I just wish someone would have informed us of the closure. It really spoilt our visit.

I can only say the room was clean and comfortable Everything else was closed on the morning we woke.

That we were not informed the hotel was closing on the day we wanted to use the hotel facilities. We woke to rugs being rolled up and a flurry of activity removing all furniture. We couldn’t use gym or spa

Rent og komfortabelt. Mange i personellet vennlege, glade og serviceminded - med «Princess Nepal» som klar nr 1

Frukost buffe og lokale. Litt enkelt. Var i grunn bra og absolutt heilt ok, men i forhold til at nivået var veldig bra og imponerande på alt anna så skilte seg frukosten litt ut.

Kein Hotel für den Herbst/Nebensaison

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und die Lage traumhaft, wenn man direkt am Nissi Beach sein will. Man hat direkten Zugang zum Nissi Strand und hat auch noch zusätzlich die Möglichkeit eine private Bucht zu nützen. Zum Nachtleben oder zur Spaziermeile ist aber Zum Gehen zu weit.

Der Indoor Pool, der Kids Bereich und der Spa waren bereits am 30.10 geschlossen. Bei der Buchung oder auf der Homepage stand nichts davon, dass alles zu ist und am 1.11 das Hotel schließt und man eigentlich am 1.11 bereits mitten im Abbau ist und sich vorkommt, als würde man auf einer Baustelle sein. Für 188/Nacht finde ich das echt eine Frechheit. Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, um diese Leistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen. Der Aussenbereich ist auch tws sehr lieblos und veraltet, im speziellen die Liegebetten und die Vorhänge. Für die Herbstferien bzw für Ende Oktober kann ich das Hotel nicht mehr empfehlen. Auch das Gym hat die beste Jahre hinter sich und gehört dringend erneuert. Der Bereich für Tischtennis und Dart ist sehr alt, dreckig und keinem 5×Hotel würdig. Ob das alles im Sommer besser ist, weiß ich nicht, aber im Herbst ist es den Preis nicht wert.

Nous nous attendions à mieux

Le personnel très sympa. Les grandes piscines (mais toujours très propres). Les animatrices.

La propreté n’était pas nickel. Pas de places sur les transats autour de la piscine (ou alors faut se lever très tôt). Le prix des boissons au restaurant beaucoup trop élevé. Pour aller au centre ville faut prendre un taxi sinon cela fait trop loin à pied (surtout avec des enfants). Pas assez d’activités à l extérieur de l’hôtel.

Location is by Nissi beach. Yet view from rooms is not as good as shown in pictures the building is U shaped so not best view but you can see other rooms and people on their balconies

Could've been better for a 5 star hotel given that my stay was in off season.

The room was quite spacious as it was on the corner of the wing and at the last level. Due to its placement it was also quiet. The beach was very close, they have access to a small bay and it's good enough for a swim but you might need some special shoes as the entry is a bit too rocky. Although it's close to Nissi beach. The breakfast was varied but average in taste.

A disgusting smell coming from drainpipe. They should refill the fridge with water every day for a 5 star hotel. Is very difficult for someone with allergies to find something to eat there.

Fantastic staff, great location, wonderful food, awesome pool

The staff were wonderful. Especially the manager Costas who organized a birthday party for our daughter, complete with sushi prepared (despite the sushi bar being closed for the season) and a birthday cake. We had fantastic spa treatments as well and great food at the pool every day! Our kids LOVED the pool!

We just wish the waterslides were open more than the 2-3 hours a day

Egyátalán nem 5 csillagos minőség, se a szálloda, se az ételek és legfőként a személyzet.

A sok medence.

A recepciósok egyáltalán nem voltak kedvesek. A bejelentkezéskor várakoztattak 40 percet. A szoba egyáltalán nem olyan, mint a képeken. Nincs fűtött medence. Az étel (reggeli) nem 5 csillagos szállodahoz való. Reggel fúráshangra kellett kelnünk.

strašný signál v hotely na wifi , vlastné dáta ani telefonovať sa nedalo v niektorých častiach hotela. personál v reštaurácii pokiaľ nedostal s prepitné tak si vás ani nevšímal. Na to že je to 5* hotel prístup personálu by mal byť trochu iný. Čo sa týka upratovacej služby izieb bola celkom slušná.

