Agréable et confortable séjour à la montagne

L’emplacement, la chambré était grande, lit pour notre fille était grand et prêt, beaucoup de rangements dans la chambre, le petit déjeuner, le personnel sympa, la place de parking. La vue de la chambre

Les bruits dans les couloirs le soir, des cris d’enfants et les bruits des pas et courses, des adultes qui parlaient fort.

Great location

We were given a very spacious room with balcony and view of the glacier, the bathroom was equally big. The location of the hotel is very nice for hiking (or skiing in winter).The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel's interior is somewhat out-dated and very old-fashioned but there will be renovations soon.

Excellent location, nice spa facilities (pool and sauna) and very friendly personell

Amenities in the rooms were missing (no tea making facilities/kettle, no minibar) and the price was very high, even for the nice location. Food was about ok.

Exceptional

Recommend 100%! Great staff, good wellness. I do have some food allergies so the kitchen and waiters went above and beyond to make the halfboard available to me. Absolutely great! Rooms arent super modern. But cozy and have everything you need. Offered free room upgrade as well.

Very good

The location is excellent and local restaurants are very nice. Hotel was very clean and staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel did not provide room service which is inconvenient for a hotel with such standard

A nice hotel near the slopes, but the rooms need an update

The location is great - near the ski slopes. The bed was comfortable and the room large enough. Breakfast was varied. Our room view was towards the slopes.

The rooms are dated and require work. Entering our room felt like stepping back in time. A non functioning kitchinette in the room was covered with some sort of leather drapes.

Good value for money

The breakfast was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quite close to other restaurants, the bus stop and the view was amazing. There is a nice bar at the hotel and there was someone singing and playing the piano in the evening. The sauna was really nice as well.

The radiator in my room kept making noise so the staff had to come and lower my heating for it to stop making noise. This disturbed my sleep a bit during my stay.

Fabulous

Excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly, the rooms were large and comfortable, the restaurant and bar food and service were excellent. They even prepared a breakfast at 4am for the runners taking part in a local trail race! Will certainly stay there again, highly recommended.

very close to the skiing area, amazing room service, almost everything in their dining area are homemade and is very tasty. The hotel is kid-friendly and brings good energy in all ages. The decoration is very mesmerizing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. they couldn’t go enough for you. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. we went for the half board option and all plates were returned empty every night!

Fantastic Family Hotel- highly recommend!

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff, knowledgeable and informative. Excellent food, family oriented. Second to non location to all activities. Highly recommend.

Great people. Perfect location. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is old so people moving in the hallway is very audible. Elevators can also be heard from the rooms at night. But it is still a nice place given the age of the building.
