Wir erholten uns gut.

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war gut. Frühstück und Abendbrot werden als Büffet serviert. Das Essen war reichlich. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Sauna war gut.

Bei der Buchung sollte man das Ökonomie Zimmer nicht nehmen. Es ist klein, die Betten getrennt und ein Rohr der Lüftungsanlage versperrte uns den Blick. Wir hatten das zuerst, aber gleich gegen Aufpreis ein Standardzimmer bekommen. Der Pool ist nicht sehr tief man sollte Ihn als Badewanne betrachten. Der Parkplatz wurde extra zusätzlich berechnet.

War in Ordnung

Frühstück war ok. Abendbrot war auch ok. Personal sehr Freundlich. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Mittag wenig Auswahl. Der Essensraum war leider sehr kalt durch die Klimaanlage. Die außen Anlage könnte mehr Gepflegt sein. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre Gekommen.

Czystość w pokoju. Blisko do plaży.

Zapach starego oleju w hotelu. Trzeba dopłacać za szlafrok. Mały basen. Brak dodatkowych pryszniców przy basenie aby opłukać się przed i po saunie, co powodowało, że ludzie bezpośrednio z sauny, spoceni, wchodzili do basenu. Niemiecki klient lepiej traktowany.

Alle drei Aspekte sind sehr gut einzuschätzen. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder, dann aber nicht über booking.com! Ich selbst konnte krankheitsbedingt nicht anreisen, ein Preisnachlaß/ Kostenerstattung wegen nicht inanspruchgenommener Halbpansion wurde mir verwehrt. Das empfinde ich als unfair und halte es für unangemessenes Geschäftsgebahren. Deshalb wird es für mich über diese Plattform keine weitere Buchung geben

Interesting environment and relaxing place

Interior of the hotel is very interesting with a lot of paintings on the walls. With the Mona Lisa at the entrance of course. Fresh pizza was the best dish of dinner. The sauna is quite spacious. Sadly, it is not covered from pool area.

We need to left the car further from the hotel, but it was not far away. Jacuzzi area in the pool was very weak. Room walls do not stop noise very well.

Really nice hotel surrounded by nature

The hotel is the perfect place to stay for a nice holiday in Kołobrzeg. It is not located in the tourist centre, so the place is very quite and surrounded by nature. The beach is very close and it's not busy. The food in the hotel was very nice, a lot of options to choose from.

The only drawbacks were the lack of an electric kettle in the room and even though there was a lot of food to choose from for breakfast and dinner, finding vegan/vegetarian option was not very easy. Also the food was not labeled.

How clean it was and the room with balcony was very nice. We also liked the small pool and sauna.

We didn't like the service, the employees seems to be quite angry. The restaurant for dinner close's at 7 pm and there are no Restaurants close to the hotel. The breakfast was not tasty.

This was our first time enjoying the Baltic Sea in Poland. We'll be back to this location.

Mona Lisa's dining experience is very nice. We enjoyed a half pension the second week with breakfast and dinner. The buffet offered a splendid variety of salads, vegetables, meat, and fish dishes.

the architecture of the building, the interior design, comfortable armchairs and sofas in the cafe...clean rooms Very good breakfast!

Very small room, tv - very limited number of channels - only tvp1, 2., the man at the reception wasn't very helpful about that... Frayed lowels, broken buttons in the swimming pool- the jacuzzi didn't work

Spa and relax place

Room was comfortable, clean and bright. Breakfast was good too. Staff friendly and helpfully. Close to the Sea - 5 min easy walk . Quiet place Great for people who want relax .

. Swimming pool is so shallow like kids pool , sauna working from 3pm so on the morning time is turned off . If u want fresh towels u have to call the cleaners.i was waiting 2 days for room cleaning service and on the 3rd day I called to the reception and they told me that I need to request fresh towel. There is no entertainment for small kids .. its a spa and relax place not holiday family fun and relax .

Autumn relaxation.

The facility is located in a quiet place away from Kolobrzeg. Standard room small but clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast and dinner with a large choice of meals. Professional staff in the spa area. A small swimming pool and sauna are available for our guests.

Overall, everything was fine, only the jacuzzi in the pool was not working.

Happy and Peaceful place with delicious food

Lovely pool with colorful lights, warm and peaceful sauna, comfortable shower ! Quite and peaceful room, respectful and extremely friendly stuffs, specially the cook woman (who prepared breakfast delicious omelette, reception woman), exactly what people expect in vacation. Very satisfied with the location, hotel lobby with lovely portrait, easy access to bus to get to center or walk towards the natural Ekopark along the seaside to get to the center!!! To chill in seaside need 7/8 min walks…absolutely perfect 🤩!

One of the best holiday place, can’t see a thing I don’t like! Good for couple as well as for family! Will definitely be coming back again!

Nice holidays

The breakfast was good and rich with fresh made eggs. My only concern was lack of fruit. The staff was helpful but not too friendly. Room was spacy and clean and the nice and clean beach is really close. Great stay.

Relaxing experience

Clean. Good breakfast. Nice qiuet location, just a few minutes on foot from the beach. Fine pool & (dry) sauna. Staff very helpful and family-friendly.

I stayed anyway but I don't think I'm going back there

the view, the hotel's in the middle of the forest with walking distance to the beach.

Small pool basically for kids and too much chlorine, the breakfast was fine and the room was kind of not okay: old very uncomfy bed, very dusty, old towels, the hairdryer was not working, the light goes on and off on its own
