Very good for kids, but not ideal for adults

This is an excellent place for kids. Everything turns around kids and their needs. The nursery was fantastic, fully equipped and the staff was very helpful.

There was no transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. We were offered a private car at the cost of €180 each way (€360 in total). The Comiso airport is 1 hour away. The local price for this trip is €70 each way (€140 in total). I cannot believe that they add a mark up of nearly 2 times the actual cost! Some waiters at the restaurant were not kind and we did not get the courtesy room on the morning of our departure. They ask you to leave the room at 10am and courtesy rooms are not ready until 11.30am. We travel with an infant who is less than 2 years old, therefore this was not ideal for us.
