部屋は狭く、換気扇の音？空気清浄機？どちらかの音が聞こえて、気になって寝不足！

交通の便利さが何よりでした。

駅前で、交通の便が良かった。

洗面・風呂場（ユニットバスのふちが低い）がやや狭く、若干の不便を感じた。ツインのベットだったが、いずれも大型で、部屋のスペースの多くを占めており、もう少し幅の狭い小さめのベット２台を置いてもらえばより居心地の良いスペースとなったろう。また、窓側に死角のスペースがあり無駄ではないかと感じた。そこにスーツケースなどを置けるようだが、ベットの下も物置となっているので、死角となっているスペースは意味がない。

We like Apa hotels, bug the standard for english speaking staff at the front desk needs an Upgrade

Clean room, good breakfast

4 giggeling young staff lady at the Front desk, not one off them could speak enough English to answer simple questions. Not a good standard for this APA hotel.

There is very nice location, too many restaurants, convenient stores and very near from subway station.The reception is

very nice goods and very clean.

good place for business trip and value for money

breakfast was ok, quality was good and had western options and good japanese food. was well run. beds were very comfortable (not hard). reception had very little english but no problem communicating despite this and everything went very smooth

my room was on floor 3 close to breakfast room and was very noisy in the morning (i had to get up early anyway so not a problem for me). the window was not openable and room was a bit warm for me (but probably the correct temperature for people that do not usually sleep with a window open!) so some complaints but all round a nice place for a business trip

Disappointing

We were travelling with 2 small children and few bags and we couldn't park the car in the hotel parking spaces because it was full. We had to make several trips from the lobby where we left the bags to the room because we couldn't carry everything at once and although the staff was right there they just look at us in silence, with their mouth open. Very unhelpful staff.

Great value at a well located first rate business hotel

Now they have discounted parking at a covered garage a couple blocks toward the station. Checkin is hassle free. Staff are helpful.

Bathrooms are kinda old. Pillows are hard.

The hotel was nice. Especially the pillow was very suitable for me, so I could sleep in peace. And I was also delighted to see a crane on the bed. I caught a glimpse of founder’s philosophy, thank you

Generic city hotel, good value

I got what I expected: a small room with a bed, wifi connection, and shower/bath. Good sleep, quiet, clean, well maintained, no hassles apart from bicycle parking being an open and unattended lot. This being Japan, it wasn’t a major concern, and my bike was waiting for me in the morning. Good value if you don’t expect much.

Great Value

The hotel is right outside the station, so it is very easy to get to. Also, there are many places to eat food around the hotel. There are large TVs in the rooms and a full bathroom.

There is very little room between the desk and the bed, so you cannot really sit comfortably at the desk if you want to eat, or do something at the desk.
