Fine.

Great location.

Check in was strange. Front door was locked and had to ring the emergency number to gain access via code and then pick up room key from behind the reception desk.

Fab little hotel in fab location.

Ideal location in the heart of the Old Town. Staff couldn't be nicer or more friendly. Small but spotless and air conditioned room was terrific value for money. Lovely reasonably priced breakfast. Loved it all.

Fabulous stay, amazing reception service

Great hotel right in the middle of the town but on a side street, so it was lovely and quiet. I had walked 25km on the camino that day and the receptionist was so lovely. I asked about laundry and she said to bring it down and my laundry was washed, dried and folded back at reception within 2 hours! Amazing service. If I were to come again I would definitely stay.

Excellent location in the city, close to the castle and also to the restaurants in the Plaza.

The single pillow for the double bed (matrimonial) was extremely uncomfortable and gave me a bad neck. The lighting in the stairwells NOT automatic and was treacherous until you found the switch.

Rooms were clean, the hotel was out of the way in a quiet side street but still close to everything. The staff was very nice and very accommodating and helpful.

Nice stay but the receptionist needs to improve her interaction with guests

The location and it was clean

The receptionist needs to improve her social skills. Also she failed to inform us there was a cafe in the basement where we had breakfast the following morning. She did not tell us about this at check in ,we almost left the next day without food the only reason we found out about the cafe we could smell the coffee and investigated

Bed looked like someone else had slept in it.

Centrally located, close to the Camino, church and castle.

1. Receptionist checked us in whilst on a phone call to someone else. Virtually no attention was paid to us. She even passed the stamp to us to stamp our Credencials ourselves. We got some vague directions to our room and luggage storage. 2. One of the twin beds looked like it had been slept in the night before, and had just been straightened in the morning for the next guests (us). This was in contrast to the other twin bed which looked immaculate and untouched. We decided against complaining given the abrupt treatment by the receptionist at check in. My husband took one for the team and slept in that bed after checking for stains and stray hairs. Luckily there were none. This is a functional hotel. Do not have any expectations beyond this.

Very central location and extremely quiet even in peak season. Very helpful lady on reception who accepted our luggage prior to availability of our room. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Amazing Spanish beds and pillows that we wanted to take home. The aircon in early August was a life saver.

A small but great place to get stuck in bed for a week!

The room was small but comfortable. I arrived late and the staff left a key for me. Friendly helpful staff. The shower was good and hot. I unfortunately came down with COVID for the first time right before arriving at the hotel and though I was only planning to stay one night and start the Camino, I was able to extend my stay multiple times in the room as I spent the entire time in bed and the hotel provided hot water for tea and soup, which was a blessing.

Limited options for meals and there wasn't much of a social vibe about the hotel. The wifi could have been a little better. The price was a little high for the size of room and amenities available.

So great! Perfect location close to the castle. Very clean and AC! Tons of restaurants nearby and a big supermarket 3 min walk away.
