A well located stop in Trujillo

I enjoyed my stay here even though it was just for one night. I was travelling by motorcycle and the underground parking (accessed from the rear of the hotel was perfect and super secure). The staff at reception were really helpful and the hotel felt generally peaceful. It was wasy to find and is pretty well located far enough away from traffic etc to be quiet but close enough to walk to the old historic area (in just 10/15 minutes or so) It was a good stay and I'd be happy to stay here again if travelling in this area. Breakfast was reasonable enough as well

Tranquilo y cómodo.

Ubicación extraordinaria, a 5 minutos caminando de la plaza mayor de Trujillo. El hotel un encanto especial, la habitación amplia, y un hall delicioso para tomar algo y charlar. Colchón cómodo, almohada no tanto. Climatización adecuada. Muy buena relación calidad precio

La moqueta de las zonas comunes daba grima. La limpieza en general,no nos ha gustado. Y creo deberían cambiar bañeras por placas de duchas, gracias.

Beautiful old building with modern hotel fittings. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Swimming pool for guest’s use. Very comfortable rooms. Secure underground parking for motorcycles at a reasonable cost. Close to town centre, bars and restaurants but not a noisy area.

Nice stay in a nice small town with historic heritage

Liked, private garage, breakfast and also taking care of gluten free bread. We totally missed that it was really near to the town centre. Service minded employees

Good stop off point to break the journey from the south to the north.

Wonderful building with lots of information boards on display, about the property and the history. Helpful staff, good garage parking and easy walk to the centre of town. This hotel offers Parador style experience at a cheaper price. Good breakfast too.

Well located in this beautiful town very roomy, clean and comfortable lovely breakfast very helpful staff and paid parking available on site.

Nice place and location

Very nice large room. Nice shower and big bed. Access to parking very good. Parking in the on site parking is very very tight. We were lucky and the garage guy gave us some good pointers on getting in and out. Many columns in the garage to look out for.

Disappointing

The location was ok.

The bed was very hard and the furniture very out of style. The walls could have used a coat of paint some 15 years ago. The breakfast was very disappointing, not good quality. All in all very decadent. It does not live up to a 4-star hotel. In the room there was a document with the prices of items for purchase, as a way to explain that if something would be missing upon check-out, it would be charged to your account. I found this a very unsettling way of communicating to clients and felt offended by the text.
