not value for money, in my opinion the hotel is over rated considering, the above mentioned

breakfast location swimming pool

Hotel but wifi was very weak in some part of the flat hard to use roaming data instead, Ac in main room adjacent to toilet was leaking floor getting wet slip risk, bum washing hoses have no pressure or somoe times over pressured water gets on floor not at all ergonomic designed. we were 5 including children but the hotel only provided 4 small bottles of water as compliment. the was coffee maker but no capsule were provided.

AC issue

We booked appartment of 4 bedrooms, big space with all kitchen equipments,

We booked appartment of 4 bedrooms, The AC was not working in one of the rooms at around 8pm, and when asked for the technician, he came but couldn't fix it and said his duty finished, we stayed for one night and used the other 3 rooms. But such a response was not quit satisfying to me and the AC was not fixed. Furniture is old.

COMFORT AT AFFORDABLE PRICE IN DUBAI

Staff was super helpful. Apartment was extra spacious and kitchen well equipped. Spa close to apartments was nice. Breakfast in the hotel expensive but worth the price, and waiters were very diligent.

Apartment furniture a bit dated. There are no international plugs, which must be a must in luxury hotels. Room service not top, but good enough.

Na een goede nacht met mooi uitzicht, hadden we iedere dag ook een heerlijk ontbijt. Het personeel werkt hard om iedereen te helpen en te voorzien van alle wensen. Wij hebben genoten!!! Verder was er ook een binnen zwembad met bubbelbad, waar we diversen keren gebruik van hebben gemaakt met het gezin, overal was het top geregeld en zag het er prachtig uit!!

De lamp naast de linkerzijde van het bed heeft sluiting in de schakelaar, ik meld het maar even.

Very good property and very good location

The apartment is big and spacious , even though it looks dated but it is well maintained and neat , very good for a family of 8 to 10 people and the kitchen has everything that we need , The grocery store inside the hotel is really good and open for a long time in the evening for all your daily needs , overall a very good apartment and good location , we thoroughly enjoyed the stay

Felt a little overpriced as we opted the refundable option , please book the non cancellation option where you save more

I like everything .. I booked 4 bedrooms apartment it was very big I liked it very much and the service was great .the Wifi was great. The furniture was good but old i hope they can renew it.

I just checked out yesterday and about to book again for my next visit. That sums up how great my stay was 😄

Everything was simply magnificent. Staff are friendly, location is great with a beautiful view of the city and Burj Dubai also loved the rooms very clean and clean. Breakfast was very good, variety of good food and dessert also overlooking a beautiful indoor landscape with lake and greenery. It’s my fourth visit and would definitely keep on repeating it 👍🏻

We shall come back when the construction is done.

They have indoor pool, mini zoo, and the location is accessible and nearby Wafi Mall and Vox Cinema. It is also walking distance from DHCC metro station.

Half of the pool side is under construction which is annoying. We’ve decided to book with them again is because of the pool and garden area. It felt like we are not in the city but now it’s just a normal hotel stay with no wow factor.

residence rooms very dated including furniture and overall ambience. felt like a two star hotel bedroom. desperately needs updating and refresh. construction noise around the pool very disturbing.
