Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 4 bathroom private home. Two private screened in porches with a large open second floor deck. House is canal front with an open solar heated pool.Great fishing or relaxing from a private dock. Fishing poles supplied if needed. Enjoy stunning sunsets while sitting comfortably in the backyard. Close to downtown Stuart(5 minutes)and restaurants beaches. Walking distance to a golf course. Shopping mall,Publix, and Wine Outlet down the road . The First Floor master bedroom has a queen bed and private new bathroom. Second floor master bedroom with a king bed,private deck and bathroom .Third bedroom with queen size bed .Fourth bedroom with 2 twin size beds .Pullout sofa bed in downstairs living room.Fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Dinnerware for 15+ and much more. Spices, paper product. Close to both Jensen and Stuart Beaches and restaurants. Private neighborhood with beautiful Scenic walking paths and a golf course down the street. Don’t forget to to catch beautiful sunsets on the canal while lounging in your private pool.Beautiful front porch sitting area, there is a ring doorbell camera at front door when walking in to house . The property was rented for my family who came to Florida to participate in my wedding. I did not actually stay on site. My daughters, their husbands and my grandchildren stayed on site. I visited several times with my fiancé, now husband, and we thought the place was great. My adult kids were very pleased with the house, said it had everything they needed and they were especially grateful for the plentiful towel supply! The location couldn’t have been better!

We’ve been coming to this property for several years now, and always have a great time. It’s nice to know what to expect/what we don’t have to bring, and the property is well suited for our family with grandparents and young kids. We noticed, especially this year, that there were a few things that could use updating (e.g., some very old beach towels, some cabinet items that have been in residence for three years or more, the pack and play could use a good cleaning), but none of these got in the way of our trip being enjoyable. Mary was very prompt and clear in communication, the property is in a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the river inlets, and the pool is just the right size for our young kids. All in all - another excellent year.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that our home for 9 people was perfect. Lots of rooms to spread out, adequate pool, beautiful views, could hop on a pick up boat and tule around, plus get to the ocean, close to Stewart - especially by boat. Then our hostess was spot on when we needed help, and Mary Rose was very gracious. Highly recommend.

We were very happy with our stay and would stay there again. Only downside for us was the inability to use the dock (not the lift) but still enjoyable. It's a very family-oriented house to stay at. The location was fantastic.

We stayed at this property last year and couldn’t wait to come back again this year! The bedrooms and pool area were an excellent fit for our three little ones, two parents, and two grandparents. We loved the sunset views over the water and cooking on the grill. Pack and play and high chair for our 9-month-old were in good condition. We left some new pool noodles behind because the existing ones were falling apart from use. We loved our stay!

Though it was just my husband and I, this house is perfect for two couples or a family group, as there is one bedroom + full bath and sitting area on the main floor and a master suite + 2 more bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen is well equipped. The 2 screened porches, one up and one on the main floor, were a comfortable, breezy place for lounging. The pool is lovely. The setting was so peaceful. Very quiet and beautiful view out to the river and the sunset.

This property is very clean and accommodating. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to cook and serve a large group. Mary Rose was very prompt with answering our questions. The canal view from the back is gorgeous! We had a blast playing games with seating for 8 at the dining room table. Great for a large family.

Mary was a wonderful host! I grew up in this house in the 90's with my grandparents, and was so thrilled to find it listed here. I booked it for my family to visit my grandparents. It was just as we remembered but better! Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable. The pool was great and we enjoyed fishing. There was plenty of space for us to hang out, relax, and have a family dinner. Highly recommend!

So comfortable
We had 5 adults and 2 little children. The bedroom setup was very nice for all of us and all those bathrooms are a big plus. Kitchen is well equipped and nice.. We had a dinner party for 12 family members and could sit at the big table. We all enjoyed the pool and the screen porches up and down. Plenty of comfy seating areas. Pretty sunset views down the canal to St. Lucie River. We caught some fish and some big ones got away. We all really enjoyed this VRBO house.

Nice getaway!
Our group of 6 adults had a wonderful stay at Sunset Paradise! The guys fished for hours from the dock while the girls hung out around the pool. Sunsets were amazing, right at the end of the canal.
Kitchen was extremely well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and basic condiments. Comfy beds, lots of towels and several spaces to hang out in.
Very close to downtown Stuart. The beach was a 15 minute drive but beautiful with restrooms and snack bar. Several public golf courses nearby, one even within walking distance!
All in all, a very nice getaway!

Outstanding Home for any family
This home exceeded all expectations for an away home. From the extra towels, sheets, kitchen supplies you name it, it had it and then some. Mary was always communicative from the start. Wifi worked well throughout for working remotely. The location is central to everything from malls, stores, and restaurants. The pool and view to the river was beautiful. I can't say enough about the home excepts I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Vacation Paradise
I rented this home for guests at my daughter's wedding in Palm City. As it turned out there were just four guests plus me but we used all the bedrooms for at least one night.
Unfortunately, most of our time was spent in Palm City BUT on my arrival night, I happened to be standing in the dining room and turned to look out the slider just as I saw the exact picture Maryrose uses to advertise the property. The sunset was absolutely spectacular so I made sure that everyone showed up just one evening so they could all enjoy it. Mission accomplished. With all the privacy in so many indoor and outdoor patios, you couldn't ask for a nicer property. Plus there is everything you could possibly need supplied throughout the home.

Lovely waterfront home
Lots of room for a family to spread out and enjoy a vacation. Sunset view over the water. Screened in bar area and lots of outdoor furniture. Essentially two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one down plus two other bedrooms. Fully furnished including the outdoor areas. Well stocked full kitchen (dishes, cookware, utensils, glasses, etc) as well as an outdoor grill makes cooking in a breeze. Great location - on the water but also close to stores/shopping.

My 95 year old father had a wonderful time at the house. He went down to their private dock to fish at least twice a day. All three of his children and two of their spouses helped him celebrate his birthday in style. The house was beautiful and had everything needed for making lifelong memories.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is amazing! House was furnished with everything we needed. Pool was too cold for the kids to swim and that was one of our main attractions to the house was the heated pool.

Serene and peaceful
