They were very caring and courteous. We stayed for a long time and the quality was always at the highest level.

Simple and basic private rooms, clean bathroom, towels, working wifi, enough power sockets - nothing fancy but all you need and for a reasonable price. The lady at the reception didn't speak English but she was very kind and friendly and I didn't have problem with the check-in at all. Check-out was also very smooth. There's also a kitchen and vending machine for coffee and tea near the reception. The location is good too, walking distance to train/bus station and the city centre (15-25 min.) and there's also a supermarket quite nearby.
I stayed here in the summer and just be beware that if there's a heat wave, it will be hot in the room.

I didn't expect to have my own room, so that was quite comfortable :D
It wasn't very close to the center.

Big bathroom, soap, shampoo, towels included. Clean, simple room.
Was very hot in the room, although day outside was hot too. I think there was little ventilation.

Great stay for the price, clean room, everything works.
Noise! Someone left early in the morning and the cleaning lady started cleaning their room, banging the doors, talking loudly and I could not sleep anymore.

If all you really need is a place to sleep and a hot shower in the morning, this guest house is pretty much perfect. Not too far from the city centre on a quiet back street, if you're arriving by public transport it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus and train stations. The coffee machine next to reception is all they have in the way of food and drink, but what more do you really need in the morning?
They're a bit stingy with their power sockets, which can be frustrating if you've got a few things to charge. I've stayed in several different rooms here, and it doesn't matter how big or small they are, all there seems to be is one power socket. A tip... follow the wire out of the back of the television on the wall and you'll find a second socket.

The only good thing about it was that i could check in late at night and pay after the stay.
The price... for 30 euros I expected way more, I've been in places for less than 30 and had more comfort, simple things like a kettle, cups, clean towels would have made me happy . But everything felt like it was last renovated 20 years ago.TV is definitely older than me so I didn't even bother turning it on. The sink is literally right next to the shower and the curtain is not helping to stop the water at all. The walls felt like they were made out of paper,In the morning i heard every conversation that was happening in the "guest house".

Clean towels provided.
Good price for what you get
There are different receptionists and even though I paid near the start, I would get stopped on my way in/out of the motel by staff and questioned whether I paid (3+ times). On the last day of my stay the staff tried to open my door and demanded that I paid 20 euros because I paid for one night less then I booked which was false - they registered on their system that I checked in one night before I actually did :). Also the carpet wasmt vacummed and one of the pillow cases fell of the pillow to reveal a disgusting brown pillow with various dried bodily fluids :). Also the entrance door can be so hard to open sometimes because its jammed that it will make you think that the door never unlocked in the first place.

Budget accommodation with no frills, that takes 10 minutes to get to on foot from the bus station. Supermarkets nearby, and a (coin-operated) coffee machine in reception. Clean and very basic. The fact that this place has a reception (the staff are always there, albeit sometimes they might be dozing in the room next door like they were when I arrived) means that any problems can be dealt with at the time.
The electricity socket was at the opposite end of the room from the bed, about as far away as possible. It didn't bother me, but it might be a problem for others who want to use their laptop or phone when in bed.

Cheap.
Customer service is on the lower end. Rooms are not too comfortable. At the top floor, bathroom is hard to go to during very low tilted ceiling at the end.
