Went with my wife and my 2 year old daughter and I can say this place is an epic fail.First of all its ok place if you are 2 guys with a backpack as a luggage and you want to stay for 1 night. But guess what you have a minimum stay of two nights You can't enter with your car to the village so you have to walk 700 meters to the so called lobby (there is no parking). I booked a villa and I have made it clear I am with a toddler .Guess what it turned out that you should walk 1.5km more to the villa on a forrest road. Nobody will help you with the luggage so on theory you have to walk around 2 km with your luggage. The house is smaller than what you see on the pictures and of course is dirty as hell.We didn't stayed there and ofc nobody even talked abt a refund. My sister and her husband decided to stay.Guess what after the 1st night she left and they were eaten by mosquitoes .After we booked with my wife in a nearby place (which was half the price and really good) I decided to go and have a drink with my sister at Omaya resturant. Guess what. At 9:30 the staff is leaving and there is no LIGHTS anywhere in the village.Literally anywhere. So if don't have a light with you I guarantee you its impossible to walk to your villa as its dark as hell. In general if you want to enjoy a night in the forrest you can simply buy a tend and stay in the forest. Definetely not worth it to pay a fortune for 2 days to stay in this village. From miles you see that they haven't made a simple investment from years.

Charming cottages in a peaceful setting. Very pleasant staff and great food. Our bungalow had giant windows- you wake up to a forest view and the clear air affords magnificent starry nights. It’s calm in winter and we’d look forest to experiencing all amenities during the summer one day. Quality Italian mattresses and nice and warm inside during winter nights. Great options for walks with mountain views and day trips to hot springs and historic villages.
The fireplace releases lots of smoke into the bungalow - we extinguished ours after 10 minutes for that reason.

The most magical place I've ever been. Perfect place to relax together with your family. Eco friendly houses among forest, kind and smiley staff, delicious food. Definitely I'll come back again.

The place is like from a fairytale, very cozy and quiet. The house was clean, warm and we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and we used room service.
Everything was great

Staff was friendly and helpful
Great nature and privacy (houses are far from each other) with the exepction of tourists stoping by the house as the village offers entrance to that area
Rooms were not cleaned properly, poor hygiene in the bathroom and old, stained bedsheets that didnt smell fresh and clean either. Having in mind the charge per night and the amount of rooms they have to maintain, the bedsheets should have been replaced. The food that we ordered was old, tasteless and deeply frozen, and on top of that the prices were double than usual. Also the restaurant closes qiute early (7pm) and there isnt any nearby place to get some food. The breakfast was included (wasn't bad) but it should include 1 cold and 1 hot drink, not either or. There isn't a luggage service hence you have to carry your bags/suitcases through the forest up and down unless some of the staff offers help on the way. My opinion is based on the value they are charging per night which doesn't correspond to what they offer in return. Either managment should be improved or the prices should get lower, because the experience doesn't make me go back

The food in the restaurant was limited and nothing special.for the price I was expecting more.

All. Amazing place.
I think the glass for the toilet and the bath should be matt. A little privacy is OK :)

It was very beautiful, magical and peaceful, real heaven! The food was homemade.
There were no signs in the entire complex. There was no phone connection to the reception from the house. There was no map of the houses in booking.com for helping us pick up the right house. There were no lights on the pathway to the houses.
