Super schöne & perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Perfekte Erfahrung! Unkomplizierter Check-In, sehr freundlicher Besitzer und die Zimmer sind top. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig, es gibt eine kleine Bar und einen Außenbereich zum Frühstücken. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt, da der Busstop gleich ums Eck ist und man damit überall easy hinkommt. Gegenüber gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein Strand sowie einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Ich war wirklich begeistert und werde definitiv wiederkommen:)

Comfortable beds, spacious room with balcony, drying rack, kettle and fridge. The property is well kept, with modern appliances and in general very clean. nice garden and amazing breakfast. It’s located 50 m from the beach, from the bus stop, in front of the supermarket as well as next to an ATM. Both the owner / manager and his colleagues are very helpful and responsive to the clients requests which made the stay very pleasant. It’s totally worthy the amount paid and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much for everything!!

Taste of Paradise!

The property was immaculately kept, from the flowers to the small bar area, the rooms were so clean, and modern throughout, definitely the best we have seen in Greece. The breakfast was lovely, and Villa Karina was overall very relaxing and loved the family aspect of it. We will be back!

Great stay at Villa Karina

The room was very spacious and clean, great bed with quality sheets and very nice pillows and soft towels. Nicos and his Father were very friendly and helpful with lots of tips of what to do and places to see. The rooms had good soundproofing and were modern and everything worked well.

Very enjoyable stay - Nikolas the Manager was very nice and helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

The breakfast was extremely good, and plentiful, at a reasonable price. The Villa was very quiet, and peaceful the week we stayed - so it was lovely. Good bus service to Skiathos Town (and to Koukanaries), with the bus stop (No 15), just 50 or so yards up the road. We have stayed on Skiathos many times, and this was one of the better accommodations we have tried. There were plenty of places to eat in Kolios, the best in our opinion being Esurio - with outstanding service from Yoda. Esurio is part of the Hotel Marina (where we used to stay when we first discovered Skiathos - but that was forty years ago). So - all in all - we would recommend Villa Karina - There is a pool next door which can, apparently, be used by residents - and a good Supermarket across the road.

We booked with Villa Karina, and were a little disappointed that the bar was not open in the evening (it was one of the reasons that we booked). But, we gather that we could have used the bar next door, but we weren't informed until the end of the week.

Nicely decorated but very noisy location

The entrance to the property, the garden and café are very pretty

The location on the main road from Skiathos town to the beaches meant that the noise from the quad bikes and scooters and buses thundering along could be heard inside the room- even with the double glazing closed and the air conditioning on. This made it quite difficult to sleep

The location is great, it is close to everything you need, the breakfast is amazing and the staff is really friendly. The room gets cleaned everyday, the apartment was really cozy and had a beautiful garden.

Spectacular breakfast and knowledgeable and helpful hosts.

Wonderful breakfast very prettily served. Location was good for what we wanted, close to a bus stop for us to travel around the island, a supermarket across the road for supplies, and walking distance to many bars and restaurants.

The drawback of the convenience of having everything on your doorstep was that the road was quite busy, and one of the nights the nearby live music was pretty loud.

Couldn’t have been better!

Excellent plentiful breakfast, beautifully served, with homemade breads and preserves. Friendly people - I was on my own but felt very comfortable. Lovely modern room. Very close to beach. Good value.

Super friendly hosts, great location (close to the beach, supermarket and bus stop), spacious studio with comfy beds. For a little extra, you can also get a delicious breakfast served on the garden terrasse! We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Villa Karina to everyone!