Amazing experience destroyed by 6€ for water.

Different pool areas, lazy river, perfect for kids to have good time. The food was good, with a lot of variety and every day they had amazing desserts. There were always pool beds available. Mihail from Bulgaria was so helpful and kind. Private beach and easy access to public beach.

Having to pay 6€ for a 750ml water on every meal, even though we paid for full board is ridiculous!! We ended up paying 100€ just for the water with meals. How can a beach resort not provide free water with meals and trying to make money out of us from water. Housekeeping completely disregards the “Do not disturb light”, we kept it on every day and every morning they still storm inside bedroom waking up our baby on the morning nap.

Hotel Stay: A Rollercoaster of Ritz and Rubbish Ah, the dizzying highs and perplexing lows of my hotel adventure! Let’s embark on this thrill ride: Arrival: Greeted by the ever-so-chilled porter (perhaps too chilled for his own good), who seemed more interested in continuing his siesta than acknowledging our check-in. "Find a parking," he decreed. A quest ensued. Spoiler: No parking to be found. Check-In: Lo and behold, the clouds parted! Upgraded to a queen suite, we were. With two spacious rooms, a pair of generously-sized bathrooms, and a balcony - it was like winning the hospitality lottery. Perfect for our young prince to have his own royal chamber. Location: Somewhere between ‘Where are we?’ and ‘Why are we here?’ Design: Picture the home of someone who just won the lottery yesterday. Now, drown it in old-fashioned vibes and sprinkle some kitsch. Voilà! Bathrooms: One hinted at eau de ancient dragon. But sparkle and shine? A+ for cleanliness. Facilities: Pool - Olympic sized with a dash of kiddie joy. Beach restaurant - looked like it jumped out of a postcard but was sadly "out of order" due to an event. As for the rest of the dining spots... well, that's a story for another day. Breakfast: An ordeal of cold eggs and watery, syrupy mysteries posing as juices. Craved a cappuccino or frappe? That’d be extra cost and catching the elusive bar person was akin to a wild goose chase. Ambiance? Think military canteen crash-landing in a supposed 5-star hotel. Spa: Delightful, though with an unexpected €25 toll for sauna entry. Curiously, this is where most of the hotel staff seemed to have congregated. Internet: An epic saga featuring a missing tech hero, a phone hotline that’s hotter for its ghosting capabilities (20 calls, zero answers), and a pilgrimage to the reception to resolve the web woes. Check-Out: Paid for extras. Wondered about the mysterious €300 deposit. "We'll return that immediately," they said.

NORMAL , ONLY PERFECT LOCATION

the location perfect ,the stuff nice . we reserved including HB , it was disoppinted that we have to pay for drinks as extra even water , plus the food 2 stars level hotel not good in genearal . It wasnot clean espically around the bed side. there is many things was almost broken in bathroom . we are 4 pax and they provide 2 small twoels it was by mistake but still they are 5 stars hotel should be inspected all room befor check in time .

I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The resort is huge with many pools for kids & adults, also beachfront. The staff are friendly & helpful, the room was really awesome with pool view balcony(room 424), it was very clean as well. The breakfast is pretty good and there is a big variety! Beautiful shows for the kids at night, and also the food and shisha at the restaurants were perfect!

The exchange rate usd-eur was a bit high and there is no exchange office near the hotel

Hotel that doesn't act like a five-star

Elegance room is well decorated. Nice beach and pool facilities Supermarket is available within the hotel.

Unprofessional check-in process Very low level of customer service Ignoring pre-arrival requests (i.e. adjacent rooms for families) The indoor pool was not working Very far from the center (Requires taxi or car) Room issues are fixed within unreasonable time (Over 6 hours to fix TV!) Hotel corridors and lobby were not clean Breakfast was not tasty and is repeating itself

The room was new renovated, clean and comfortable:)

We did not have a room in the deluxe part, so they did not let us as adults go into the adult pool! Because it was just for the deluxe part. Btw the pool was empty and except 2 sunbeds, they were empty as well. At the big pool, kids were jumping from all sides, without any control of their parents. Everyone reserves sunbeds before breakfast, so we weren’t able to get a sunbed after breakfast, while everything at the adult pool was free. It’s ridiculous when you think about, that you pay 300€ a night. Also the beverage prices are ridiculous for Cyprus.
