The hotel is directly at the beach, has many swimming pools. The breakfast was delicious, very well served with many options. Also the staff was great. We had a great time there.
The only problem that the hotel should take care as soon as possible is the "beach chair reservation". Although this practice is not allowed (according to the regulation written and accessible via QR code on the rooms), many guests (specially from Germany) insist on doing this. This practice leads to discomfort and discussions between guests, but the hotel just do not interfere. A simple way to solve it would be to make people aware of it directly on the check in, just like the "new towels rule"(that costs an extra), etc. We saw guest reserving the chairs by putting towels on them really early in the morning and just not showing up the whole day! It means that this guest prevented other guest from using the chairs for the whole day.

Lokalita bola nádherná. Personál veľmi milí a ústretoví.
Izba bola vyvavená srarším nábytkom. Sprchový kút veľmi malý.

This property was amazing, it had everything we needed. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the beach at your doorstep was great!
Nothing, absolutely perfect!
7.0
The pools, private beach and the staff
The rooms were dated.
People claiming loungers with towels at sunrise.
8.0
The beach was beautiful and I love how they laid out the pools. Great location in Northern Sardinia. Kind staff that went out of their way to make things happen for you.
The rooms need a bit of a makeover. I also felt that the breakfast was good, but could have been better given the price.

Great location and private beach

lovely private beach, lots of secluded pool areas to relax at, piano bar with veranda to watch the sunset with a cocktail and amazing restuarant with great standard of local cuisine. Staff were really friendly and willing to help with any queries.
No iron in room or that you can borrow when you are there.

Sardinia in general
We had stayed there previously and requested a garden room only to be told that booking.co and internet bookings were not able to book these rooms, there was no response from your website. Additionally, my wife has a bad knee injury, there was no help for her to get around and a total indifference to her situation. Getting into town whilst not far away was up and down a very steep hill, 30 euros is the minimum charge for a taxi! The Grand's rooms are dated, nowhere to plug in a charger, the shower was just about working, in need of some serious upgrade works.

old world charm- felt
like we on set for a movie.

Great location, very nice staff, loved the different outdoors areas. charming place
bit outdated but the Charme makes up for it. be prepared for lots of older Germans when you don’t go during the high season

The location is perfect and the pools and gym make it a great holiday resort.
The room has no airconditioning. It was too hot to sleep and opening the windows caused mosquito invasions. Only after insisting for 1 hour and dealing with insults from manager Anna, we got switched to a room with ac, which we booked in the first place. That lady should not work in hospitality...
The restaurant is suitable for old people. We ate across the road every day.

The dinners were delicious and delightful ! The waiters are friendly and professional and the food was always amazingly tasty (both during dinner & breakfast).
Our room was very nice with sea view and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the hotel's swimming pools - there's 9 pools and the location of the hotel is great. You have a lot of privacy and everything is super clean and safe.
100% recommended!
It can get very windy at this part of Sardinia....

location was great, private beach and lots of good pools on the property.
The staff was very rude and not friendly. The rooms are very outdated and the bed was super uncomfortable. there may have been mold, my wife got all congested and didn’t feel well.

A brilliantly located hotel with stunning sea views and just a short walk from the centre of Baja Sardinia. The hotel has plenty of character and a great selection of pools and small beach. Staff are all super helpful and friendly. We took the bed and breakfast option - with plenty of variety of hot and cold options for breakfast, it pleased every day and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from for an evening meal.
If I were to make any suggestions it would be to have better organised parking - there's plenty of space between the two car parks, but they are difficult to find on arrival and spaces are unmarked. We would also have loved some basic tea/coffee facilities within the rooms.

Beautiful setting.
Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
We had a wonderful time. No complaints.

The exterior of the hotel looks great. The view is exceptional, coves and turquoise water. Breakfast is decent.
We got one of the small, and smelly rooms (although only one room size is advertised, rooms are grouped in pairs - with locked interconnecting doors, one bigger room, a smaller one). Germans coming through travel agencies get the big rooms, as well as the full attention of the staff. We are not Germans and booked on booking.com and constantly felt left aside, starting from the small smelly room and being skipped from coffee service at breakfast, to even getting much smaller portions at the restaurant for similar order as the nearby table, etc. Looks like the hotel gets most of the revenue from travel agencies and just posts the remaining poor rooms on booking.com, therefore can afford some ignored and disgruntled customers, who, btw, probably paid more than through an agency, for the crappy room.

Great location, beautiful, traditionally decorated hotel with fantastic views over the sea. Comfortable , airconditioned rooms, very clean.
The hotel terrace and bar is great for evening drinks. Good food and great service.
Room balcony is on the small side. We had a triple room but the balcony is hardly big enough for two.

Access to beach and pool
Small room and noise carried from other rooms.

the location is simply beautiful. the staff is perfect especially
quite old style
9.0
The position, the beach, the pool
The breakfast's room is similar to a gym, crowded and noisy
3.0
Setting
Personnel is not particularly careful and pleasant
6.0
Great setting, nice gardens, lots of shade, several swimming pools as well as the beach and access to the water. The manager of the Beach Bar was well organised and the food was good.
No manager present to ensure things actually worked or information communicated. Air conditioning didn’t work and the technician said to keep the shutters closed. Noone told the cleaning staff to keep the shutters closed. The food in the downstairs restaurant was awful— no taste, no herbs or spices. Charging for clean beach towels is ridiculous.

Amazing location, private beech access, paradice!
7.0
Great food, delicious breakfast with so much tasty fresh fruit and great coffee
Lunch was also great, simple but tasty
There is a lovely little beach off to the right hand side of the main beach which is tiny but much quieter and great to swim out and snorkel from
My room was big and comfortable with lots of space for clothes and a lovely little balcony. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The style is quite old fashioned but that”s part of the charm. The main issue was people bagsying sun beds so if you go to the pool at 9am there aren’t any available! And the sun beds on the beach are chairs rather than loungers which is a bit odd. No poolside service which I was surprised at considering the cost. And the car park is tiny so if you’re in a hire car you need to be brave with parking especially later in the day.
It was hard to get the water in the shower to a constant temperature, it was very hot or cold and difficult to stabilise. No charger sockets by the bed.
3.0
location and beach
staff was not helpful, property desperately needs an upgrade, security is non existent, Air condition is poor, rooms are small, the stairs around the property need to be renovated.

more variety in the restaurant would have been good
8.0
Staff, location, excellent service and food.
Mattresses were very old and need replaced. Rooms have very outdated features, particularly the bathroom.

Amazing private beach and 3 different pools. Bar has an amazing water view of Baia Sardinia. The staff was very attentive, especially the bar staff who always made us feel welcome. I am definitely coming back!
The size of the beds and bedrooms could be bigger.
