Small breakfast buffet and the shared terrace

The view and staff were nice

The breakfast buffet was really small, i wish there were more options for bread and not just sliced up small bits of baguette, toast and croissants. The meats/salamis weren't labeled so as someone who doesnt eat pork, we stayed away. Everyday the fruit selection was watermelon, honeymelon and pineapple. To get to the room, you have to use the shared terrace which means that if you want to chillax on your terrace - you'll have no privacy because your neighbours see you and they have to walk past you to get to where they're going.

Vi stannade tre nätter på detta hotell och är mer än nöjda. Vi tog uppgradering till rum mot havet och det var verkligen värt pengarna, underbart att ha balkong direkt ut mot Medelhavet! Läget var bra, lugnt och skönt men ändå lättat promenera till tågstationen.

Frukostutbudet kunde ha varit bättre, väldigt lite frukt och grönsaker.

"The seaview from the hotel was stunning! During our stay at Villa Azur in Nice, my wife and I unfortunately experienced a pickpocket incident at a nearby train station which left us without any credit cards or cash. However, Nadiya, a receptionist at the hotel, went above and beyond to assist us in this difficult time. She immediately called the police on our behalf and generously lent us some money to get by. We will always be grateful for Nadiya's kindness and generosity during this trying experience. Our stay at Villa Azur was made memorable by her exceptional service."

Wonderful location with easy access to towns on the Côte d'Azur, the beach and good choice of restaurants.

Sea room, with the sound of waves on the pebble beach lulling us to sleep. Proximity to the train station for access to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Monaco. Good breakfast selection and fabulous dining deck les pieds dans l'eau.

Breakfast under pressure by one member of staff closing doors bang on 10am!

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel perfectly situated close to the beach, railway station and restaurant. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast was great, not extravagant, but everything you wanted. The afternoon receptionist during our stay was very kind and helpful. We hope to come back soon

The water pressure in the shower was very low. The toilet smelled of cigarette smoke.

The very special location, as this hotel is situated directly on the coast. you hear the sea all day (and night) long - an extraordinary experience! Simple and beautiful. The beach is nice, the restaurant not cheap but delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful! Absolutly recommendable!

There is no city/village to reach on foot - but then there is a long extra beach with some beachbars nearby as well. A car is absolutly recommendable (there is also the train station nearby) in order to get easily to the rest of the Côte d'Azur.

amazing location right over the water. superb staff (Iman was the best host I’ve ever met). it was off season so not all facilities were open but still a fantastic holiday. Good breakfast for low season. most amazingly comfortable bed and the room was superbly clean. definitely coming back.

Amazing stay on the sea, any time of the year

You would see an amazing view from the moment you open your eyes in the morning and till the end of the day. The hotel located right on the beach and you would have a great stay any time of the year. The personnel cares a lot about guests and helped with all the questions we had.

Passable stay if you enjoy the sea and are ready to forgive everything else

The wonderful location on the seaside. At the same time, it's a central promenade, and people walk there around the clock

25 store building where elevators are not configured to comply with covid-19 rules - it should not stop for picking up on the way. One day I was waiting for over 15 minutes because elevator with people stops on my 15 floor and I can't get in. Room cleaning is a joke with no vacuum cleaner, so all the sand that I bring from the beach stayed in my room. One day cleaning lady was in a rush, so she just put our towels on the radiator instead of replacing them. And reception is not welcoming and does not give you any clue on what's included. I accidentally noticed other people with beach towels with the hotel logo. When I asked they gave it to me too.

Wonderful stay and relaxing sea view !

Our stay was wonderful, you couldn't be closer to the sea. The location is calm and the view is pretty nice. Villa Azur is located between Antibes and Nice, therefore, you can easily visit these famous French Riviera cities if you have a car. Bonuses : Their bed is comfortable and large, also waves sound is so relaxing !
