Enorm vriendelijk personeel, prachtige faciliteiten.

We arriveerden 's ochtends, terwijl we 's middags pas mochten inchecken. Niettemin mochten we eerder onze kamer in, en in afwachting van het schoonmaken konden we zelfs gratis ontbijten. Geweldige service!

Beautiful hilltop location with spectacular view

Beautiful location on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea and outskirts of Zakynthos Town. The hotel has rooms with panoramic sea views overlooking the pool and lovely terrace. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly in both reception (special thanks to Kristina) and the restaurant. We stayed in recently renovated rooms on the first floor which were clean modern and spacious with balconies. The location was quiet unlike other areas.

The entrance driveway is a bit steep but it’s not really a problem. There’s also plenty of available parking at the property.

what a splendid stay!

The property is exactly what I expected .absolutely gorgeous, my room had a phenomenal view. the property was clean. fresh food. breakfast is free, fresh fruit, eggs, beans, turkey every morning with bread and croissants. The staff make made this trip more special for me. Katerina and Penny gifted me wine on my birthday and made this trip so special for me as I turned 30. Angelita and George from the kitchen are also so delightful! I will be coming back in the future and I pray I see the same people and all the best with this beautiful hotel which is in my opinion 5 star

Exceptional

All the staff here are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, they really made our holiday so special. The location is great, a short walk to the town and a perfect spot for longer day trips if you're driving. The hotel itself is fantastic, everywhere is very clean, the swimming pool is refreshing and the restaurant is delicious! We'll definitely be back 🙂

Very cousy stay with nice ocean view

The room was very comfortable with a nice view to the ocean. The property is located in area of the island with very easy accessible beaches by car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The prices in restaurant were a bit expensive. Also sometimes items from menu were not available.

Fantastic views and great staff

The views ,wonderful breakfast and helpful staff

lack of choice for evening meal and expensive wine! Also air con in the bedroom cut off regularly during the night and didn’t restart when room temp rose …. got up 4/5 times a night to restart it!!

Best staff you can get

Out stay in the hotel was perfect. Great room, clean, confortable and with a beautiful view. Very good breakfast. And the highlight was the staff! So kind, helpful and thoughtful. They truly represent the warm greek hospitality. We loved it.

Amazing holiday location with lovely staff

Amazing location and view from the rooms as well as pool area. Staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is also great and would highly recommend for lunch and/or dinner!

perfect swept away bubble not to far from Zante

Stunning view, super kind and professional staff, delicious breakfast and high quality a la carte meals and drinks

as a pedestrian you could face difficulties to reach the hotel, if you are mobile you shouldn’t have any problems

Pleasant stay but expensive for what you get

Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful views of zante from Argassi.

Breakfast was limited with choices. Didn’t like how we couldn’t serve ourselves such as a buffet style breakfast. Facilities were ok, not much to offer. Room was basic. Beds not that comfortable. My husband and I had two single beds side by side - not great!

Awesome view! Comfy room! Outstanding and very accommodating staff. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of variety. Shout out to Pauline at breakfast who met your every need! Front desk staff Caterina and Yiannis were extremely helpful in planning excursions! Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous view with good value for money

Loved the Location and the view from the room was stunning. The Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Just one thing, the Pool was not temperature controlled and was too cold to swim.

Stuff was very friendlly and helpful. The location was great, near to the city center. Free parking. Breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay here. They cleaned our room every day and give us fresh towels. I really recommended this place to stay.

Zakynthian hospitality!

Super friendly staff and a comfortable set up in the room. Great view over Argassi and Zakynthos town in the distance. The breakfast each morning was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Room / bathroom were a bit small, although very comfortable Outside area not used for breakfast due to presence of bees (not much the hotel can do about though)

This entire stay was amazing , from the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff, to our amazing room views , the entire breakfast buffet , it was such a delight staying here. Incredible breakfast selection with plenty of sweet and savory choices. The customer service was amazing. Thanks for making our stay so incredible.

Trying to be as critical as possible and honestly there’s not a single thing that I could complain about.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel room was nice. A free parking space was available at any time.

Unfortunately the hotel has a problem with wasps. As I am allergic to wasp stings I did not dare to use the outdoor area (be at the pool or have breakfast outside).
