Excellent staff!

The very friendly and helpful staff. The generous breakfast buffet, The calme location, really near to the lake. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.
I will definitely return.

the pillows were too soft.

Perfect stay
4.0
Friendly staff and a very clean, spacious room. In spite of the fact that it overlooked the main road it was fairly quiet.
There is a glass door to the bathroom, the window of which has no curtains. We were awoken in the early morning when the day broke.
Also, for a similar price we stayed at a different hotel in Bregenz four days prior that offered a spa.
3.5
- beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, staff was friendly and welcoming
- besides the missing hot milk and orange/fruit juice, the breakfast buffet was really nice. Local products, good variety
- big room, decent bathroom, nice atmosphere
- very, very hard mattresses, it felt like a wooden plank. We did sleep very badly. At check-out we got told that we could have asked for toppers...but who wants to get toppers at midnight, especially how to do so when the reception closes at 10pm 😒. In my opinion, mattresses that hard are not suited for a hotel to begin with and secondly, if there are toppers, they should be on the beds per default. Taking them off is easier than having to go down again to ask for them (given that you know this is a possibility at all and the reception is open)
- no water, no fridge, no tea/coffe, no toiletries in the bathroom for the guests. Considering the room price was almost 200 Euros a night, this is very, very disappointing. I think for that price, we could have expected these amenities
- no warm milk or real orange juice for breakfast. I don't understand how they can have a coffee machine without the option of hot milk and the "orange juice" was more water with some flavour. It really was disgusting

Very nice rooms, quite location and great staff - even late check in wasn't a problem.

Excellent breakfast; nice room decoration(old wooden beams):; large free parking ; big bath room
No english nor french tv channels!!Restaurant closed on Monday for lunch/dinner; some rooms are on one fairly busy street and street noises can be heard despite double glazing; only dispenser soap/ shampoo

style. serving team at the restaurant.
one bike broken, not helpful at reception.
far from city

Nice and clean, good size room.
The “open” loo was a bit strange, sperating wall didn’t reach the ceiling with glass door meant little privacy and soundproofing!
5.0
Comfy, super clean rooms, contemporary design meets historical elements. Very friendly staff, great and healthy breakfast.
Free parking space, near the lake.
Even though the design of the rooms is excellent, the toilet has glass doors but is open to the main space.
The room was located on a floor without elevator. If someone has a larger luggage, it is inconvenient since one has to go two floors up.

Good location.

Breakfast included
There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, only soap in a dispenser.

The Hotel was really nice! We traveled on my birthday, and when the receptionist saw that, he gave is a free room upgrade as a birthday gift! The room was really clean, big and nice. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful!
The room doesn't have air-conditioning. it was pretty ok because the weather wasn't really hot, but I don't know how it would have been with 35°C.
3.0
The breakfast was not up to standard: the choices were limited and the layout of the buffet was narrow and uncomfortable.
The menu of the restaurant was a little restricted.
3.0
close to the lake
a lot of noise from the traffic passing the hotel
3.5
spacious rooms, lots of light in the room.
Breakfast was okay but lacked a bit of choice (maybe because it is off-season), it felt like it was a bit understaffed when I was there.
4.5
Contrary to our expectations the hotel and the room were almost brand-new and offered almost luxury atmosphere. The bar was not only open quite late but the boss himself was not only serving drinks but offered beautiful hospitality by providing interesting local information. The breakfast was also above our expectations.
The house and everything around is great. Clients should, however, consider taking a taxi to the town-center as the walk is rather more than half an hour and the way back can be quite long.

Very friendly service. Good location with free on site parking. Nice walk alongside waterfront to town center.

The hotel locates in a quiet area of Bregenz but not very far away from the lake. We could borrow the bikes from the hotel to go around for free. The staff are very kind and helpful. We forgot a jacket there but they called us right away. Their restaurant serves tasty food. The breakfast was also great.

Greatly remodeled and contemporary historical site.
Everything was spotless clean and the breakfast had a great and fresh variety.
Both receptionists (female and male) were very friendly and professional.
Highly recommended also due to the location to the lake.
