Really good hotel! Very nice people

The room had a lovely view towards the lighthouse.
Bed was so comfy and room temperature perfect.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - lots of variety with fresh warm bread and croissants. Brown cheese and other cheeses offered.
Maybe a Norway thing but no face flannel in the bathroom and no fridge in the room.

location is perfect, basically in the center of the city. Breakfast is simple but decent and delicious. Staff also was nice giving us some tips around.
the room was a bit smelly, not terrible but it was.

The staff were so friendly: drawing on area maps to help us find hikes and driving routes. The location is very central in Andenes, the breakfast was filling with delicious coffee (very important for us!), and they did a load of laundry for us which was greatly appreciated!

Hotel looks a bit old but is really cozy. Bed was so confortable and breakfast was good also. Receptionist is really nice and welcoming. You can park for free around hotel.

- Perfect location/starting point for excursions, hiking, travelling Vesterålen/Andøya
- Bus stop just around the corner
- Friendly, helpful staff
- Small, but very clean single room
- Breakfast available
all good when considering price, hotel class and location. Breakfast selection could be a bit richer, but then again: it’s a small hotel in a remote corner of Norway.
TV in my room wasn’t working - but this did not bother me, as I was not eager to watch. I did not tell the staff so it’s definitely not their fault!

Breakfast . Staff attitude.
Room too small. At the ground floor with a view of ....nothing! Looked like a basement to me.

The midnight sun is an unforgettable experience.
Very close to the ferry to Senja, so easy to get in line early in the morning (the ferry cannot be booked in advance)

The hotel is perfectly located in Andenes with free parking spaces around it. The room we had was comfortable and warm with a side view spanning to the sea. Bed was very good for sleeping and resting. Room appeared well isolated so no sound. Moreover the bathroom was big and with windows.
Staff was available when required and supportive in case.
Hotel is very close to the whale watching center, the main attraction of the city.
Absolutely positive and recommended!
Nothing worth to mention. The hotel delivers more than it promises.
4.1
Extreme kindness of the staff.
Breakfast could be improved, such as the cleanliness of the table and fornitures.

Nice location and clean hotel. Nice breakfast
Curtains on the windows are way to light for direct midnight sun ! Whole night was like a noon ! Almost impossible to sleep.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and accomodating. Hotel was clean and in a good location.
The room was very small and pretty basic.

The reception staff was just too kind and helpful, willing to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Perfect, keep on the good job.

Breakfast in a bag. Good for Covid-19.
Room was clean.
Good WiFi.
The room was hot. We could not cool it.
The refrigerator is very loud. Apparently we are not the only ones who think so. We saw one in the hallway on our way out.
No choice in breakfast. Not much in the bag.
