4.3
the place is very beautiful inside or outside.
the owners were very attentive and we felt at home. Our dog was welcome also which is great.
the walls bet rooms are thin and we could hear the tv on the other side. Ear plugs would have helped.
4.3
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. The kitchen and gym were also very nice, but we unfortunately stayed for a short time. My daughter loved the kitten and the ponies downstairs. :)

So tastful and comfortable, all the way through. It's the dream B&B...the one you are always looking for. The little gem. The surrounding nature is beautiful and there is lots to see in the area.
We had a four person room, which is amazing when you are traveling with kids.

organised
too noisy, couldn’t sleep well due to noise..

The place is very nice, interesting and very clean, bed was wonderful! Silent in the night, baby bed if you need it.
The breakfast 8.5eur per person was really poor... The bread was with mould and another one sweet and not good for sandwiches. This thing dissapointed me. But in all, the stay and price was really nice and good.

this is a one of a kind property.

excellent location , nice and rural , nice owner , dream property,
other guests children crying/screaming all night

Absolutely incredible, both very charming and comfortable with a very friendly welcome and atmosphere. Very kid friendly with ping pong, ice hockey table and toys… Beautiful countryside with a lake to swim in close by
4.3
A nice location in the country. Some nice decor and gym.
Sound proofing was poor - expect to hear anyone moving around. Be prepared to strip your own beds at the end of the stay. Breakfast is extra and is a ‘help yourself to what’s in the fridge and make your own coffee affair’

It was so cute and one could tell that they put very much attention to details in this place. We had the best time there!
The price was a bit more than what Booking.com said, they had the breakfast ratet incorrect there. Booking claimed that breakfast was SEK 65, when in fact it is SEK 85

the rooms are simply amazing. pictures are not as good as reality
nothing! it is in the countryside but we knew it so we enjoyed the smell and the noise from the horses. it was just part of the experience

Nice and modern feeling, very clean. As a bonus a friendly stable cat came and stayed with us in the room!
Smelt a bit of horses as you are living on top a stable, I found it charming.

Great location on a horse farm, peace and quiet but still close enough to the highway for a stop-over on the way. Communication with the hosts was great.
There is a lot of noise in the rooms. The common bathroom wasn't cleaned before our arrival (we were the only guests staying for the night), which is unacceptable in corona times. The bedroom floor was also not clean. The cat was very cute but kept sneeking in, apparently one of the staff members kept the door to the stables open. Since we were the only guests we felt responsible for keeping the cat out of all the bedrooms (all doors were open), as it was jumping on the beds with its muddy feet. We threw the cat out several times which turned out a dangerous job as I got bitten and scratched when approaching the door... Even though it seemed such a nice cat.

i liked the version of their hotel. not a modern one
the hospitality of the owner

Ambiance, friendly staff, beautiful buildings, horses around, nice location, nice price.
Beds very comfy!
Kitchen, dishes, hand towels dirty.
Breakfast minimal and unpleasant.
Only 2 toilets and a couple of showers with very poor water drops, for all the guests.

You need to LOVE or appreciate horses! You can hear and smell them...w🤣

Have it clear in your mind that this is a rural B&B, and you are not in the city, The rooms are all in the upper floor of a fairly new stable, and you may hear a bored horse bang his stall in the night, or wicker in the morning as their breakfast is delivered. If you want the house breakfast, order when booking, otherwise there is a very adequate cooking area. The hallways are spacious, the common rooms enormous, and the gym is very well-equipped. Being new, it seems clean and there is till a whiff of new timber about it. As I personally grew up with horse on our small woodlot I felt quite at home.
I wouldn't mind a car recharging option on site, but I'm always wishing hotels would provide this. I can hardly site this place as below average on that point.

-friendly owner who gave good tips
-comfortable beds
-air hockey/table tennis
-full kitchen
-assorted recycling
This place seemed great for families (lots of space and children's toys) but it just wasn't the right place for us. There are a few reasons:
-NOT ENOUGH TOILETS: 2 toilets + 2 showers are shared between potentially 20+ people. Bathrooms were often dirty and the floor completely wet. One shower was hidden in the gym room at the end of the long kitchen, which we didn't know until the morning we left. Until then, we thought we were sharing only one shower with 20 people.
-TOO SALESY: It seems like everything is for sale, literally- the posters and decorations on the walls, the shower gel set in the bathroom, multiple ads for a spa in the hallway and your room. You even have to pay for a cup of coffee (on a price list with other drinks)!!!
-CAN BE CLEANER. Our bed - which I will say was very comfortable - was made of two twin beds pushed together. After peeking between them once, I had to try not to look again at all the hair etc. The shower floor was dirty when we finally got a chance to shower and one sink did not drain properly.
-BREAKFAST. We read in these reviews that it was self-service, so we preferred to buy our own in town. Despite this, we were asked 3 times if we wanted to add breakfast, saying no each time. For this price, it was really strange you had to pay for self-service breakfast you take from the fridge AND wash your own dishes.
-FOOD STORAGE: If you bring your own food, you store it in the fridge with all the drinks that are for sale. There wasn't enough space and it looked like a mess.
There are a lot of things that could be improved here and I hope this is helpful.

Everything was perfect. Nice cozy stay. Neat and clean rooms and very friendly and humble host. Good recommendations and tips from the host. Would visit again if got a chance.

Wow, this place is a true gem that you hope to find when you travel! My son was so excited about this place that it took him some time to calm down after we arrived. It's nice, it's clean, it's beautifuly placed. You live just above horse stable, which is not a problem at all, no bad smells, no noises, on contrary - you can enjoy contact with those beuatiful animals when you like to. You can rent a quad, walk in the forest neigborhood, train at the gym, play some games with your children etc etc. We really had a great time staying there!
Absolutely nothing, love this place! Traveling is about discovering new places but I hope to return to this place one day.
