In centre of town but quiet.
Shabby appearance

L’accueil des propriétaires, la propreté, le petit déjeuner avec les crêpes maison et le fait qu’il y ait un local vélo sécurisé.
Le matelas « cuvette »

Clean, well ordered, pleasant reception desk.
For me, with the need for an open window, the room was very noisy especially as a cyclist who needs lots of sleep - car and trains (despite being assured they disappear early evening). Specifically ASK for a rear room when booking i’d suggest. Otherwise a lovely hotel.

Fantastic reception staff who weren’t phased by us arriving wet and muddy from our cycle trip along the Nantes Brest canal. They provided us with kit to wash the bikes and luggage which was so helpful.

Everything was great and the staff was very kind and willing to help.

Breakfast is the best of all hotels in town. Staff friendly. Parking and train station in front. Family owned charmy hotel above French standards.
Sometimes a bit more noisy from street/station and would appreciate curtains so no need to use the outside canopy to make it dark in the room

The hotel is very well located near train/bus station and close to facilities. The room was clean and bed comfy enough. Only an overnight stop so we did not experience breakfast.
The earliest check-in time is 5pm; not ideal for us, but we accepted that with the booking information. In the event we waited outside a locked and darkened hotel until nearly 5.30 until someone arrived at reception, for which there was not a hint of apology.
There seemed to be various quiet but persistent ticking and dribbling sounds all night, and several other guests arrived/left in the early hours of the morning, a disturbance amplified by the crash of the heavy hotel keyrings on the panelled doors. Perhaps we were just unlucky and this night-time activity was not usual?
The hotel also advertises its dramatically themed rooms, but please remember that the basic price (which, to be fair, is what we paid) only buys a basic, smallish room with average decor for a provincial French station hotel.

Clean and quiet room with interesting decor. Easy to park. Close to the centre.

We are a couple of mature cyclists. We ebiked a route through Brittany and Vendee avoiding large towns , staying in a variety of hotels. We stayed at the Queen Serenity on our home bound ride. It is in a good location in the centre of Redon. The building is old but has been extensively and attractively refurbished . Cycle storage was excellent.
Breakfast was the least memorable of the nine locations we used.
Service was efficient but somehow seemed inflexible.

Location, bicycles welcome
