I had a lovely time at the Alte Krone! The check-in was super easy and the breakfastwas exceptional!

I loved the old building and the easy parking facilities outside. The windows were very nice and let in a lot of light.

Nothing to report. I liked it all.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht: -Sehr bequeme Betten mit gemütlichen Bettdecken - ich habe sehr gut geschlafen - saubere Zimmer mit schönen Handtüchern - gutes Frühstück mit Rührei, Latte macchiato, Cappuccino usw. - die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür - ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis - in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants wie die Lustnauer Mühle.

Good

This is a small family hotel outside of the city center. Nice breakfast in the morning, Wi-Fi was fast and stable during my stay.

The front door is locked outside of check-in hours, so leaving the bags for early arrivals may not be an option. I had the phone the owner in order to be let in.

Exceptional

The location is close to the river and a good group of restaurants, plenty of space, clean, and a very good breakfast. Bus 22 goes to the city from outside the Hotel. Highly recommend.

Definitely recommend. The hotel is very cozy with warm old-style decor; the staff are really nice and helpful. It's a bit far away from the city but there is a bus stop literally right outside which compensates for this :). Breakfast (included) was delicious and varied. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Windows are well insulated so that when they are closed you can't hear noise from the street. I didn't use the wifi that much but when I did use it, I had no problems.

You can hear some of the noise from the other rooms (opening and closing of doors) but it's not loud enough to disturb one's sleep (and I'm a relatively light sleeper). I found it a bit strange that there's nobody in the reception at night but I think it's a common thing with family-owned hotels. At check-in the guests are given a key to open a side door if they return to the hotel after 8:00 pm.

Calm small hotel in a charming suburbia

Nice cosy room, wonderfully clean and new, in this pension-like hotel. It is not central but exceptionally well connected with the city center through public transportation.

I would love to have some vegan milk for coffee in the morning :) But this is marginal.

Very good

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable with warm blankets. The breakfast was good, with a coffee machine and good variety of breads and things spread on it. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, what makes things easier if you need to go back and forth from the hotel to the city center, or even to the train station.

The corridors have a scent of cigar, despite the bedrooms having no smoking signs.

I had a wonderful stay in a friendly and clean hotel.

A small and fine hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. It is minimally furnished, but more than adequate for one night and the room was super clean. The breakfast was well thought of and the buns and cold cuts were very fresh and not supermarket goods. Public transport to the city centre and to the clinics is right outside the front door.

A decent view

Friendly, clean, and quiet. Good location with a bus stop right outside. Not far from the old part of town. Good view over the local area from 2nd floor.

Everything was fine and as expected. Nothing for me to warn others about. It was a pleasant, 1 night stay.

Everything was amazing. A cozy, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Plus a fresh breakfast buffet! The location is nice, in front of a bus station, and peaceful as well.
