in a great location. Lovely staff members.

Great size bedroom, plenty of hanging space and a comfortable mattress. Hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great too. A very clean hotel.

The air conditioning wasn’t great in our room - I wouldn’t like to be sleeping in the room during the height of summer. Some other small points - no towel hanging rack in the bathroom so we had no where to dry towels, no kettle in the room.

Perfect location, friendly & helpful staff. Super breakfast. Under ground parking. Clean rooms

Hot rooms. Air conditioning in two rooms we occupied was not working. Opening windows, late evening/night noise from street very loud. Bottle/waste trucks operating from 5am. Smashing bottle noises were deafening three out of 5 early mornings.

Wonderful!

Very nice, clean and chique hotel very well located. Very sympathetic and friendly staff. Very good quality in everything. Delicious coffee, drinks, very good breakfast nicely prepared. Wonderful restaurant. Compliments to the chef, barman, the friendly girl who serves coffee, the reception guys and the cleaning staff. Room smells wonderful. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect! We will surety come back and highly recommend!

Great Location

location cleanliness food

there’s works going on and there’s a lot of banging from 9am during the week. there are signs up to tell you when you get there but unfortunately you don’t know this beforehand. would have been nice to tell us about this. i advised reception but they couldn’t move me rooms.

great location, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. good size room with a very spacious wardrobe which allowed for us not to see or trip over suitcases during our stay.

Good location, beautiful interior, however in room it was cold, heater could warm the room enough. From the benefits: beautiful view on the lake, good sound isolation, nicely served and delicious breakfast. in general I was content with a stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the furniture myself.

Superb

Excellent and highly recommended hotel for stay, facilities in good condition, staff is very responsible. Very close to the Garda lake and other tourist points of interest. All the way ++++++++++

The only one thing I noticed - water temperature in our bathroom was unstable. I mean sometimes it was changing from warm to cold and vice versa in the frequent manner, may be due to the cold weather conditions(last of December).

Definitely worth it at new years eve!

Staff personnel were very helpful with everything we asked! Breakfast was really fantastic. Perfect location for city walks and beautiful morning runs by the lake Garda.

There could have been better full size looking glass mirror in the room.

Exceptional

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Friendly, helpful employees great breakfast.

There was no soapdish or shelf in the shower. You had to place your soap and shampoo etc on the floor.
