Couldn’t fault the property of the staff! Clean & spacious rooms, 2 onsite restaurants & bar (and the food was good - breakfast was brilliant!), and a hidden hottub/sauna in the garden! Given there’s not much to do in Glencoe - this ticked all the boxes!

Great location, excellent friendly staff! Loved how dog friendly it is! Super cosy, nice simple touches! Nothing was too much.
Bedroom smelled a little like smoke upon arrival but that quickly vanished on opening a window. Bathroom light too icey blue, not warm and cosy.

Nice old building, staff were welcoming. The room was good.
Bar staff were a bit grumpy. over priced room

The staff was fantastic. We stayed in the Glencoe Inn two nights before our wedding in Edinburgh and they were so enganged to fulfill all of our wishes. The employees are incredibly friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel as well as in the restaurant is quiet and relaxed and the food is very good - many thanks to the excellent service :)
Nothing to comment!

The staff were really helpful. We had to leave for Glasgow at 6am, and the kind receptionist arranged for us to have sandwiches for our return journey. They could not have been more accommodating
The room was very hot and we failed to find the controls…maybe our fault.

Good breakfast
Overpriced for a tiny bed&breakfast room

its definitely not 5 star. at best a barely 3 star.. rooms are very small ..bathrooms are functional

Location is very good, with beautiful trails nearby. The hotel has two different restaurants and we only tried The Gathering, which was good. Living rooms are beautifully decorated and nice to spend some time, have drinks or play table games after dinner.
There was nothing to dislike. I only mention that I found the price too high for the offering, probably due to the location rather than the facilities themselves. The room was just average. Breakfast was good but it's not buffett and everything you order comes at the same time. In my case, as I like to have my coffee at the very end, I ended having it sort of cold. But guess it's meaningless...

We spent only one night there but I wish we could stay longer! Great location to explore Glencoe and Inn is very cozy. Food was very good at the ‘Gathering’. But make sure to make reservations in advance. Highly recommend this place and hope to return.

EVERYTHING !
I phoned previous to our stay asking for a room with walk in shower as my husband had 3 previous strokes and spoke to Catherine/ Kathleen and took my request and phoned back within 10mins saying that that it was all sorted! Then on arrival was checked in by Stella ! what a legend! so cheerful , knowledgeable and nothings a problem! I requested an Iron as we’d been travelling a bit and yes prompt service ! we asked question about the area and she was so helpful . Meal and service in the Gathering was fabulous! The Gentleman who was in charge of breakfast was Amazing!! croissants on table , coffee and tea cups never empty, breakfast outstanding and service impeccable ! Your Oban Hotel could learn a lot from here ! Will definately be back! would definitely recommend o
it’s perfect

A lovely hotel in the heart of Glencoe. We were stopping on our way up to Skye and couldn't have asked for a better place. The food, hotel and staff were all great. Highly recommended.
There wasn't really anything I could say I didn't like. It was a lovely stay. We were there in the middle of December so perhaps the restaurant could have been a bit cosier at night but that's it!

All staff were really friendly and accommodating. Stella was very welcoming and attentive. We even got to listen to real bagpipes by Nick whilst waiting for dinner, amazing! Bedroom was nice and comfy. Lovely food. Great location and hot tub was amazing added extra after a day skiing and hiking.
The rooms could do with a little TLC and a little better quality with the washing powder of towels and linen

stunning views

Hotel and restaurant were great. Lots of different sitting areas and the spa and sauna were a bonus.
We went at a bad time of year so nothing else was open nearby and the closest bigger town is 25 minutes away. But it forced us to relax 😊

the staff were absolutely fantastic. they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy and were very friendly. the rooms were gorgeous and cozy too.

The staff were brilliant, especially the waiter Roman.
Absolutely nothing to dislike, everything was perfect.

So cozy and welcoming. The hotel staff were all lovely and kind and the setting was idyllic. The food was delicious and the restaurant was adorable.
The menu was a bit limited (which makes sense because it's winter and I'm sure they have limited guests) not necessarily a negative, just a point to note if you're traveling.

Lovely staff and nice places to eat on site
Nothing

Staff were pleasant and welcoming and had been decorated nicely
An already expensive play to stay for what it is we we were met with another cost of breakfast which was suppose to be included.
The beds were incredibly small and uncomfortable and with all the radiators off the room was stuffy and hot making it hard to sleep. The window only opened a crack and unfortunately on check out were me with ‘yep that’s fine’ with a hand out for the keys and did not ask how our stay was

The location was great for us. The staff were very good
Room a little small.
