This was our second visit here and we'll definitely come back again. The apartment was different from last time, but spacious, pleasant and comfortable. There is a bit of a steep walk up from the car park (you can get a pass to bring the car nearer to drop off the bags, but we didn't bother) but the location is perfect for trips to the sea. Suvereto has several bars and restaurants and there's a great grocery shop nearby which does fantastic sandwiches. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it was really handy to have the facilities to prepare breakfast etc. The price is very good for the area ( we came mid-week).

Easy self check in. Our room was very large. Great storage for our bicycles. Great location for exploring the town.

Lovely lady on reception (Luisa?) was delightful and very helpful, especially with a potential problem we had involving a double booking. She resolved it quickly, and with great good humour. (A good word also for Booking.com, who were also prompt in helping solve our problem)
Location ,and view from our terrace were great., seconds away from restaurants, etc.

Suvereto is a stunning medieval village and Il Chiostro is a converted convent where you can still see signs of its past. The apartments are large and well furnished; the bed was the most comfortable we had in our whole trip; and while we were right in town, our little street was very quiet at night. Because the stone walls are so thick, the apartment was very cool -- which would be great in the summer. There is a heating/cooling unit in the bedroom.
The kitchen is well designed, but not that well equipped. For families that want to cook dinner, a little more cookware and basics like salt, pepper, etc. would be a good addition.

Just a beautiful location in a beautiful village. The property was spacious, and ideal for our purposes with excellent outdoor space to chill, eat and drink.
No complaints from me.

Eloisa at reception was wonderful and helped me beyond measure printing some important stuff. She really went out of her way and made it easy. Location is great, bang in the middle of town.
Nothing not to like.

Cleanliness. View from our terrace was super.
Chasing the aircon remote mid of the night! Apparently they keep them at the reception... When doing your self check-in, take note of that... It's Tuscany and it's always warm.

We stayed in a lovely studio flat, which was clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and the furnishings were simple and tasteful. The flats/studios are located next to an old cloister and there's a pleasant outdoor seating area. Parking is available out of the city walls and it's a steep 3-minute walk. You can get a permit to bring the car into the centre to drop off bags, but we didn't bother. There were quite a lot of stairs, so our flat (number 8) wouldn't be suitable for someone with mobility problems.
Suvereto is a charming village and there are plenty of restaurants. It's a 20-minute drive to the sea ( Barartti in one direction and Torre Mozza in the other) The location is ideal and we would certainly stay here again.
Everything was fine. We couldn't find bins or containers to throw away plastic. A hair-dryer would have been handy.

Nice, centrally located b and b in a fascinating old town. We drove the car through the ZTL and parked outside the b and b to drop off our cases, then relocated the car in a free parking area just outside the town wall (at the cemetary!). Clean rooms, well maintained. Self check in, then met the staff in the reception office, and they were very helpful and friendly. There were stairs to the apartment. A great location, and a high standard b and b.
Nothing comes to mind. We had a very enjoyable stay, here.

Simply Marvelous. Eluisa and her team are doing a fantastic job in making you feel comfortable at Il Chiostro. You're right in the middle of the ancient city centre, but far away enough to have it quiet if you want. Everything you need, from Restaurants to groceries is in walking distance. There are several beaches within 20min by car and for sure lots of places worth visiting. The building is located in some kind of an old monastery and really something special. The appartment was spacious enough and the interior is beautifully arranged. The kitchen offers everything you need and with some creativity you'll find a way to cook with the two burners.
If you need anything, just ask Eluisa and she will help you. From parking tickets, to restaurant recommendations, to the perfect beach for your needs or where to find a pharmacy for the covid-test, she's a perfect host.
For us, staying at Il Chiostro was something very special because of a all the small details and the special atmosphere.
