We loved our stay here, and felt happy, content, and cared for.

Staff were unbelievable. I think this was my favorite hotel stay of all time, due to the care of the staff and owners. They went beyond, and exceeded our expectations. We will be back.

Le service de l’hôtel est incroyable ! Un personnel très attentionné et adorable avec les clients, plein de petites attentions tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel est très confortable et très bien situé.

Stunning and luxurious

Excellent location, beautiful room, free parking outside hotel. Breakfast amazing! Lovely touches, like a bottle of Cava in the room and a parting gift of snacks and water for the journey. Attentive and charming staff too, would definitely stay here again.

Flawless, peerless, unsurpassable at any price

I would estimate I have stayed in over 500 hotels in my life, for work and pleasure This hotel was by a very big margin, the finest I have ever stayed in From the moment we walked through the door, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful They parked the car, took the luggage to the room, made a reservation at the best restaurant in town which is impossible to contact, provided a great map of the town with excellent tips and information, left a bottle of ice cold cava and snacks in the room, along with a hand written note. The whole hotel was scrupulously clean, the breakfast was exquisite, the room was so quiet I couldn’t hear a sound, and Bvlgari products were provided in the bathroom. This combination of service, quality and luxury- at any price- is something I would implore you to experience if ever in the area. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful, it was just a joy on every level to have had the privilege of staying here. What more can I say?

The only negative was that I was not able to stay longer in this flawless, fabulous hotel, so I will have to plan a way to stay again!

what a beautiful and charming town Salamanca was!

The hotel was so charming and every detail was addressed. I love staying in not so big hotels. It seemed everything was very well curated and thought of.

Salamanca town is so nice to visit again! there is nothing I didn’t like at all.

A truly exceptional hotel.

staff were outstanding. The lobby was so welcoming - beautiful furnishings, brilliant use of scented candles and so many areas to relax in. Excellent breakfast and very convenient garage.

A great hotel in a beautiful city

I've stayed here several times now and I love it. I think it's my favourite hotel. The staff are very solicitous of your well-being and they can tell you all of the best places to visit/eat in Salamanca. My room was very comfortable. You are very close to several of Salamanca's most glorious cultural attractions.

I can't think of anything.

Exceptional

Hotel Rector Salamanca What a beautiful city (very cold in January, though), and what a great hotel. A hotel where you will be completely pampered. The hotel has a small car park ( reservation is wise) and if you wish they will park your car for you. Upon arrival, they will accompany you to your room where a delicious bottle of prosecco with something sweet is waiting for you. The hotel doesn't really have a restaurant but if you are a guest and want something to eat they will prepare it for you. The hotel bar is a great place to have a drink after a day in Salamanca. Breakfast is extensive and delicious freshly squeezed orange juice with different bread, rolls, toppings, fruit, etc.. If you want an egg it will be prepared for you the way you like it, boiled, fried, omelet, etc. whatever you like. This hotel and its facilities are only accessible to hotel guests. They know what it is like to pamper a guest.

Nothing - The only 2 things I regretted: were that we only spent 2 nights here and maybe the weather it was incredibly cold in Salamanca but the hotel can't change that it was the end of January.

EVERYTHING! Beautiful hotel with immaculate decor. Their ethos for customer care is the best we have ever experienced. ALL staff are so professional and caring.Great location for touring Salamanca- even with electric buggy. Car parking was so easy with disabled access straight on to the street.No in house restaurant but full room service menu available. Took hotel restaurant recommendations each evening (which they booked). All were excellent. Wonderful breakfast in delightful environment. Room changed with no fuss. Excellent housekeeping with a small present each night.

It would have been nice to have access to INTERNATIONAL/ NEWS channels on TV

Absolutely Perfect!

We loved everything about this hotel - the warm and friendly staff and their initiative to go the extra mile to make our stay so warm and inviting, the thoughfulness of everything from the time before we arrived (making our rooms nice and warm) to the time we left (we had a long drive back to Belgium and they packed water and snacks for us) - and everything else we experienced during our stay was absolutely amazing. Would definitely choose this hotel if we come to Salamanca. Thank you!

Hotel Rector is truly a gem of Salamanca. Super clean room and bath. Very helpful Staff. Superb breakfast. Convenient location, access and parking.

Incredible Hotel with a nice familial feeling as if you were home!

Amazing Hotel, staff was extremely kind, and everything is organized to please the guest in an amazingly calm atmosphere. Very close to city center, you can see the cathedrals. Breakfast was excellent.
