Bastante bien.

El trato con el personal fue de 10, fueron muy amables y atentos. Las instalaciones estaban bastante bien y los apartamentos muy amplios, nos gustó mucho!

Nuestro apartamento se veía muy viejo, especialmente el baño, daba la impresión de que el lavabo se iba a caer en cualquier momento. La limpieza de la lavadora dejaba un poco que desear y el hecho de no tener ni para fregar los platos o algo de detergente para la lavadora me desconcertó un poco, son básicos que te sueles encontrar en los apartamentos...

Really good quality-price ratio

Train and metro station was quite close. Shops were nearby. Apartment had bedroom, living room and kitchen, a lot of space. Friendly staff.

Facilities were somewhat missing, e.g. there was no water cooker. The sound insulation could be better, during the week all the people get to breakfast before 7AM.

la personne à l'accueil était très agréable et professionnelle. le parking gratuit très appréciable, à noter qu'il faut sonner pour rentrer. appartement très spacieux,

en face d'un passage de train, par contre, très bien isolé avec 2 fenêtres, mais pas simple d'ouvrir car bruyant.

Nice stay!

Big apartament, close to train and metro stations and shops and restaurants nearby. Also the staff was very friendly and has 24hrs reception. The apartment was OK for a short stay and a good value too! We loved the big balcony in the room too! It has things to improve, but we would return.

Cleaning could improve (eg. Stains on walls and the sofa/bed) and kitchen did not have many utensils, specially for cleaning/washing up dishes. That would be a plus.

Big apartment with all the necessary equipment for a short stay. Staff nice and helpful.

Some other guests had a party on Saturday night, acting as if they were home. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I like to think that in a hotel/pension/shared building, you have to be respectful of the others. What would it be if everybody behaved this way??

Disappointing

You can sleep here, there is nothing much to it, that's it, you go, stay a night because it's cheap and close to the highway, then you leave the next day. The apartment has nothing, not even kitchen utensils really, it's just a quick cheap stay. At least there's a Burger King across the road.

Didn't really stay there to vacation or enjoy the stay, just needed a place to sleep really, it did the job.

good location, better information next time

It was clean, confortable room. Good location.

The employee of the reception when we arrived told us that breakfast was included. And it was not. next morning we went to the cafeteria and we thougt we didn't need to pay.. the employee came looking for us asking for the money. it was quite unecessary this... because we had read that breakfast could be bought on site and said that.. and the employee assured us that was included.... it was not nice at all...

Would stay again

Proximity to bus stop, lidl, mercadona, and community pool. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We arrived early with our kids and the staff opened the disabled toilets to let us change our clothes and took our bags while we waited for our apartment to be cleaned. Our room was also cleaned daily which we didn't expect at all. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or nice.

Would have liked more kitchen utensils, a kettle, and maybe a toaster. But we made it work.

Generous facilities with incredibly friendly and helpful staff within easy reach of the airport.

For an amazing price, I got a multi-room apartment: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It was a cheap Uber ride from the airport and the staff were incredibly friendly!

I really can't think of anything bad to say. The location isn't ideal if you're wanting quick access the sights (although the metro is a 10 minute walk away so that's not really a problem).

Big apartment, close to supermarket and subway, parking

There are many missing things in the kitchen to make it really usable: no sponge and detergent for doing dishes, no knife, no kitchen towel or baking dish.

Excellent stay, perfect rooms, clean, brilliant staff, highly recommended

We were a couple with a small baby and the apartment was a perfect size with everything we needed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was really clean and comfortable.

I would say the noise of the trains with the windows open but then my 15 month old baby thought it was the best thing and got very excited everytime one past.

I stayed one week and hope to come again.

The location very nice, the metro and bus stop very close to the hotel. The is Lidle and Makatdona supermarkets are only 50 metres from this hotel. THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE, FRENDLY ESPECIALY LOLA(sorry if her name i said correctly). Also the Barajas hotel is very close.

Very good

It is cheap decently sized flat with good facilities that can serve as a stop on the way to somewhere if you were passing by. It is a 10-minute walk to the train station although some bus routes are closer.

There was no electric kettle in the kitchen. Also, the plugs to charge the phone were not close to the bed.

A functional and practical apartment with easy access to the city. Excellent option for a family.

Excellent balance quality/price. Good location for easy access to the city. Staff helpful and attentive.

Ants on the floor eating something when we arrived. Quickly cleaned up. Restaurant closed for the duration of our stay.
