Breakfast was tasty, the choice of toppings was satisfying. The location was ideal for my trip. The beds were quite comfortable, but the most important thing was the silence.
There might be some small comment, but it would be so insignificant that there is no point in even mentioning it.

Good location. 30 mins pleasant walk to centre.
Early check in.
Kettle had to be placed on floor to use due to length of cord.

The room was comfortable enough and breakfast was okay.
Exterior and interior felt very tired and in need of modernisation. I had to check in via phone which meant I was not greeted in person. The electric shower had a mind of its own regarding temperature.

It was very clean. The breakfast was decent.
The host wasn't terribly friendly. She was probably annoyed that we arrived a little late. The room was a little small and hot with no fan. There wasn't much space to put things.

A great little cosy B&B in a lovely part of Oxford. Check in was smooth, the room was very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious!

Full english breakfast was nice.
Coffee at breakfast was awful and the water for the tea
was cold.
The room had creaky floor boards.
Bathroom was far too small. Couldn't clean your teeth very well in the tiny sink. Banged your head on the shelf above.
The walls to our neighbours room were thin. Heard them come back at 1am. Woke up as sounded like they were trying to enter our room. Heard them flush the toilet 3 times consecutively. Noisy as a saniflow toilet.

Location was close to a bus stop and local shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a basic English breakfast. Coffee was drip filter, though I think I saw a cappuccino machine in the kitchen unused. Being able to use a microwave meant the option to heat food at night was available and I was not the only one to utilise this.
Hair in the drain of the bathroom sink only arrival, and no soap provided or shampoo or spare toilet roll, however these all appeared on the second morning of my stay. I think the room had only been partially cleaned and prepared before I arrived.

Great location, breakfast "as you want", very affordable. Been here the second time, and really loved it.
Could be a little warmer inside...

Friendly welcome. That's it.
The room they gave me obviously hadn't been cleaned in years. You can tell by the amount of dust on the floor. Sure, the bed sheets get changed but they hang on the floor in years worth of dust against the wall.
I saw 2 bed bugs on my pillow, 1 crawling on my hand. Took pictures as proof.
Left immediately.
It is that kind of laziness and neglect that puts peoples' health at risk.
UTTERLTY DISGUSTING.

Great English breakfast. Run by a charming family who couldn't be more obliging in response to any requests. Would visit again.

they offer breakfast which is goos but i did try.
The toilet has a weird machine that helps the water drain away. When you wash your hands, shower, and flush, it makes a loud and unpleasant sound. It is so annoying and it blocks so easily which means after you use even if you did put any tissues in, it still will block..... which is disgusting....

It was very clean and good value for money, especially given that a good full breakfast was included and you may strike it lucky with the free parking spot.
Can't escape the fact that this is not a stylish boutique hotel but a quite dated b&b. If you can't cope with that then go elsewhere.

Breakfast was lovely and filling.
I stayed in my room 4 .it was clean and towels were fresh and clean .but my bed was or felt like it was leaning.. the room was overly hot which may suit some people but made it very uncomfortable to sleep in .slept with window wide open.

Great value for what was on offer. Sure its not 5 star accommodation, but offered a clean, comfortable and affordable space to stay. Free parking and breakfast total bonus. Great location near shops, cafe, restaurants and bus stop. WiFi strong enough to handle video calls. I booked a single room and was happily upgraded to a double room on arrival - thanks!
Decor is a bit dated, and shower was a little dark.

Superb location for summer town, with free parking availability.
A high street B&B is not for everyone, but it suited us.

I love the area of Summertown, easy to reach the city center of Oxford with lots of differents bus. Summertown has many coffe shops, restaurants, food market and its pretty.
The place was not cleaned at all, loads of dust and the towels were dirty. Its a shame cause the place worth a lot.
