Wymuszenie 100 e .Smród i brud .

Nie uzasadniona dodatkowa opłatą w wysokości 100 € płatna tylko gotówką za kłucz do pokoju . Jedno wielkie oszustwo i wymuszenie dodatkowych pieniędzy za Hotel który nie jest wart jednego euro . W Hotelu na wejściu smierdzialo papierosami potem brudem nigdy nie odnawianego i wymytego hotelu .Pani w recepcji wywraca oczami udając jaka ciężka ma pracę .W pokojach brud i smród .strach tam nocowac żeby nie zarazić się jakaś choroba . Łóżka z pluskwami i inni zarazkami . Pościel brudna a podłoga się lepi . Powinni ten hotel zgłosić do sanepidu. I zamknąć na zawsze .

Overall convinient, we liked it.

Very clean room. Little soap and shampoo for free, included towels. Balcony has an ashtray and chairs. Location has convinient public transport connections. Elevator in the building. Clean and big beds.

Nothing to add here, just a ‘warning’ for people who require silence, you have to ask for an courtyard room because the cars sound might disturb you. Also need to have at least 50€ in cash for the keys deposit.

The staff were really positive and amazingly helpful. much more so than in a bigger hotel I feel.

It was cold, very old windows made out of wood not preventing cold air from entering the room.

The toilet and dosh was separated from the room and each floor has one toilet so it was sharing toilet.

Over the period of increased interest in Berlin (third week of Sept.) the hotel charged as twice as usual. 744 eur (4 nights) for a double room with shared toilet and shower is unacceptable.

At least the location was good.

I understand that it is a budget hotel and it makes sense at 35 EUR / night. But I paid 200 EUR / night and it was not even warm in the room, nor clean, not I could take a shower in a week, I feel like a bit ripped off. If you want to be a buget hotel for seasonal workers, it is OK for me. But if you ask 200 EUR / night, please at least give a minimum of service.

More cons than pros

Spacious room. nice staff. close to public transport. Bathrooms very clean. Nice bakery downstairs.

Early checkout. one morning housekeeping came and I said no because we were still in bed and the cleaner walked straight into our room to leave clean towels while we both lay in bed in shock. Beds not comfortable, two separate twin beds for a 'double' . No direct public transport to busy areas, always needed to change. No extras in room ie hairdryer, coffee machine, iron. Early on a Saturday morning some builders started drilling and it was so loud it kept waking us up. Overall bad value for money

EXCELLENT price and quality ratio place for a short stay in Berlin (or if you are driving by) :)

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, me and my family did not expect much of a room for three with shared bathroom but it exceeded our expectations! Price and quality ratio in this place is amazing:) We stayed for one night so we did not need much of a comfort but room was clean and beds were comfy. Near by is a small, family-runned coffee shop that is amazing for fresh, tasty and cheap breakfast (about 7-8eur with coffee). City center was about 20 min by metro (about 6 km), so I would say it is quite near by famous sightseeing objects. If you come by car as we did the parking on the street near hostel is free!:)

Connecting to wifi was a bit complicating but for one night stay it was not a big issue for us Also only one room key for 3 people but I guess this is an easy solvable problem because staff is really friendly and helpful:)

First they cancel the apartment when date comes closer.

First of all they cancelled the apartment then I had to book the same apartment after paying extra charge which was terrible and extra stressful.

Same apartment I booked in 70 euro later I booked in 87 euro. I did not like this behaviour of staff. They are doing a busines in this way. First they cancel the apartment when date comes closer then they ask extra money for same apartment.

Internet doesn't work at all, or for a few seconds per connection attempt durig 3 day stay. I could not get proper invoice while asking a man from reception, only lady from next shift corrected it immediately.

Don't booking in this hotel

1. the location of the hotel 2. the stuff was OK. 3. I found a free park for my car very close to the hotel

Almost everything else was bad. 1. No water kettler in the rooms and ther is no kitchen in the whole bilding. 2. my room had a balcony which is quite big but it is dirty and one is not allowed to open the door (ban attention on it's door) during the night, which makes the room hotter. 3. the singly window in the room was unopenable. 4. I found insekts in the room. 5. we should pay 50 Euro bail for every room and they take only cash. 6. We had to chekout until exactly 10:00 Uhr otherwise we might have lost the bail. 7. many electric socket were defect (specially the one on the balcony). 8. the light on the room ceil was not completely workable (by me the half of the room, by my sister's room one neon lamp from 2 didn't work)

it’s not clean It has a bed smell of dirty. it’s not for family with small kids.
