Room warm and comfortable. Shower hot and efficient. Breakfast good.
Staff helpful and professional. Hotel convenient for all shops, bars, restaurants and ski lifts.
Breakfast time was very busy and we had to keep looking for staff to ask to replace items eg bread, butter, coffee, milk

Location was perfect. Staff were fantastic. Had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was amazing. Credit back for not have room serviced every day. Shared lounge was great.
Only stair access to upper levels from foyer but could enter from the road on the upper levels. Didn't bother us, but may be a concern if you have trouble with stairs.

The location is the only good aspect
We booked for 6 nights. We were originally in room 116 on the first floor. There was a noisy possum in the wall of our room and we could hear it grunting and defecating. The room was dusty and dirty. A false fire alarm went off at this point (according to other guests and staff, this is a very regular occurrence). We asked to move rooms as the possum wasn’t going to sleep and we badly needed to after a long day driving. We were given a new room on the third floor, but there was no assistance to help move our bags (there’s no elevator) and food from our fridge up the stairs. There new room was much smaller and dirtier than the first. It was ridiculously hot and stuffy, very uncomfortable (no air conditioning in this hotel). The fridge in this room was from the 70s and was generating an incredible amount of heat. It was very late by this stage so we decided to just try and sleep. I ended up having a serious asthma attack due to the uncleanly state of the room, and developed an itchy skin rash. I have dust mite allergies so carry a puffer and antihistamines. In the morning we decided just to leave, even though we would lose money. The manager tried to get us to stay by offering an upgrade to a balcony room. The fact that we had already been downgraded to an insanely hot, smaller, dust riddled room without any customer service or care to help us move our luggage up several flights of stairs very late at night did not fill us with hope that the 3rd room would actually be an upgrade at all. My asthma attack was very scary and I didn’t want to risk my health in such a poorly maintained and poorly run hotel. It was a sad start to our first holiday in a long time, that we’d been looking forward to very much. We ended up losing over $700 as they would not refund us. We booked an airbnb instead.

Nice hotel (in a comparison of other Thredbo facilities, very convenient location and availability of the parking space outside. The staff was very nice and supportive
Saturday outdoor afternoon disco party sound set up resonated strongly across all rooms and corridors. It's probably more sound engineering/equipment issue but it made a stay for couple hours not very pleasant.

Lovely helpful staff. Great location.
Cleaning needed major work. As we just arrived to our room and had a look around when we lifted the toilet seat there was dried urine stains all over the toilet and there was dust on the toilet, around the bed head, window frames. Also the room was not properly vacuumed. There were rubbish like chocolate and biscuits on the floor and in the closet

Great location and being able to park onsite was fantastic. Hotel was extremely clean and the staff attentive and helpful.
Rooms were comfortable and quite.
The hot water in the shower was extremely variable. During a five-minute shower you would be likely to spend one minute under the water as it would range from scalding to cold. It definitely needs fixing. There were also two fire alarms that went off in the middle of the night on different nights. One was only the alarm for a very short period with the other being longer with an announcement to evacuate immediately then stopping. No staff came to check if anyone had evacuated or informed people that it was a false alarm. On questioning reception, we were told they were fixing the problem. ???

The hotel is in a good location.
I would have liked a gym.

Central location, close to restaurants. Great staff and good breakfast.

Location was good.
Paying for a barrister coffee when I purchased breakfast was out of touch with the hotel industry and seems a bit rude considering the price of accommodation.
Storage room for skiing gear was far from adequate room wise and I could not securely store my gear.

Weren't aware of off season, assumed hikers and bikers at this time. hotel website still advertising everything but nothing available. No bar, no restaurant, no room service, one yucky pub open in entire Thredbo. Chairlifts and trails ALL closed. Nothing happening. Yet we pay full prices and no communications about the above. Couldn't get into room til 4pm even tho NO ONE was at hotel!! Place old smelly and shabby. Fire alarm testing for hours, eardrums ringing.
Forfeited one night full price and got out.

location, breakfast, lounge area with the fire.
you could hear everything from other rooms.
